竹鼠具有很高的药用价值。现代医学证明,竹鼠肉具有促进人体白血球和毛发生长,增强肝功能和防止血管硬化等功效,对抗衰老、延缓青春期有良好效果,是天然美容和强身佳品。竹鼠的胆、肝、心、脑、睾丸、肾均可入药。中华竹鼠的油可治烫伤、烧伤等病。
硒是人体必需的的微量元素之一,具有很强的抗氧化能力,能抑制化学致癌物、分解致癌物质,有天然解毒、排毒作用,预防心血管病,被国内科学家誉为“抗癌之王”、“排毒之剂”、“生命之火”。当前,随着人们物质水平的不断提高和营养保健意识的日益增强,“吃出健康”日渐成为人们的健康时尚。目前,国内富硒动物的研究较少。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种竹鼠养殖方法,采用富硒饲料喂养竹鼠,为竹鼠日常饮食提供均衡全面的营养,获得优质的富硒竹鼠。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种竹鼠养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)竹鼠断奶至3月龄期间,每日早晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次5-12g;
(2)竹鼠3月龄至性成熟期间,每日早午晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次10-22g,每7-10天喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次10-14g;
(3)竹鼠性成熟至妊娠期间,每日早午晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次25-30g,每7-10d喂一次保健饲料添加剂5-7g,生长饲料添加剂20-22g;
(4)妊娠期的母鼠,每日早午晚喂1次基础加硒饲料,每次30-32g,每3-5d晚餐加喂15-20g生长饲料添加剂,每5-7d喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次8-12g。
所述基础加硒饲料:薯渣提取物22-25份、玉米200-230份、竹笋20-25份、竹叶粉18-22份、花生麸34-48份、全脂奶粉6-10份、食盐2-5份、骨粉10-14份、硒代胱氨酸3-5份、硒代蛋氨酸3-5份。
所述薯渣提取物:将干燥薯渣粉碎后,在室温下用水泡洗1-2h后,按1:8料液比调成浆状,调节pH为6.3,加入1%二氯化钙,加入淀粉酶0.3%,用水浴锅87℃保温酶40min,酶解结束后用尼龙布过滤,滤渣加水至1:4料液比,再加入蛋白酶0.2%,用水浴锅保温87℃酶解大于120min,酶解结束后用尼龙布过滤,60℃条件下烘干,粉碎得薯渣提取物。
上步骤(2)保健饲料添加剂:植物抗性混合提取物5-10份、青蒿38-45份、白菊2-8份、桑叶2-5份、糙米5-12份、山药4-15份、大枣4-8份、地皮菜5-12份、忍冬叶3-6份;所述植物抗性混合提取物包括马蹄蕨提取物2-3份、青叶胆提取物8-10份、异叶青兰提取物8-10份、马鞍藤提取物5-6份。
所述马蹄蕨提取物:将马蹄蕨洗净破碎,过40目筛,加入料液比1:40的70%乙醇,在140W下超声处理1h,过滤干燥。
所述青叶胆提取物:取新鲜全株青叶胆洗净,将茎叶、根分别剪成小段,置于80℃干燥箱中干燥6h,粉碎,加入料液比为1:20的80%乙醇溶液浸提3d,过滤干燥。
所述异叶青兰提取物:将异叶青兰粉碎过40目筛,加入料液比为1:40的70%乙醇浸泡,并在60℃下回流提取2h,抽滤,将滤液干燥。
所述马鞍藤提取物:将马鞍藤干燥破碎,用2倍量95%乙醇浸泡10-14h,加入料液比为1:20的正丁醇在55℃下回流提取2h,将滤液干燥。
上步骤(3)生长饲料添加剂:油菜籽提取物5-7份、玉米粉10-15份、大麦粉5-10份、小麦粉5-10份、蚕蛹粉5-8份、白萝卜糜浆7-9份、南瓜糜浆10-15份、大豆粉5-8份、蝗虫粉3-5份、鱼粉4-6份、鱼肝油粉4-5份。
所述油菜籽提取物:将油菜籽经超临界CO2萃取脱脂,然后用90%乙醇处理2h后干燥粉碎,在4℃下用0.1mol/L Tris-HCl作为缓冲液配合0.12mol/L NaCl静置浸提8.8h,控制pH为8.7,料液比为1:11.6,浸提后过滤干燥。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种竹鼠养殖方法,为竹鼠提供全面营养的基础加硒日粮,其中薯渣提取物可促进竹鼠肠胃蠕动,提高竹鼠对生长发育所需的营养、有益的硒元素及其他矿质元素的吸收利用率;
本发明在保健添加剂中添加中草药成分,其中植物抗型混合提取物具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎及中药的功效,可提高竹鼠的抗病能力,显著减少其水肿病、葡萄球菌病、腹泻等常见疾病的发生;
本发明针对育成期竹鼠的营养需求特点,专门地配合生长饲料添加剂使用,为育成期竹鼠提供充足的营养,添加的植物性提取物,提高育成期竹鼠对生长饲料添加剂营养成分的吸收;
本发明采用的富硒饲料配方科学、合理,成本相对较低,可大大提高竹鼠的硒含量。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种竹鼠养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)竹鼠断奶至3月龄期间,每日早晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次8.5g;
(2)竹鼠3月龄至性成熟期间,每日早午晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次16g,每8.5天喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次12g;
(3)竹鼠性成熟至妊娠期间,每日早午晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次27.5g,每8.5d喂一次保健饲料添加剂6g,生长饲料添加剂21g;
(4)妊娠期的母鼠,每日早午晚喂1次基础加硒饲料,每次31g,每4d晚餐加喂17.5g生长饲料添加剂,每6d喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次10g
本实施例一种竹鼠养殖方法,所述步骤(1)中的基础加硒饲料为:薯渣提取物23.5份、玉米215份、竹笋22.5份、竹叶粉20份、花生麸41份、全脂奶粉8份、食盐3.5份、骨粉12份、硒代胱氨酸4份、硒代蛋氨酸4份。
上述薯渣提取物的制备:将干燥薯渣粉碎后,在室温下用水泡洗1.5h后,按1:8料液比调成浆状,调节pH6.3,加入1%二氯化钙,加入淀粉酶0.3%,用水浴锅87℃保温酶40min,酶解结束后用尼龙布过滤,滤渣加水至1:4料液比,再加入蛋白酶0.2%,用水浴锅保温87℃酶解大于120min,酶解结束后用尼龙布过滤,60℃条件下烘干,粉碎得薯渣提取物。

