本发明涉及一种鸡用饲料,具体涉及了一种营养丰富全面、生产成本低的含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
鸡是人类饲养最普遍的家禽,也是人类的肉食品主要肉食品之一。鸡肉含丰富蛋白质,其脂肪中含不饱和脂肪酸,故是老年人和心血管疾病患者较好的蛋白质食品。对体质虚弱,病后或产后用鸡肉或鸡汤作补品食用更为适宜,尤以乌骨鸡为佳。可用于虚劳瘦弱、骨蒸潮热、脾虚泄泻、消渴、崩漏、赤白带、遗精等。营养元素含量(每100克):能量167cal、水69g、蛋白质19.3g、脂肪9.4g、纤维0g、碳水化合物1.3g、维生素A48mg、维生素B10.05mg、维生素B20.09mg、维生素C0mg、维生素E0.67mg、烟酸5.6mg、钠63.3mg、钙9mg、铁1.4mg、胆固醇106mg。传统的饲养方法,一般都是直接将米饭、青菜、谷糠搅拌在一起给鸡吃,这样饲养的鸡肉质很好且营养健康,但是饲养周期比较长,不能满足市场上的需求;因此,人们开始使用饲料进行喂养,但是为了缩短鸡的饲养周期,在饲料中都或多或少添加了生长激素等,不仅影响肉质口感,还严重影响了食用者的身体健康;虽然市场也有一些原生态原料制成的饲料,但是其成本较高,一般的养殖户很难承担得起。另外,鸡的个体小,抵抗力差,饲养密集,群体庞大,往往容易得病。发病初期又不易察觉,一旦爆发势必迅速蔓延全群,难以扑灭。而有些传染病迄今为止,尚无有效的药物或疫苗可以防治。即使病鸡治愈,不仅花费巨大,而且生产性能下降,成本增加。所以,只有搞好环境卫生,加强饲养管理,注意防疫消毒,做好预防注射工作,防患于未然才是预防疾病发生最切实有效的手段。因此,研制一种采用原生态原料、成本低、营养全面且具备的保健功效的鸡专用饲料对于养鸡户来说有重大意义。
红薯藤即是红薯的茎叶,是蔬菜皇后,含有非常丰富的维生素,是营养价值很高的蔬菜;现代营养研究发现番薯叶中维生素C、B2、胡罗卜素及α-生育酚含量颇丰,如红薯叶中胡萝卜素较胡萝卜中的含量高3.8倍。每100克红薯叶含钙47-94毫克,磷56-113毫克,铁0.18-0.90毫克,是人体所需矿物质良好的供给源。据分析,红薯叶所含的胡萝卜素、维生素C、钙、磷、铁及必需氨基酸为菠菜的2倍以上,而草酸含量仅为菠菜的一半。红薯叶也含丰富的黄酮类化合物,能捕捉在人体内兴风作浪的氧自由基“杀手”,具有抗氧化、提高人体抗病能力、延缓衰老、抗炎防癌等多种保健作用。
蚕沙,即是蚕食桑后排泄出来的粪便。色墨绿,呈颗粒状,其大小随着龄期递进而增大,一龄时小如细沙,至五龄盛食期大如绿豆,饲养1盒蚕种(10g蚁量,25000条蚕),全龄期可获得100-150kg新鲜蚕粪,风干后可得到50-55kg风干蚕沙或45kg左右的干燥蚕沙。蚕粪富含营养成分,粗蛋白质占16.7%、粗脂肪占3.7%/粗纤维占19%、可溶性无氮物占45%、灰分占15.6%。蚕粪还富含叶绿素和维生素E、K果胶等,是提取这些化学物品较为经济的原料。蚕粪还用来制作蚕沙枕头,据认为具有清凉和降血压等效果。
就发明人调查,目前市场上还未发现有以红薯藤、蚕沙等为原料制成的鸡用饲料出售。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以原生态物料为原料,营养结构合理全面、生产成本低且具有日常保健作用的鸡用饲料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料,主要由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:红薯藤40~60份、玉米粉20~30份、豆饼粉20~30份、谷糠20~30份、四号小麦粉5~10份、蚕沙5~10份、鱼粉1~5份、花生麸1~5份、甲硫氨酸1~3份和食盐1~3份。
