背景技术
以往,在搭载于混合动力车或者电动汽车等车辆的线束中,已知如下:在搭载于车辆时不需要柔软性的部位使用保持形状的形状保持导体,在为了与机器等连接而需要柔软性的部位使用柔软地折弯的柔软导体。通过将形状保持导体和柔软导体使用于适当的部位,从而能够实现空间效率的提高、成本的降低等。
例如在下述专利文献1中记载了一种线束,其使用单芯线作为形状保持导体,并使用绞线作为柔软导体。该线束通过将直径尺寸比绞线小的单芯线插通于屏蔽管,从而将屏蔽管的直径尺寸抑制得较小。单芯线和绞线通过在单芯线的末端部从绝缘包覆层露出的导体和在绞线的末端部从绝缘包覆层露出的导体在与两电线的延伸方向交叉的方向重合,并通过超声波熔接而接合。单芯线的导体被压扁为平板状,在由此形成的平坦的面上接合有绞线的导体。因为被压扁为平板状的部分的宽度比单芯线的外径大,所以不收纳到插通有单芯线的屏蔽管的内部。因此,单芯线和绞线的连接部配置于从屏蔽管的端部向外方露出的位置。

发明要解决的课题
但是,在如上述的结构中,在线束搬运时、向车辆搭载时等,有时单芯线和绞线的连接部折弯。当连接部折弯时,有可能发生如下等不良情况:由于伴随该折弯的应力,连接部的接触阻力变得不是正常值。
本发明是基于如上述的情况而完成的,以提供能够保护形状保持导体和柔软导体的连接部的线束为目的。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明的线束具有:柔软地折弯的柔软导体;保持形状的形状保持导体;以及保护构件,其将所述柔软导体与所述形状保持导体的连接部包围并将所述连接部保持为直线状,所述保护构件的一端部固装于所述形状保持导体的端部。
本发明的线束具有:柔软地折弯的柔软导体;保持形状的形状保持导体;屏蔽管,所述形状保持导体插通在该屏蔽管的内部;以及保护构件,其将所述柔软导体与所述形状保持导体的连接部包围并将所述连接部保持为直线状,所述保护构件的一端部固装于所述屏蔽管的端部。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够防止柔软导体和形状保持导体的连接部折弯,所以能够保护连接部。

以下示出本发明的优选方式。
本发明的线束也可以为,所述保护构件为金属制,所述线束具有将所述保护构件包围的绝缘构件,所述绝缘构件将所述保护构件及所述形状保持导体的全长一并覆盖。根据这样的结构,因为将保护构件包围的绝缘构件兼作形状保持导体的包覆构件,所以与分别设置保护构件的绝缘构件和形状保持导体的包覆构件的相比,能够减少部件个数、工数。
另外,本发明的线束也可以为,所述线束具有将所述柔软导体包围的可挠性屏蔽构件,所述可挠性屏蔽构件的端部与所述保护构件的一端部一起固装于所述屏蔽管的端部。根据这样的结构,因为也可以不为了将可挠性屏蔽构件的端部连接到屏蔽管的端部而将紧固环等紧固,所以能够减少部件个数、工数。
<实施例1>
以下,一边参照图1及图2一边对将本发明具体化的一实施例详细地进行说明。
本实施例中的线束搭载于混合动力车等车辆,在搭载于车辆前部的机器和搭载于车辆后部的机器之间进行连接。本实施例的线束具有多条(图示的仅有一条)导电线W。
导电线W为将柔软地折弯的柔软导体10和保持形状的形状保持导体20在长度方向连接而成的结构。在导电线W中例如配置于车身的地板下的部位使用形状保持导体20,在配置于车内的部位使用柔软导体10。导电线W的导体为金属制(铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金等),形成为截面为大致圆形。
柔软导体10是将多根金属线材绞合而构成的绞线导体,由绝缘包覆层11包围。
形状保持导体20是由一根中空的金属管构成的管导体。形状保持导体20的外径尺寸比柔软导体10的外径尺寸大一些。
导电线W具有将柔软导体10和形状保持导体20连接的连接部40。柔软导体10和形状保持导体20使柔软导体10的端部及形状保持导体20的端部在与导电线W的延伸方向交叉的方向重合地接合。
在形状保持导体20的端部设置有被压扁为平板状的接合部(以后称为形状保持导体侧接合部21)。形状保持导体侧接合部21以形状保持导体20的径向上的两端彼此密合的方式被压扁。形状保持导体侧接合部21靠近形状保持导体20的径向上的一端侧,整体位于比形状保持导体20的中心线靠一方侧。形状保持导体侧接合部21与形状保持导体20的中心线呈大致平行。形状保持导体侧接合部21中面向形状保持导体20的中心线侧的面形成为与柔软导体10接合的接合面22。接合面22形成为平坦的面。
在形状保持导体20的端部通过形成形状保持导体侧接合部21而形成台阶部23。台阶部23具有比形状保持导体20的直径尺寸的大致一半大的台阶。
另外,在形状保持导体20的端部设置有被固定部24,后述的保护构件30的端部固定于被固定部24。被固定部24与台阶部23邻接,形成为外径尺寸大致恒定的部分。被固定部24与保护构件30的固定部32的内侧嵌合。
在柔软导体10的端部设置有线材彼此熔接而形成块的接合部(以后称为柔软导体侧接合部12)。柔软导体侧接合部12形成为扁平的大致长方体形状。柔软导体侧接合部12位于柔软导体10的径向的中心,在径向的两侧(图2的上下两侧)形成有台阶。
柔软导体侧接合部12与形状保持导体侧接合部21的接合面22重合,通过例如超声波接合机而接合。通过该超声波熔接,柔软导体10和形状保持导体20的接触部位进行金属间接合,能够电连接。在柔软导体侧接合部12和形状保持导体侧接合部21接合的状态下,柔软导体10的中心线和形状保持导体20的中心线大致位于同轴上。
线束具备保护构件30,保护构件30将柔软导体10和形状保持导体20的连接部40包围并将连接部40保持为直线状,保护构件30的一端部固装于形状保持导体20的端部。
保护构件30为金属制(铝合金、铜合金、不锈钢等)的筒状构件(管),具备将连接部40包围的包围部31和固定于形状保持导体20的被固定部24的固定部32。保护构件30呈直线状,在全长上形成直径尺寸相等的圆形截面。
保护构件30的固定部32设置于保护构件30的轴方向上的一方端部。固定部32具有比被固定部24的外径尺寸大一圈的内径尺寸,覆盖在被固定部24的外侧。