上述马蹄蕨提取物的制备:将马蹄蕨洗净破碎,过40目筛,加入料液比1:40的70%乙醇,在140W下超声处理1h,过滤干燥。
上述青叶胆提取物的制备:取新鲜全株青叶胆洗净,将茎叶、根分别剪成小段,置于80℃干燥箱中干燥6h,粉碎,加入料液比为1:20的80%乙醇溶液浸提3d,过滤干燥。

(4)妊娠期的母鼠,每日早午晚喂1次基础加硒饲料,每次32g,每5d晚餐加喂20g生长饲料添加剂,每7d喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次12g
本实施例一种竹鼠养殖方法,所述步骤(1)中的基础加硒饲料为:薯渣提取物25份、玉米230份、竹笋25份、竹叶粉22份、花生麸48份、全脂奶粉10份、食盐5份、骨粉14份、硒代胱氨酸5份、硒代蛋氨酸5份。
上述薯渣提取物的制备:将干燥薯渣粉碎后,在室温下用水泡洗2h后,按1:8料液比调成浆状,调节pH6.3,加入1%二氯化钙,加入淀粉酶0.3%,用水浴锅87℃保温酶40min,酶解结束后用尼龙布过滤,滤渣加水至1:4料液比,再加入蛋白酶0.2%,用水浴锅保温87℃酶解大于120min,酶解结束后用尼龙布过滤,60℃条件下烘干,粉碎得薯渣提取物。

