Abstract

本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法。利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.5cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱;织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用前述空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的混合物;按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理;印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理。本发明制造的面料织物具备高拉伸强力、高撕破强力、高耐磨性能、印花清晰、色光优良等优点。

一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法。
背景技术
箱包织物一般的性能要求是耐磨性高、使用强度较好,从而使制成的箱包能够装载更多物件,承载更多重量,安全使用更久时间。现有这类箱包织物在制备工艺中,一般采用传统的普通材质织物经过传统工艺加工而成,这种加工的箱包就会出现拉伸强度低、印花保持度较差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.5cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为5-12kg,超喂率控制为10-18%;
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的混合物;
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理;
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PU胶,防水处理所使用的防水剂为AG-710,焙烘处理时的温度为140-175℃。
优选的,步骤2)的浆料中聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的重量比为5:5:1。

本发明的用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,其有益效果表现在:
本发明的用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,通过合理改进制造方法,特别是在经纱浆纱工艺织造中添加了含有特殊成分的硅烷偶联剂,从而使制造的面料织物具备高拉伸强力、高撕破强力、高耐磨性能、印花清晰、色光优良等优点。

实施例1
一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.5cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为5kg,超喂率控制为10%。
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的混合物,三者的重量比为5:5:1。
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理。
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PU胶,防水处理所使用的防水剂为AG-710,焙烘处理时的温度为145℃。
实施例2
一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.5cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为12kg,超喂率控制为15%。
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的混合物,三者的重量比为5:5:1。
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理。
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PU胶,防水处理所使用的防水剂为AG-710,焙烘处理时的温度为175℃。
实施例3
一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.5cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为8kg,超喂率控制为18%。
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的混合物,三者的重量比为5:5:1。
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:

1.一种用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.5cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为5-12kg,超喂率控制为10-18%;
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的混合物;
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理;
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PU胶,防水处理所使用的防水剂为AG-710,焙烘处理时的温度为140-175℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于箱包的耐磨面料织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)的浆料中聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和硅烷偶联剂的重量比为5:5:1。
