Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,采用基础加硒日粮、保健添加剂和营养添加剂的合理搭配喂养肉驴,提供肉驴生长所需的营养物质,加入的添加剂成分可提高肉驴的抵抗力、营养价值,改善肉驴的生长性能。所述基础加硒日粮由狭鳕鱼皮提取物、罗非鱼皮提取物、谷草、玉米、大豆、豌豆、小麦秸秆、骨粉、豆蔓、食盐、胱氨酸硒、蛋氨酸硒组成。

本发明涉及动物养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法。
背景技术
马科、驴属。体型比马和斑马都小,但与马属有不少共同特征:第三趾发达,有蹄,其余各趾都已退化。毛驴是草食性驴科动物。其品种繁多,因地域而不同,分布广泛。主要有陕西关中驴、山东德州驴、新疆驴、云南驴、野生驴等等。
驴肉具有补血、益气补虚等保健功能。食驴肉之风也在广东、广西、陕西、青海、北京、天津、河北、山东等地兴起,这表明开发饲养肉驴大有潜力。驴肉中含蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁,有效营养成分不亚于牛、兔、狗等肉,属典型的高蛋白、低脂肪肉食品。驴皮质柔韧厚实,可用于制革,并且具有药用价值,是名贵中药“阿胶”的原料。
俗话说天上有龙肉地下有驴肉就是说明驴肉的营养价值高,从毛驴自身价值来说,毛驴一身都是宝。屠宰后的毛驴,其肉用来做佳肴,其骨用来做骨粉,其皮用来提炼驴胶。从饲养成本和自身价值分析得出,毛驴确实具有很高的饲养价值。驴奶价值也很高,驴奶与人奶极为相近,营养成分比例几乎占人奶所含成分的99%,是人奶的最佳替代品;且驴奶具有滋润皮肤,改善面部环境的作用。
中国专利《一种肉驴的养殖饲料》(专利申请号:CN201611182908.4)公开了一种肉驴的养殖饲料,该饲料搭配青饲料养殖肉驴,能够提高肉驴的肉质,同时该饲料养殖成本降,产量高。但肉驴从习性上讲,比起马、牛等家畜更耐粗饲,抗病力也较强,但这并不等于就不生病,尤其在集约化养殖条件下,更容易感染疾病。
研究发现硒具有抗衰老、保护修复细胞、提高红细胞的携氧能力、提高人体免疫力,解毒排毒抗污染和预防癌变六大生物学功能,具有保心脑、护肝肾、防癌变、恢复胰岛素、延缓衰老之功效,因此,硒是动物必须的微量元素,补硒已成为当今一种新的养生之道。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,采用一种绿色健康的富硒饲料饲喂肉驴,加入的添加剂成分可提高肉驴的抵抗力、营养价值,改善肉驴的生长性能。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)5-6月龄开始时,幼驴每日每头喂基础加硒日粮10-20g,每3-5d喂保健添加剂15-19g,7-10d后每日喂基础加硒日粮80-100g,1个月后每日喂基础加硒日粮100-200g;
(2)7-9月龄开始,每日喂基础加硒日粮500-1000g,每5-7d喂保健添加剂55-60g,每3-5d喂营养添加剂120-140g;
(3)14-15月龄开始,每日喂基础加硒日粮3.5kg,每7-10d喂保健添加剂120-140g,每3-5d喂营养添加剂320-330g;
(4)妊娠期,每日喂基础加硒日粮3.5kg,每7-10d喂保健添加剂120-140g,每3-5d喂营养添加剂400-420g。
上步骤(1)基础加硒日粮:狭鳕鱼皮提取物12-14份、罗非鱼皮提取物12-14份、谷草90-95份、玉米12-16份、大豆25-30份、豌豆20-24份、小麦秸秆32-34份、骨粉10-20份、豆蔓50-65份、食盐2.5-4.5份、胱氨酸硒1-1.8份、蛋氨酸硒2.2-2.4份。
所述狭鳕鱼皮提取物:将鱼皮解冻,用清水洗2次,剪成5cm的小段,将清洗过的鱼皮加入料液比为1:10的6%NaCl溶液浸泡10h,再用清水洗涤2次,蒸馏水洗涤1次,加入料液比为1:4的0.2mol/L盐酸浸泡20min,再水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的蒸馏水搅拌成匀浆,水浴加热至75℃提取5h,将提取液用200目双层滤布过滤,滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩,冷却,置于-30℃预冻3h以上,冷冻干燥。