在固装部42,保护构件30的固定部32及形状保持导体20的被固定部24均被向径向内侧压缩,成为外周面侧凹陷、内周面侧突出的形状。在固装部42,保护构件30的内周面的凸部44嵌入(侵入)到形状保持导体20的外周面的凹部43并在轴方向卡止。
在保护构件30上覆盖有绝缘构件33。绝缘构件33是收缩管等,将保护构件30的全长覆盖。绝缘构件33具有不仅将保护构件30而且将形状保持导体20的全长包围的长度尺寸。绝缘构件33将保护构件30及形状保持导体20的全长一并覆盖,兼作形状保持导体20的包覆构件。绝缘构件33与保护构件30及形状保持导体20的外周面密合。另外,绝缘构件33的一端覆盖在柔软导体10的绝缘包覆层11上。
接着,对如上所述构成的实施例的作用及效果进行说明。
本实施例的线束具有:柔软地折弯的柔软导体10;保持形状的形状保持导体20;以及保护构件30,其将柔软导体10和形状保持导体20的连接部40包围并将连接部40保持为直线状,保护构件30的一端部固装于形状保持导体20的端部。根据该结构,能够防止柔软导体10和形状保持导体20的连接部40折弯,所以能够保护连接部40。
另外,保护构件30为金属制,具有将保护构件30包围的绝缘构件33,绝缘构件33将保护构件30及形状保持导体20的全长一并覆盖。根据该结构,将保护构件30包围的绝缘构件33兼作形状保持导体20的包覆构件,所以与分别设置保护构件30的绝缘构件33和形状保持导体20的包覆构件的情况相比,能够减少部件个数、工数。
<实施例2>
接着,通过图3说明将本发明具体化的实施例2的线束。
本实施例的线束在具备将导电线50包围的屏蔽构件51的方面与实施例1不同。另外,对与实施例1同样的结构赋予相同附图标记并省略重复的说明。
本实施例的线束具备导电线50,导电线50为将与实施例1同样地柔软地折弯的柔软导体10和保持形状的形状保持导体52在长度方向连接得到的结构。
形状保持导体52是由一根实心金属棒构成的单芯导体,由绝缘包覆层53包围。形状保持导体52的外径尺寸比柔软导体10的外径尺寸小一些。
在形状保持导体52的末端部与实施例1同样设置有压扁为平板状的形状保持导体侧接合部54。形状保持导体侧接合部54与实施例1同样靠近形状保持导体52的径向的一端侧,形状保持导体侧接合部54中面向形状保持导体52的中心线侧的面形成为与柔软导体10接合的接合面55。另外,在形状保持导体52的末端部通过与实施例1同样形成形状保持导体侧接合部54而形成台阶部56。
柔软导体10与实施例1同样是将多根金属线材绞合而构成的绞线导体,由绝缘包覆层11包围。
线束与实施例1同样具有保护构件30,保护构件30将柔软导体10和形状保持导体52的连接部40包围并将连接部40保持为直线状。保护构件30与实施例1同样为金属制(铝合金、铜合金、不锈钢等)的筒状构件(管),具备将连接部40包围的包围部31和固定于后述的屏蔽管57的被固定部59的固定部32。固定部32具有比被固定部59的外径尺寸大一圈的内径尺寸,覆盖于被固定部59的外侧。

