Abstract
复合饲料添加剂适宜于粗纤维比重较大的饲料。该饲料添加剂由硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸镁、碘化钾、氯化钴、亚硒酸钠以及载体按一定重量比例混合制成。所说的粗纤维为各种稿秆及加工废弃物,例如玉米秆、芯、麦秆、稻草、花生壳、糠等及煤灰、蚕粪、鸡鸭粪等,载体为麦麸、米糠、蚕沙或钙粉等。本添加剂及其使用方法能保证上述物质转化为有用、适口的饲料。
Description
技术领域
本发明是一种饲料添加剂,主要用作猪、鸭、鸡等家畜,家禽的词料添加物,特别适用于粗纤维比重较大的饲料的添加剂。
技术背景
众所周知,添加剂与饲料搭配,能够改善家畜、家禽生长过程中对微量元素助要求。所说的微量元素如铁、铜、锌、锰、镁、磷、钾等对生长极其重要。公知的添加剂品种较多,但公知的添加剂与饲料搭配时,对饲料要求太高,要求用高能量,高蛋白,低粗纤维的饲料。例如,粗纤维的量不能超过15~30%,否则不利于畜、禽生长。由于大量使用粮食,使饲料成本增高,各地的饲料粮短缺已表现出对养殖业明显的阻碍作用。因此,必须发展一种节粮型饲料,该饲料能使用大量的农作物废弃物,例如稿秆,各种农产品加工下脚料等。但由于这些饲料来源的品种具有各种不适宜家畜、家禽直接饲用的特征,因此必须经过处理,例如发酵、软化等,最后还需加入各种家畜、家禽生长过程中所需的微量元素,才能将不能直接利用的各种代用品转化为饲料。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于提供一种适宜于粗纤维饲料所使用的添加剂的配方,所说的粗纤维最高可达60%。此添加剂能完成粗纤维的发酵、软化,并满足其需要的微量元素。
本发明的另一个目的,是提供一种本申请对象添加剂的使用方法,所说的方法能保证生产出的粗纤维饲料适于饲用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的方案在于:所说的添加剂由:硫酸亚铁重量比10%~12%,硫酸铜重量比12%~25%,硫酸锌重量比10%~12%,硫酸锰重量比2%~3%,硫酸镁重量比1%~2%,碘化钾重量比0.01%~0.016%,氯化钴重量比0.01%~0.014%,亚硒酸钠重量比0.005%~0.006%,再加上64%~55%的载体.经混合制得。
上述方案中之载体是对畜禽生长无影响且有利的原料,具有强吸水性,便于混合物防潮。本方案中的载体为麦麸、米糠、蚕沙或钙粉等。
所说添加剂的使用方法,先将粗饲料经过物理加工,如切细、粉碎备用,将一定量的添加剂溶于水中,并同时加入少许食盐、糖精、碱等,将混合液体与加工过的粗饲料按0.5~1∶1的比例混合,再将其装入与空气隔绝的容器中发酵,当有香味时即可取出喂猪。
本方案所说的粗纤维饲料,是指各种稿秆及加工废弃物。例如:麦秆、油菜壳、秆、玉米秆、芯、谷草,还有农村常见的煤灰、白泥、蚕粪、鸡鸭粪,牛粪、麻叶、花生壳、糠等加工废弃物。
有益效果
上述物质若使用一般添加剂,就不可能软化粗纤维,并从粗纤维中转化出畜禽生长所需的养料。本添加剂一方面能满足畜禽对微量元素的需要,另一方面达到软化粗纤维,分解木质素,改善饲料性能,达到适口性好的目的。
具体实施方式
本发明的方案经过实施例作进一步的说明。
取硫酸亚铁10克,硫酸铜12克,硫酸锌10克,硫酸锰2克,硫酸镁1克,碘化钾10毫克,氯化钴10毫克,亚硒酸钠5毫克,先将碘化钾、氯化钴、亚硒酸纳充分溶于10克水中,再加入54克麦麸拌干,再与其它几种化学元素混合拌匀,即制得所说的添加剂。
本实施例使用的粗纤维原料为玉米秆、芯、花生藤叶,加入蚕沙、鸡粪、煤灰等加工废弃物。上述几种原料,先经如下方法加工:玉米秆收割时应最大限度地保证稿秆呈青绿色状态,收下的玉米秆,立即散开硒干,并勤翻动,一般2-3天使水分失去90%左右,用饲料碎机碎成粉状。
花生成熟后,将花生连藤一并扯回摘去花生,然后把青绿的花生藤叶晒干,经晒干的花生藤保留一定的青绿色,然后将其粉碎备用。
蚕沙为养蚕后的下脚料,营养丰富,但蚕沙中混有不少散石灰,故用量不能过大,不能鲜喂,仍需硒干后粉碎。
鸡粪的制备方法是:先将鸡圈打扫干净,用20%的石灰水消毒,然后将细糠、麦麸,撒在圈内或笼下的地板上,冬春季节每3-5天收一次,夏秋季.节每1-2天收一次,将收起来的鸡粪充分压碎,用水调成手抓成团松手能散为宜。再装到缸盆或筐内发酵。数量多时可堆在一起不压紧以通风透气,上下要透气物保温,但不要用塑料薄膜,以利于乳酸菌的繁殖。经过1-2天闻到酒香味就可喂饲。发酵温度以35℃~45℃为宜。50公斤饲料中可加入5-20公斤左右。
所用的煤灰经过筛细即可使用。50公斤饲料中可加4-5公斤。牛粪既可鲜喂,又可硒干后喂。50公斤词料中鲜喂用5公斤,干喂用10公斤。
将上述制备好的玉米秆粉取10公斤,花生藤粉10公斤,牛粪5公斤,细枯4公斤,玉米10公斤,蚕沙6公斤,煤灰50公斤,充分混合,将本实施例前所述的添加剂取100克,快育灵10克,人发水溶解液3公斤,糖精2.5克,食盐500克,碱粉400克等物放进水中拌匀,水重35公斤,与上述粗纤维充分拌匀,再将其装入瓦缸内密封发酵(能隔绝空气),当有香味时即可取出喂猪。
使用本添加剂喂猪时,试喂前最好给猪打虫、冼胃、健胃,否则效果差些。
Claims (4)
1.一种适合于粗纤维饲料使用的节粮型添加剂,用于畜禽的饲料加工,其特征在于:所说的饲料添加剂由:硫酸亚铁重量比10%~12%,硫酸铜重量比12%~25%,硫酸锌重量比10%~12%,硫酸锰重量比2%~3%,硫酸镁重量比1%~2%,碘化钾重量比0.01%~0.016%,氯化钴重量比0.01%~0.014%,亚硒酸钠重量比0.005%~0.016%,氯化钴重量比0.01%~0.014%,亚硒酸钠重量比0.005%~0.006%,重量比64%~55%的载体经过混合制成。
2.权利要求1所述的复合饲料添加剂的使用方法,其特征在于:先将粗纤维饲料经过物理加工备用,将所说的添加剂溶于水中,同时加入食盐、糖精、碱等其它有用物质,将制得的混合液体与加工备用的粗纤维饲料以0.5~1∶1的重量比混合拌匀,再将其装入与空气隔绝的容器中发酵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所说的载体为麦麸、米糠、蚕沙或钙粉等。
4.根据权利要求1和2所述的复合饲料添加剂及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述的粗纤维原料和加工废弃物包括玉米秆、芯、麦秆、油菜壳、谷草等及煤灰、白泥、蚕粪、鸡鸭粪、牛粪、麻叶、花生壳、糠等。