所述罗非鱼皮提取物:将鱼皮解冻,用清水洗2次,剪成5cm的小段,将清洗过的鱼皮加入料液比为1:10的6%NaCl溶液浸泡10h,再用清水洗涤2次,蒸馏水洗涤1次,浸泡在0.2%的NaOH溶液中40min,料液比为1:6,水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的0.2mol/L盐酸浸泡20min,水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的蒸馏水搅拌为匀浆,水浴加热至75℃提取5h,将提取液用200目双层滤布过滤,滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩,冷却,置于-30℃预冻3h以上,冷冻干燥。
上步骤(2)保健添加剂:薄荷精油0.3-0.5份、香附3-5份、陈皮2-4份、茯苓2-4份、山楂1.2-1.6份、厚朴0.22-0.48份、甘草3.2-3.6份、五加皮2-4份、菊花10-12份、马鞭草2-4份、雷丸2-4份、常山2-4份、苦参3.2-4.4份。
所述薄荷精油:将薄荷粉碎过40目筛,在CO2流量35kg/h,35MPa,40℃下进行CO2超临界萃取2.5h,得薄荷精油。
所述保健添加剂是与茯苓菌共发酵后使用,将保健添加剂各成分低温烘干,粉碎过80目筛,在茯苓菌发酵体系中添加保健添加剂粉末1%,在28℃下发酵培养120h,将发酵产物投入饲喂。
所述营养添加剂:韭菜籽提取物32-36份、南瓜藤粉8-10份、胡萝卜缨8-10份、豆沙下脚料25-30份、桑葚酒糟6-8份、柠檬皮粉10-12份、余柑子皮粉6-8份、魔芋粉22-26份。
所述韭菜籽提取物:将韭菜籽粉碎,加入料液比为1:47的磷酸二氢钠作缓冲液,调节pH8.0进行超声波辅助浸提8.0h,然后经5000r/min离心取上清液,干燥。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,日粮中加入的鱼皮提取物可为肉驴的生长发育提供糖蛋白、胶原蛋白等丰富的营养物质,还可降低甘油三酯、胆固醇的含量,另外起保护肠胃的作用,提高肉驴的吸收效率,显著提高日增重以及肉驴中蛋白质含量;
本发明添加的薄荷精油对金黄色葡萄糖球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌等常见菌都有很强的抑制效果,能够增强肉驴的抵抗力,与中草药共同作用下互相促进肉驴的吸收利用率,显著降低肉驴的发病率;
本发明将保健添加剂与茯苓菌共发酵后使用,提高了茯苓菌多糖的合成及外分泌,同时茯苓菌多糖反作用于保健添加剂中的中草药效用,为肉驴提高抵抗力;
本发明使用的营养添加剂中加入了韭菜籽提取物,韭菜籽中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和膳食纤维,同时还含有粗蛋白以及具有抗真菌、肿瘤和病毒特性的几丁质酶类似蛋白,能够与其余精料粉共同作用为肉驴提供充足的蛋白质营养,改善肉驴的膳食结构;
本发明的富硒有机饲料中富含硒,同时还含有多种能增强机体免疫功能的组分,无任何毒副作用;并且各组分起到协同作用,促进硒在肉驴机体内安全、高效地转化为人体所需的有机硒。

实施例1
一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)5-6月龄开始时,幼驴每日每头喂基础加硒日粮15g,每4d喂保健添加剂17g,8d后每日喂基础加硒日粮90g,1个月后每日喂基础加硒日粮150g;
(2)7-9月龄开始,每日喂基础加硒日粮750g,每6d喂保健添加剂57.5g,每4d喂营养添加剂130g;
(3)14-15月龄开始,每日喂基础加硒日粮3.5kg,每9d喂保健添加剂130g,每4d喂营养添加剂325g;
(4)妊娠期,每日喂基础加硒日粮3.5kg,每8d喂保健添加剂130g,每4d喂营养添加剂410g。
本实施例一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,所述步骤(1)基础加硒日粮为:狭鳕鱼皮提取物13份、罗非鱼皮提取物13份、谷草92.5份、玉米14份、大豆27.5份、豌豆22份、小麦秸秆33份、骨粉15份、豆蔓57.5份、食盐3.5份、胱氨酸硒1.4份、蛋氨酸硒2.3份。
