雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构及雨刷片
技术领域
本发明涉及雨刷组件中的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构的改良。
背景技术
用于汽车的玻璃面等的擦拭的雨刷组件一般而言，构成为将雨刷片可转动地和与驱动机构连接的雨刷臂结合。作为这样的雨刷组件中的雨刷臂与雨刷片的结合结构，有采用使雨刷片侧的结合部在雨刷臂侧的箱型的连结部内沿雨刷片的长度方向滑动而进行收纳的结构(开口槽型的结合结构)的情况。例如，日本特表2008-509034(专利文献1)中公开了使雨刷片侧的结合部件(接头部)从长度方向嵌合入雨刷臂(振动臂)前端的U字型剖面的连结部内，从而将雨刷臂与雨刷片结合的构成。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在这样的现有的开口槽型的结合结构中，结合部的对连结部的卡定(固定)有通过使结合部侧的卡定部(锁定按钮)嵌合入设置于连结部的嵌合孔而进行的情况。该情况下，在设置于结合部的卡定片(例如，专利文献1中的舌片)上设置有锁定按钮，通过使该卡定片弯曲，而进行锁定按钮对嵌合孔的装拆。
但是，在这样的现有结构中，结合部侧的卡定部从设置于连结部的嵌合孔露出到连结部的外表面上，因此，雨刷组件的美观度下降。尤其是在树脂制的结合部的卡定部从金属制的雨刷臂的连结部露出时，色调在卡定部的部分不同，非常显眼。
本发明是着眼于这样的问题点而完成的，因此，其目的在于提供在通过使雨刷片的结合部嵌合于雨刷臂的连结部内而将雨刷片与雨刷臂结合的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构中，使结合部分的美观度提高的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构。
用于解决课题的技术方案
本发明在通过将雨刷片的结合部嵌合于雨刷臂的连结部内而将雨刷片与雨刷臂结合的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构中，所述雨刷臂包括用于将所述结合部导入到所述连结部内的开口部，所述连结部包括与所述开口部相邻地设置的卡定部，所述结合部包括能够弹性变形的卡定片，在所述卡定片设置有供所述卡定部嵌合的卡定凹部。
所述连结部具有顶壁和两侧侧壁，构成为所述结合部能够从设置于前端部的所述开口部嵌合入由所述顶壁和两侧侧壁围成的收纳部内，所述连结部的卡定部设置于所述结合部的顶壁的前端，所述结合部的卡定片也可以形成于所述结合部的上壁。
所述卡定片也可以具有与所述卡定凹部相邻的隆起部。
此外，本发明在具有通过嵌合于雨刷臂的连结部内而将雨刷片与雨刷臂结合的结合部的雨刷片中，所述结合部具有能够弹性变形的卡定片，所述卡定片具有供所述卡定部嵌合的卡定凹部。
所述卡定片也可以形成于所述结合部的上壁。
发明效果
根据本发明的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构或雨刷片，在雨刷臂(例如雨刷臂2)的连结部(例如连结部21)，与导入雨刷片(例如雨刷片1)的结合部(例如夹持件13)的开口部(例如开口部24)相邻地设置有卡定部(例如卡定部26)，所以能够构成为在连结部的外表面上不存在用于结合部与连结部的卡定的构成，结合结构的美观度提高。此外，卡定部嵌合于卡定凹部(例如卡定凹部44)，所以能够使卡定部不显眼，结合结构的美观度进一步提高。另外，卡定凹部设置于能够弹性变形的卡定片(例如卡定片40)，因此，在结合部对连结部的装配作业中，可使卡定片弯曲而顺畅地进行卡定部向卡定凹部的卡合，因此，能够进行高效的装配作业。
在将卡定部设置于结合部的顶壁(例如顶壁22)时，能够在结合结构的左右中央部进行稳定的卡定。
在与卡定凹部相邻地设置隆起部时，在结合部的向连结部的装配作业中，通过卡定部抵接于隆起部而使卡定片变形，因此，能够顺畅地进行装配作业。

