背景技术
V带是一种独特的传送带,是一种用于传递力和物品运输的机械设备。其安装容易、占地面积小、传动效率高和噪音小等优点。包布V带是目前用量比较大,经济实惠的传动带,但是在实际生产过程中发现,由于V带主要的用途是用于设备传输带与带轮的动力传输,包布层的耐屈扰性低,不能够用在背压轮和离合轮系中,从而导致使用范围狭窄。
发明内容
本发明希望提供一种能够适应更多应用场景的干布V带及其制备方法,具体方案如下:
一种干布V带,包括包布层和内芯带,所述包布层为单面擦胶绿色涤棉广角布,所述内芯带从上到下依次包括顶胶层、骨架层和底胶层,所述骨架层包括芳纶线绳和缓冲胶。
所述涤棉广角布是由棉含量为30-60%的涤棉纱织造而成的经纬线为2-4股、经纬密度为140-160根/cm、角度为115-120°的帆布,再通过定型处理得到的。
所述定型的配方包括质量比如下的物质:
丁吡胶乳 7.6-8.8份;
天然胶乳 0.8-1.5份;
间苯二酚 0.7-1.3份;
氨水 0.8-1.5份;
甲醛 0.4-0.8份;
水性绿色染料 1.2-4.5份;
水 82.2-88.6份。
所述涤棉广角布的橡胶包括质量比如下的物质:
氯丁橡胶 80-90份;
天然橡胶 10-20份;
炭黑 40-60份;
硫磺 0.5-1份;
氧化锌 4-8份;
氧化镁 2-6份;
活性剂 1-3份;
粘合剂 3-5份;
抗静电剂 1-2份。
所述缓冲胶包括质量比如下的物质:
天然橡胶 60-80份;
丁苯橡胶 20-40份;
硫磺 2-5份;
促进剂 1-3份;
氧化锌 3-5份;
硬脂酸 1-3份;
炭黑 30-40份;
碳酸钙 5-10份;
古马隆 3-5份;
防老剂 2-4份;
增粘剂RC 1-2份。

一种干布V带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:橡胶密炼、胶片拼接、内芯带成型、广角布定型上色、浸胶或擦胶、裁布、包布和硫化。
一种干布V带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将V带所需橡胶及小料放入密炼机进行密炼,密炼均匀后,排胶通过开炼机压片;
S2:将含有纤维的胶片,安装在顶胶层和底胶层中,且所述纤维的取向方向与干布V带运行方向垂直;
S3:按照V带型号与长度,在成型鼓上将顶胶层、骨架层以及底胶层复合,通过切割,成为内芯带;
S4:将帆布输送至定型液的配方内浸泡30-50s,然后将帆布进行上色定型烘干,得到涤棉帆布;
S5:将得到的涤棉帆布输入三辊压延机中,同时将密炼好的压延胶通过冷喂料挤出机输送至上辊与中辊处,使帆布一面附胶,另一面无渗胶,压延好的帆布使用衬布隔离,备用;
S6:使用广角布裁布机,将步骤(5)处理后的绿色干布未擦胶面朝上,60°方向裁剪拼接,备用;
S7:用步骤(6)裁好的绿色干布在包布机上将内芯带包裹,成为完整的生带;
S8:根据干布带长度,选择合适的硫化模具进行硫化。
所述步骤(8)中的硫化温度为146℃-160℃,硫化压力为4MPa-8MPa,硫化时间为12min-18min。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:包布层为单面擦胶涤棉广角布,提高V带的耐疲劳性,可用于内部轮系较复杂且多为压轮的结构,其具有不掉粉、环保的性能,特别适合应用于园林植保、医疗器械加工、食品、服装设备等领域,应用领域广。

以下实施例的干布V带均包括包布层4和内芯带,包布层4为单面涂有橡胶的涤棉广角布,内芯带从上到下依次包括顶胶层1、骨架层2和底胶层3,骨架层2包括芳纶线绳和缓冲胶。且顶胶层1和底胶层3中加有纤维,纤维的取向方向与干布V带运行方向垂直。

涤棉广角布是由棉含量为30%的涤棉纱织造而成的经纬线为2股、经纬密度为140根/cm、角度为115°的帆布,再通过定型处理得到的。

S3:按照V带型号与长度,在成型鼓上将顶胶层、骨架层以及底胶层复合,通过切割,成为内芯带;
S4:将帆布输送至定型液的配方内浸泡30-50s,然后将帆布进行上色定型烘干,得到涤棉帆布;
S5:将得到的涤棉帆布输入三辊压延机中,同时将密炼好的压延胶通过冷喂料挤出机输送至上辊与中辊处,使帆布一面附胶,另一面无渗胶,压延好的帆布使用衬布隔离,备用;
S6:使用广角布裁布机,将步骤(5)处理后的绿色干布未擦胶面朝上,60°方向裁剪拼接,备用;
S7:用步骤(6)裁好的绿色干布在包布机上将内芯带包裹,成为完整的生带;
S8:根据干布带长度,选择合适的硫化模具进行硫化;