上述狭鳕鱼皮提取物的制备:将鱼皮解冻,用清水洗2次,剪成5cm的小段,将清洗过的鱼皮加入料液比为1:10的6%NaCl溶液浸泡10h,再用清水洗涤2次,蒸馏水洗涤1次,加入料液比为1:4的0.2mol/L盐酸浸泡20min,再水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的蒸馏水搅拌成匀浆,水浴加热至75℃提取5h,将提取液用200目双层滤布过滤,滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩,冷却,置于-30℃预冻3h以上,冷冻干燥。

上述薄荷精油:将薄荷粉碎过40目筛,在CO2流量35kg/h,35MPa,40℃下进行CO2超临界萃取2.5h,得薄荷精油。
上述保健添加剂是与茯苓菌共发酵后使用,将保健添加剂各成分低温烘干,粉碎过80目筛,在茯苓菌发酵体系中添加保健添加剂粉末1%,在28℃下发酵培养120h,将发酵产物投入饲喂。
本实施例一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,所述营养添加剂为:韭菜籽提取物34份、南瓜藤粉9份、胡萝卜缨9份、豆沙下脚料27.5份、桑葚酒糟7份、柠檬皮粉11份、余柑子皮粉7份、魔芋粉24份。
上述韭菜籽提取物的制备:将韭菜籽粉碎,加入料液比为1:47的磷酸二氢钠作缓冲液,调节pH=8.0进行超声波辅助浸提8.0h,然后经5000r/min离心取上清液,干燥。
实施例2
一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:

上述薄荷精油:将薄荷粉碎过40目筛,在CO2流量35kg/h,35MPa,40℃下进行CO2超临界萃取2.5h,得薄荷精油。
上述保健添加剂是与茯苓菌共发酵后使用,将保健添加剂各成分低温烘干,粉碎过80目筛,在茯苓菌发酵体系中添加保健添加剂粉末1%,在28℃下发酵培养120h,将发酵产物投入饲喂。
本实施例一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,所述营养添加剂为:韭菜籽提取物36份、南瓜藤粉10份、胡萝卜缨10份、豆沙下脚料30份、桑葚酒糟8份、柠檬皮粉12份、余柑子皮粉8份、魔芋粉26份。
上述韭菜籽提取物的制备:将韭菜籽粉碎,加入料液比为1:47的磷酸二氢钠作缓冲液,调节pH=8.0进行超声波辅助浸提8.0h,然后经5000r/min离心取上清液,干燥。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,饲料中的保健添加剂没有与茯苓菌共发酵。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,基础加硒日粮中用等量的果蔬代替鱼皮提取物。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于,营养添加剂中不包括韭菜籽提取物。
对比例4
与实施例1的区别在于,基础加硒饲料中不添加胱氨酸硒和蛋氨酸硒。
效果评价
选取交通便利、背风向阳、空气流通、地势高燥、排水良好、地下水位低、土质坚实、平坦宽阔或具有缓坡的地方建立驴舍,且按功能分出多个场区。按照上述实施例1~3和对比例1~3的方法分别养殖,期间的结果记录如下:
从上表中可以看出,由本发明的方法养殖出来的富硒肉驴,在摄食水平、疾病下降率、肉类品质均优于对比例;未添加鱼皮提取物、韭菜籽提取物、富硒类物质的对比例2、3、4与实施例1相对比,摄食水平增长情况不是很好,其中大量饲喂鱼皮提取物可为肉驴日常的生长发育提供糖蛋白、胶原蛋白等丰富的营养物质,还具有有效降低甘油三酯、胆固醇,增高必需的微量元素的效用,另外还具有肠胃保护作用,提高肉驴消化系统的吸收效率,显著提高日增重以及肉驴肉质;韭菜籽中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和膳食纤维,同时还含有粗蛋白以及具有抗真菌、肿瘤和病毒特性的几丁质酶类似蛋白,加入营养添加剂中能够与其余精料粉共同作用为肉驴提供充足的蛋白质营养;含硒的胱氨酸硒和蛋氨酸硒能有效参与生长激素的合成,提高胰岛素水平,促进肌肉蛋白质的合成与周转,吸收更多的矿物元素,增多硒含量;在传染性贫血疾病下降率上对比例1的数据表示较低,由于比较于实施例1缺乏保健添加剂与茯苓菌共发酵的作用,降低了茯苓菌多糖的合成及外分泌效果和保健添加剂中的中草药效用,所以为肉驴提高抵抗力的效果不是很突出。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)5-6月龄开始时,幼驴每日每头喂基础加硒日粮10-20g,每3-5d喂保健添加剂15-19g,7-10d后每日喂基础加硒日粮80-100g,1个月后每日喂基础加硒日粮100-200g;