在本发明中所采用的原料,发明人充分考虑了鸡的喜好以及饲料的营养价值及其广泛的原料来源。如主原料红薯藤在农村几乎家家户户都种有,而且农户也习惯将其切好喂养家禽,家禽也喜欢吃;而且红薯藤的营养丰富,可以满足鸡成长所需的基本营养。
玉米(学名:Zea mays),亦称玉蜀黍、包谷、苞米、棒子。粤语称为粟米,闽南语称作番麦;是一年生禾本科草本植物,是重要的粮食作物和重要的饲料来源,也是全世界总产量最高的粮食作物;含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素、纤维素及多糖等,具有开发高营养、高生物学功能食品的巨大潜力。因此,玉米粉除了食用,也是饲料的主要原料之一。
豆饼粉,是大豆(主要是黄豆和黑豆)榨油后的副产品,在各种植物中营养价值最高。一般来讲,每千克豆饼的干物质中消化能均在3000千卡以上,粗蛋白质含量在40%以上,蛋白质的生物学价值高于任何一种饼类饲料。其中畜禽所必需的赖氨酸含量达2.5%~3%,比玉米高10倍。同样是饲料的优良原料之一。
谷糠就是谷物的皮壳,如稻、稷、麦、豆、麻的皮壳;谷糠中含有大量的维生素和微量元素,对动物有很好的补益作用。酒糟,别名红糟、酒醅糟、粕等等,是米、麦、高梁等酿酒后剩余的残渣,不但富含营养和能量,而且也有增进食欲的作用;可作为饲料的原料。
蚕沙,富含营养成分,是上等的肥料和猪、羊、鱼的理想饲料。蚕沙含有机物物83.77~90.44%,灰分9.56~16.23%,总氮量1.91~3.60%。又含叶绿素,可用乙醇或丙酮抽提出来。据报道,第三、第四、第五龄蚕的蚕沙,顺次提出粗叶绿素1.6,2.0,2.4%,但其中真正的叶绿素只一小部分。例如第五龄的蚕沙的粗叶绿素只含纯叶绿素13.19%,其余尚有皂化物48.92%,不皂化物44.45%。蚕沙含植物醇0.25~0.29%。另含不皂化成分β-谷甾醇、胆甾醇、麦角甾醇和廿四醇、蛇麻脂醇。从蚕沙中尚分离出β-谷甾醇-β-葡萄糖甙。蚕沙所含游离氨基酸,曾找出亮氨酸、组氨酸等13种氨基酸,随着蚕儿长大,粪中亮氨酸与组氨酸含量亦渐增多。蚕沙含多量胡萝卜素。蚕沙有祛风化湿、舒经活络等效果,可以对家禽起到日常保健作用。
鱼粉用一种或多种鱼类为原料,经去油、脱水、粉碎加工后的高蛋白质饲料;富含B族维生素,尤以维生素B12、B2含量高,还含有维生素A、D和维生素E等脂溶性维生素;是良好的矿物质来源,钙、磷的含量很高,且比例适宜,所有磷都是可利用磷;鱼粉的含硒量很高,可达2mg/kg以上;此外,鱼粉中碘、锌、铁、硒的含量也很高,并含有适量的砷;鱼粉中含有促生长的未知因子,这种物质还没有提纯成化合物,这种物质可刺激动物生长发育。花生麸则富含磷、钾两种大量元素,而且新鲜压榨的花生麸有香味,可以起到一定的诱食作用。
甲硫氨酸,是含硫必需氨基酸,为含硫α-氨基酸之一。是蛋白质的一种成分,卵白蛋白和酪蛋白中很多,天然得到的是L-型。生物体必须将D-型在体内转化为L-型才能被机体利用。与生物体内各种含硫化合物的代谢密切相关。在生物体内先从ATP接受腺苷基变成S-腺苷酰甲硫氨酸(活性甲硫氨酸)再进行甲基转移。失去甲基的同型半胱氨酸经胱硫醚变成半胱氨酸。当缺乏蛋氨酸时,会引起食欲减退、生长减缓或不增加体重、肾脏肿大和肝脏铁堆积等现象,最后导致肝坏死或纤维化。
作为本发明的鸡用饲料进一步优选配方方案:主要由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:红薯藤50~55份、玉米粉25~30份、豆饼粉20~25份、谷糠25~30份、四号小麦粉5~10份、蚕沙5~10份、鱼粉1~5份、花生麸1~5份、甲硫氨酸1~3份和食盐1~3份。
