背景技术
羊肉性温,既能御风寒,又可补身体,对一般风寒咳嗽、慢性气管炎、虚寒哮喘、肾亏阳痿、腹部冷痛、体虚怕冷、腰膝酸软、面黄肌瘦、气血两亏、病后或产后身体虚亏等一切虚状均有治疗和补益效果,最适宜于冬季食用,故被称为冬令补品,深受人们欢迎。
肉羊的育肥饲料添加剂包括营养性添加剂和非营养性添加剂,其功能是补充或平衡饲料营养成分,提高饲料的适口性和利用率,促进羊的生长发育,改善代谢机能,加快生长速度,缩短育肥期,增加肉羊育肥的经济效益。
饲料添加剂是在饲喂、饲料加工和贮存等过程中添加一类特殊物质,其用量虽小,但作用巨大。科学使用饲料添加剂,能有效地增加羊产品产量,提高饲料利用率,节省饲料,降低成本,达到增产增收的目的。饲料添加剂是现代饲料工业必然使用的原料,对强化基础饲料营养价值,提高动物生产性能,保证动物健康,节省饲料成本,改善畜产品品质等方面有明显的效果。由于担心饲料中抗生素的添加可能导致病原菌对抗生素的耐药性和抗生素在动物产品中的残留,许多国家已经禁止了抗生素在饲料中的添加。
植物精油和有机酸具有良好的抗氧化和抗菌作用,可以改善动物肠道健康,促进营养物质的吸收,是目前常用的抗生素替代物。研究表明,植物精油和有机酸可以改善动物生长性能,减少病原菌对肠道的黏附, 改善肠道形态。但植物精油和有机酸作为饲料添加剂应用于生产中存在以下问题:植物精油易挥发氧化、成分不明确及有刺激性;有机酸易刺激消化道黏膜、不能过胃等,以至于植物精油和有机酸无法发挥更好的功效。因此需要对其进行进一步的加工,以满足饲料添加剂的适口性、安全性等,增加使用价值。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将百里香花瓣浸泡于水中,60-90分钟后加热升温至130-160℃,保温5-8小时进行蒸馏,将馏出液静置12-24小时,分滤去除多余水分,得百里香精油备用;
(2)将新鲜佛手柑果皮送入压榨机中压榨,收集所得汁液,将其脱水后过滤得到粗制佛手柑精油备用;
(3)将阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精按质量比(4-5):1混合后溶解于7-8倍于其质量水中,搅拌20-30分钟后加入乳化剂,得混合溶液体系备用;
(4)将百里香精油、粗制佛手柑精油以及柠檬酸、苹果酸按质量比(2-2.5):(1-1.2):(25-28):(15-17)混合后加入到步骤3所得混合溶液体系中,加入量为混合溶液体系质量的17.5-22.5%,之后常温搅拌40-60分钟后喷雾干燥,得包被胶囊备用;
(5)将脱脂米糠、植物乳杆菌菌剂和步骤4所得包被胶囊按质量比(45-55):(1-2):(10-15)混合后送入造粒机中造粒,即得本发明饲料添加剂。
所述步骤1中加热过程中使用超声波辅助萃取,超声频率控制为48-52KHz。
所述步骤2中脱水过程采用添加无水硫酸钠的方法进行。
所述步骤3中乳化剂加入量为溶液总质量的1-1.5%,其中乳化剂为大豆磷脂、月桂酸单甘油酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯以及硬脂酰乳酸钠中的任意一种。
所述步骤4中百里香精油、粗制佛手柑精油、柠檬酸、苹果酸按质量比2.5:1:27:16混合。

具体实施方式
一种代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将百里香花瓣浸泡于水中,90分钟后加热升温至150℃,加热过程中使用超声波辅助萃取,超声频率控制为50KHz,保温6小时进行蒸馏,将馏出液静置18小时,分滤去除多余水分,得百里香精油备用;
(2)将新鲜佛手柑果皮送入压榨机中压榨,收集所得汁液,将其使用无水硫酸钠脱水后过滤得到粗制佛手柑精油备用;
(3)将阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精按质量比5:1混合后溶解于8倍于其质量水中,搅拌30分钟后加入大豆磷脂,加入量为溶液总质量的1.5%,得混合溶液体系备用;
(4)将百里香精油、粗制佛手柑精油以及柠檬酸、苹果酸按质量比2.5:1:27:16混合后加入到步骤3所得混合溶液体系中,加入量为混合溶液体系质量的20%,之后常温搅拌50分钟后喷雾干燥,得包被胶囊备用;

3.根据权利要求1所述的代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中脱水过程采用添加无水硫酸钠的方法进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中乳化剂加入量为溶液总质量的1-1.5%,其中乳化剂为大豆磷脂、月桂酸单甘油酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯以及硬脂酰乳酸钠中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4中百里香精油、粗制佛手柑精油、柠檬酸、苹果酸按质量比2.5:1:27:16混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的代替抗生素的肉羊饲料添加剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述羊饲料添加剂的添加比例为基础日粮的1.5-2.5%。