上述马蹄蕨提取物的制备:将马蹄蕨洗净破碎,过40目筛,加入料液比1:40的70%乙醇,在140W下超声处理1h,过滤干燥。

本实施例一种竹鼠养殖方法,所述步骤(3)中的生长饲料添加剂为:油菜籽提取物7份、玉米粉15份、大麦粉10份、小麦粉10份、蚕蛹粉8份、白萝卜糜浆9份、南瓜糜浆15份、大豆粉8份、蝗虫粉5份、鱼粉6份、鱼肝油粉5份。
上述油菜籽提取物的制取:将油菜籽经超临界CO2萃取脱脂,然后用90%乙醇处理2h后干燥粉碎,在4℃下用0.1mol/L Tris-HCl作为缓冲液配合0.12mol/LNaCl静置浸提8.8h,控制pH为8.7,料液比为1:11.6,浸提后过滤干燥。

与实施例1的区别在于,基础加硒日粮中不添加硒代胱氨酸、硒代蛋氨酸。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,保健添加剂中不包含植物抗性混合提取物。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于,晚餐时间没有给育成期竹鼠饲喂生长饲料添加剂。
效果评价
由上表可以分析,给竹鼠日常饮食提供均衡全面的营养中特别地加入硒代胱氨酸、硒代蛋氨酸,它具有促进竹鼠肠胃蠕动的功效,提高竹鼠消化系统的活性,提高竹鼠对生长发育所需的硒元素从而提高对其他矿质元素的吸收利用率,所以与实施例1作比较,缺少它的对比例1在硒含量吸收率、精神状态等各方面上都显示不足;
保健添加剂中包含中草药成分,并特别地加入植物抗型混合提取物,一方面提高中草药的功效发挥,另一方面植物提取物具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、助消化的功效,可提高竹鼠的抗病能力,显著减少腹泻、葡萄球菌病等常见疾病的发生,从而提高竹鼠的吸收能力和精神状态方面,所以与实施例1作比较,缺少它的对比例2在病害发生率等各方面上都显示不足;
育成期竹鼠对营养的需求相对较高,尤其是蛋白质的需求,否则很容易免疫力下降、狂躁或精神不振导致死亡,所以实施例中有专门地配合生长饲料添加剂使用,为育成期竹鼠提供全面充足的营养,特别地添加油菜籽提取物,显著提高育成期竹鼠对生长饲料添加剂营养成分的吸收利用率,由于对比例3没有做到这一点,所以在成活率和产仔数量上都不如实施例1。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种竹鼠养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)竹鼠断奶至3月龄期间,每日早晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次5-12g;
(2)竹鼠3月龄至性成熟期间,每日早午晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次10-22g,每7-10天喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次10-14g;
(3)竹鼠性成熟至妊娠期间,每日早午晚喂一次基础加硒饲料,每次25-30g,每7-10d喂一次保健饲料添加剂5-7g,生长饲料添加剂20-22g;
(4)妊娠期的母鼠,每日早午晚喂1次基础加硒饲料,每次30-32g,每3-5d晚餐加喂15-20g生长饲料添加剂,每5-7d喂一次保健饲料添加剂,每次8-12g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹鼠养殖方法,其特征在于,所述基础加硒饲料:薯渣提取物22-25份、玉米200-230份、竹笋20-25份、竹叶粉18-22份、花生麸34-48份、全脂奶粉6-10份、食盐2-5份、骨粉10-14份、硒代胱氨酸3-5份、硒代蛋氨酸3-5份。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种竹鼠养殖方法,其特征在于,所述马蹄蕨提取物:将马蹄蕨洗净破碎,过40目筛,加入料液比1:40的70%乙醇,在140W下超声处理1h,过滤干燥。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种竹鼠养殖方法,其特征在于,所述青叶胆提取物:取新鲜全株青叶胆洗净,将茎叶、根分别剪成小段,置于80℃干燥箱中干燥6h,粉碎,加入料液比为1:20的80%乙醇溶液浸提3d,过滤干燥。