接头部41的固装部42与实施例1同样,保护构件30的固定部32及屏蔽管57的被固定部59均被向径向内侧压缩,成为外周面侧凹陷、内周面侧突出的形状。在固装部42,屏蔽管57的外周面的凹部43和保护构件30的内周面的凸部44以夹入可挠性屏蔽构件58的局部的状态嵌合,并在轴方向卡止。
如上,在本实施例中,与实施例1同样,具有保护构件30,保护构件30将柔软导体10和形状保持导体52的连接部40包围并将连接部40保持为直线状,保护构件30的一端部固装于屏蔽管57的端部,所以能够防止柔软导体10和形状保持导体52的连接部40折弯,从而能够保护连接部40。另外,因为可挠性屏蔽构件58的端部与保护构件30的一端部一起固装于屏蔽管57的端部,所以也可以不为了将可挠性屏蔽构件58的端部连接到屏蔽管57的端部而将紧固环等紧固,所以能够减少部件个数、工数。
<其他实施例>
本发明并不限定于通过上述记述及附图说明的实施例,例如下面的实施例也包含于本发明的技术范围。
(1)在上述实施例中,保护构件30呈直线状,但是不限于此,只要保护构件中将连接部包围的包围部是直线状即可,例如保护构件也可以是除了包围部之外的部位弯曲的形状(例如L字状)。
(2)在上述实施例中,保护构件30为金属制,但是不限于此,例如保护构件也可以是具备金属制的筒状部和合成树脂制的绝缘部的复合结构,筒状部呈将连接部包围的筒状,绝缘部将筒状部的外表面覆盖。根据这样的结构,能够利用金属制的筒状部确保充分的强度,并且能不需要绝缘构件,所以能够减少部件个数。
(3)在上述实施例中,固装部42设置于接头部41的一个部位,但是不限于此,固装部也可以设置于接头部的两个部位以上。
(4)在上述实施例中,保护构件30在全长上形成直径尺寸相等的圆形截面,但是不限于此,保护构件的截面的大小等可以根据部位而改变,例如在保护构件中的包围部和固定部也可以使直径尺寸不同。
(5)在上述实施例中,柔软导体10为绞线导体,但是不限于此,柔软导体也可以是例如由编织金属线材得到的编织线构成的导体等。
(6)在上述实施例中,形状保持导体20、52形成为由一根中空金属管构成的管导体或者由一根实心金属棒构成的单芯导体,但是不限于此,形状保持导体只要是可保持形状的坚硬的导体,就可以是任何结构。
(7)在上述实施例中,通过在保护构件30的固定部32和形状保持导体20的被固定部24或者屏蔽管57的被固定部59重叠的部分实施塑性加工,从而保护构件30和形状保持导体20或者屏蔽管57相互固装,但是不限于此,将保护构件和形状保持导体或者屏蔽管固装的方式能够任意变更。
(8)在上述实施例中,例示了形状保持导体侧接合部21、54的形状,但是形状保持导体侧接合部21、54的形状只要是能与柔软导体10连接的形状,则无论什么样的形状都可以。例如也可以将形状保持导体侧接合部21、54以靠近形状保持导体20、52的径向中心的方式形成,另外,也可以以形状保持导体侧接合部21、54的厚度方向的中心与形状保持导体20、52的中心轴大致一致的方式形成。或者,也可以将形状保持导体侧接合部21省略,在形状保持导体20的内部插入柔软导体10,以将形状保持导体20向径向内侧压扁的方式将形状保持导体20压接于柔软导体10。

Claims (4)

1.一种线束,具有:
柔软地折弯的柔软导体;
保持形状的形状保持导体;以及
保护构件,其将所述柔软导体与所述形状保持导体的连接部包围并将所述连接部保持为直线状,所述保护构件由金属制的管形成,
所述保护构件的一端部固装于所述形状保持导体的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线束,其中,
所述保护构件为金属制,
所述线束具有将所述保护构件包围的绝缘构件,
所述绝缘构件将所述保护构件及所述形状保持导体的全长一并覆盖。
3.一种线束,具有:
柔软地折弯的柔软导体;
保持形状的形状保持导体;
屏蔽管,所述形状保持导体插通于该屏蔽管的内部;以及
保护构件,其将所述柔软导体与所述形状保持导体的连接部包围并将所述连接部保持为直线状,所述保护构件由金属制的管形成,
所述保护构件的一端部固装于所述屏蔽管的端部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的线束,其中,
所述线束具有将所述柔软导体包围的可挠性屏蔽构件,
所述可挠性屏蔽构件的端部与所述保护构件的一端部一起固装于所述屏蔽管的端部。