作为本发明的鸡用饲料进一步优选配方方案:主要由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:红薯藤50份、玉米粉25份、豆饼粉25份、谷糠25份、四号小麦粉8份、蚕沙10份、鱼粉3份、花生麸2份、甲硫氨酸3份和食盐2份。
一种制备上述的含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料的方法,包括以下步骤:
a.先将红薯藤自然晾干,表面不含水分,然后放入剪切粉碎机中进行粉碎成红薯藤粉粒;同时采用碾磨机将蚕沙碾磨粉碎成粉末状,并过40目;
b.按照相应的重量份数将红薯藤、玉米粉、豆饼粉、谷糠、四号小麦粉混合,并加入适量水进行搅拌均匀后,再逐次加入蚕沙、鱼粉、花生麸、甲硫氨酸和食盐,边加入边搅拌,直至加完各原料并充分搅拌均匀后,进行烘烤,造粒,包装,即得含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料成品。
本发明的优点:
1.营养全面、成本低廉。以红薯藤、玉米粉、豆饼粉等为主原料,再辅以鱼粉、花生麸、甲硫氨酸等,使本发明的鸡用饲料营养构成非常合理,让鸡可以加快生长发育,又不影响肉的品质,而且主原料来源广泛、种植容易,不需要特殊的种植条件,因此原料价格成本也是比较低廉,从而饲料的生产成本也就比较低,降低了养鸡的成本,容易被众多养殖户接受。
2.具备日常保健功效。在饲料中添加有具备祛风化湿效果的蚕沙,对于圈养家禽来说能够起到有效的长期的防治效果。
3.节能环保,充分利用过剩资源。本发明将种植过剩的红薯藤制成饲料,可以长期保留;避免了红薯藤烂在菜地里,既浪费又污染环境。

发明人在本发明鸡用饲料生产出来后,做了以下对比试验,发明人从市场上买回一批个头大小、健康状况基本一样的小鸡回来,并分成以下几个小组,然后采取以下喂养措施:对照组1直接采用红薯叶、玉米颗粒、豆渣等混合喂养;对照组2用市场上销售的普通鸡饲料喂养;实验组1-4分别采用实施例2、3、5、8的鸡用饲料喂养。各组小鸡的成长日志如下表:
从上表可以看出,使用本发明的鸡用饲料进行喂养,鸡的成长速度要快于其他普通饲料,而且保健效果很明显,基本上未出现较严重的染病情况。
Claims (4)
1.一种含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:红薯藤40~60份、玉米粉20~30份、豆饼粉20~30份、谷糠20~30份、四号小麦粉5~10份、蚕沙5~10份、鱼粉1~5份、花生麸1~5份、甲硫氨酸1~3份和食盐1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:红薯藤50~55份、玉米粉25~30份、豆饼粉20~25份、谷糠25~30份、四号小麦粉5~10份、蚕沙5~10份、鱼粉1~5份、花生麸1~5份、甲硫氨酸1~3份和食盐1~3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:红薯藤50份、玉米粉25份、豆饼粉25份、谷糠25份、四号小麦粉8份、蚕沙10份、鱼粉3份、花生麸2份、甲硫氨酸3份和食盐2份。
4.一种制备如权利要求1-3任一所述的含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.先将红薯藤自然晾干,表面不含水分,然后放入剪切粉碎机中进行粉碎成红薯藤粉粒;同时采用碾磨机将蚕沙碾磨粉碎成粉末状,并过40目;
b.按照相应的重量份数将红薯藤、玉米粉、豆饼粉、谷糠、四号小麦粉混合,并加入适量水进行搅拌均匀后,再逐次加入蚕沙、鱼粉、花生麸、甲硫氨酸和食盐,边加入边搅拌,直至加完各原料并充分搅拌均匀后,进行烘烤,造粒,包装,即得含有蚕沙的鸡用饲料成品。