(2)7-9月龄开始,每日喂基础加硒日粮500-1000g,每5-7d喂保健添加剂55-60g,每3-5d喂营养添加剂120-140g;
(3)14-15月龄开始,每日喂基础加硒日粮3.5kg,每7-10d喂保健添加剂120-140g,每3-5d喂营养添加剂320-330g;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)基础加硒日粮:狭鳕鱼皮提取物12-14份、罗非鱼皮提取物12-14份、谷草90-95份、玉米12-16份、大豆25-30份、豌豆20-24份、小麦秸秆32-34份、骨粉10-20份、豆蔓50-65份、食盐2.5-4.5份、胱氨酸硒1-1.8份、蛋氨酸硒2.2-2.4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述狭鳕鱼皮提取物:将鱼皮解冻,用清水洗2次,剪成5cm的小段,将清洗过的鱼皮加入料液比为1:10的6%NaCl溶液浸泡10h,再用清水洗涤2次,蒸馏水洗涤1次,加入料液比为1:4的0.2mol/L盐酸浸泡20min,再水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的蒸馏水搅拌成匀浆,水浴加热至75℃提取5h,将提取液用200目双层滤布过滤,滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩,冷却,置于-30℃预冻3h以上,冷冻干燥。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述罗非鱼皮提取物:将鱼皮解冻,用清水洗2次,剪成5cm的小段,将清洗过的鱼皮加入料液比为1:10的6%NaCl溶液浸泡10h,再用清水洗涤2次,蒸馏水洗涤1次,浸泡在0.2%的NaOH溶液中40min,料液比为1:6,水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的0.2mol/L盐酸浸泡20min,水洗至中性,加入料液比为1:4的蒸馏水搅拌为匀浆,水浴加热至75℃提取5h,将提取液用200目双层滤布过滤,滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩,冷却,置于-30℃预冻3h以上,冷冻干燥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)保健添加剂:薄荷精油0.3-0.5份、香附3-5份、陈皮2-4份、茯苓2-4份、山楂1.2-1.6份、厚朴0.22-0.48份、甘草3.2-3.6份、五加皮2-4份、菊花10-12份、马鞭草2-4份、雷丸2-4份、常山2-4份、苦参3.2-4.4份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述薄荷精油:将薄荷粉碎过40目筛,在CO2流量35kg/h,35MPa,40℃下进行CO2超临界萃取2.5h,得薄荷精油。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述保健添加剂是与茯苓菌共发酵后使用,将保健添加剂各成分低温烘干,粉碎过80目筛,在茯苓菌发酵体系中添加保健添加剂粉末1%,在28℃下发酵培养120h,将发酵产物投入饲喂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述营养添加剂:韭菜籽提取物32-36份、南瓜藤粉8-10份、胡萝卜缨8-10份、豆沙下脚料25-30份、桑葚酒糟6-8份、柠檬皮粉10-12份、余柑子皮粉6-8份、魔芋粉22-26份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种提高肉驴抵抗力的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述韭菜籽提取物:将韭菜籽粉碎,加入料液比为1:47的磷酸二氢钠作缓冲液,调节pH8.0进行超声波辅助浸提8.0h,然后经5000r/min离心取上清液,干燥。