具体实施方式
以下，基于附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1和图2中示出了本发明的实施方式的雨刷片1与雨刷臂2的结合结构。图1示出了雨刷片1与雨刷臂2尚未结合的状态，图2示出了雨刷片1与雨刷臂2已结合的状态。
如图示所示，雨刷片1包括：作为细长的擦拭部件的片主体11；固定于片主体11上的夹持件保持件12；和安装为可相对于夹持件保持件12转动的夹持件(结合部件)13。夹持件保持件12和夹持件13通过例如树脂成形形成。另外，在本实施方式中，夹持件13构成雨刷片1侧的结合部。
雨刷臂2是保持雨刷片1的细长部件，在未图示的基端侧连接有雨刷装置的驱动机构(未图示)，另一方面，前端侧成为连结于夹持件3的连结部21。另外，雨刷臂2例如由金属形成。
连结部21是由顶壁22、顶壁22的两侧的侧壁23构成的剖面呈コ字型的部件，通过在由顶壁22和两侧侧壁23围成的空间(收纳部)嵌合夹持件13，而经由夹持件13与雨刷片1连结。该情况下，夹持件13从连结部21的前端的开口部24被导入收纳部内，通过使连结部21沿雨刷片1的长度方向滑动，而完成对连结部21的嵌合。另外，在连结部21的两侧侧壁23的下端缘设置有用于以从下方抱持的方式来保持夹持件3的爪部25。
在连结部21的顶壁22的前端22A(开口部24的缘部)设置有卡定部26，其是用于卡定于夹持件13的钩形的延伸部。通过使该卡定部26卡合于夹持件13的卡定片40的卡定凹部44(参照图3至图5)，而完成连结部21与夹持件部13的卡定。
夹持件13是例如通过树脂的一体成形而形成的部件，如图3至图5充分示出那样，包括装配有雨刷臂2的连结部21的大致长方体的主体部31、和设置于主体部31的前侧的流线型的前端部32。在连结部21装配于主体部31时，连结部21与前端部32平缓地相连，构成具有一体感的形状。
主体部31包括上壁33和两侧的侧部34。在两侧部34的朝内的面34A突设有用于对夹持件保持件12进行安装的转动轴部35。夹持件3安装为能够相对于夹持件保持件12以转动轴部33为中心转动。
在主体部31的上壁33切口形成有卡定片40。卡定片40构成为从基端部41(其基端侧是与上壁33相连的固定端)向作为前方的自由端的前端部42延伸，能够如图5所示那样向下侧弹性地弯曲。卡定片40的前端部42延伸至形成于前端部32的切口部32A的内侧。
在卡定片40的前端部42的后侧(基端侧)相邻地设置有向上方隆起的隆起部43，在前端部42与隆起部43之间，形成有供连结部21的卡定部26卡合的卡定凹部44。
在连结部21与夹持件13的结合时，将夹持件13从主体部31的后端31A侧导入到连结部21的开口部24内，使连结部21沿雨刷片1的长度方向滑动。由此，夹持件13被收纳于连结部21内。
在像这样进行夹持件13的向连结部21内的结合作业时，连结部21的卡定部26到达卡定片40的隆起部43，将卡定片40向下方按压。在该状态下，当使连结部21进一步滑动时，夹持件13被完全收纳于连结部21内，卡定部26嵌合于卡定片40的卡定凹部44内，连结部21的向夹持件13的卡定完成。
像这样，根据本实施方式的结合结构，因为利用设置于雨刷臂2的连结部21(顶壁22)的前端部22A的卡定部26来进行连结部21与夹持件13的卡定，所以在连结部21的外周面(顶壁22和侧壁23)不存在用于与夹持件13的卡定的卡定孔等结构。此外，连结部21的卡定部26呈嵌合于夹持件13的卡定凹部44内的状态，因此，能够处于不显眼的状态。因而，能够提高结合结构的美观度。
以上，对本发明的实施方式进行了说明，但本发明不限于这样的方式，能够在权利要求记载的范围内适当地变更。例如，在上述实施方式中，以经由夹持件保持件安装于雨刷片1的夹持件13为结合部的情况为例进行了说明，但本发明不限于这样的方式，作为结合部，也可以使用例如直接安装于雨刷片的结合部件，也能够使用作为雨刷片的一部分而形成的结合部。

Claims (4)

1.一种雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构，其用于通过将雨刷片的结合部嵌合于雨刷臂的连结部内而将雨刷片与雨刷臂结合，其特征在于：
所述雨刷臂包括用于将所述结合部导入到所述连结部内的开口部，
所述连结部包括与所述开口部相邻地设置的卡定部，
所述结合部包括能够弹性变形的卡定片，
在所述卡定片设置有供所述卡定部嵌合的卡定凹部，
所述开口部设置在所述连结部的长度方向前端，
所述卡定片在所述结合部的上壁切口形成，从作为所述结合部的长度方向后端侧的固定端的基端部向作为所述结合部的长度方向前端侧的自由端的前端部延伸，
所述卡定凹部与所述卡定片的前端部相邻地形成，
当所述结合部嵌合于所述连结部内时，从所述卡定片的所述基端部到所述卡定凹部的部分配置在所述连结部内。
2.如权利要求1所述的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构，其特征在于：
所述连结部具有顶壁和两侧侧壁，构成为所述结合部能够从设置于前端部的所述开口部嵌合入由所述顶壁和两侧侧壁包围的收纳部内，
所述连结部的卡定部设置于所述顶壁的前端。
3.如权利要求2所述的雨刷片与雨刷臂的结合结构，其特征在于：
所述卡定片具有与所述卡定凹部相邻的隆起部。
4.一种雨刷片，具有通过从设置在雨刷臂的连结部的长度方向前端的开口部导入而嵌合于所述连结部内从而将雨刷片与雨刷臂结合的结合部，其特征在于：
所述结合部具有能够弹性变形的卡定片，
所述开口部设置在所述连结部的长度方向前端，
所述卡定片在所述结合部的上壁切口形成，从作为所述结合部的长度方向后端侧的固定端的基端部向作为所述结合部的长度方向前端侧的自由端的前端部延伸，
所述卡定片具有供所述卡定部嵌合的卡定凹部，
所述卡定凹部与所述卡定片的前端部相邻地形成，
当所述结合部嵌合于所述连结部内时，从所述卡定片的所述基端部到所述卡定凹部的部分配置在所述连结部内。
