Abstract
本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法。利用空气变形设备将涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱;织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇和硅烷偶联剂制成的混合物;对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理;印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理。本发明添加了含有特殊成分硅烷偶联剂的浆料,并且合理地混配了适量的聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和甲醇,从而使制造的耐磨面料织物具备高拉伸强力、高撕破强力、高耐磨性能、印花清晰、色光优良等优点。同时,通过合理处理使该面料织物兼具防水阻燃等优良性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法。
背景技术
摄像包所用的面料织物一般的性能要求是耐磨性高、使用强度较好,从而使制成的摄像包能够承载更多重量,户外安全使用更久时间。现有这类面料织物在制备工艺中,一般采用传统的普通材质织物经过传统工艺加工而成,这种加工的摄像包就会出现拉伸强度低、印花保持度较差、撕破强力弱等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为8-10kg,超喂率控制为12-15%;
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇和硅烷偶联剂按照重量比为1-5:1-5:0.5-1:0.1-0.5制成的混合物;
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理;
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155-170℃。
优选的,步骤2)的浆料的制备方法为:在搅拌容器中首先加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,接着加入甲醇,搅拌15分钟,然后加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,再加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌15分钟,再加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,最后加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,搅拌20分钟。
本发明的摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,其有益效果表现在:
本发明的摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,通过合理改进制造方法,特别是在经纱浆纱工艺织造中添加了含有特殊成分硅烷偶联剂的浆料,并且合理地混配了适量的聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯和甲醇,从而使制造的耐磨面料织物具备高拉伸强力、高撕破强力、高耐磨性能、印花清晰、色光优良等优点。同时,通过合理处理使该面料织物兼具防水阻燃等优良性能。

实施例1
一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为8kg,超喂率控制为12%。
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇和硅烷偶联剂按照重量比为2:4:0.5:0.45制成的混合物。
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:
浆料的制备方法为:在搅拌容器中首先加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,接着加入甲醇,搅拌15分钟,然后加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,再加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌15分钟,再加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,最后加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,搅拌20分钟。
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理。
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155℃。
实施例2
一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为9kg,超喂率控制为13%。
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇和硅烷偶联剂按照重量比为3:2:0.8:0.15制成的混合物。
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:
浆料的制备方法为:在搅拌容器中首先加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,接着加入甲醇,搅拌15分钟,然后加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,再加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌15分钟,再加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,最后加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,搅拌20分钟。
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理。
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为165℃。
实施例3
一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为10kg,超喂率控制为15%。
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇和硅烷偶联剂按照重量比为5:1:1:0.25制成的混合物。
硅烷偶联剂的的结构式为:
浆料的制备方法为:在搅拌容器中首先加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,接着加入甲醇,搅拌15分钟,然后加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,再加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌15分钟,再加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,最后加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,搅拌20分钟。
3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理。
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为170℃。
Claims (2)
1.一种摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为8-10kg,超喂率控制为12-15%;
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造,浆料为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇和硅烷偶联剂按照重量比为1-5:1-5:0.5-1:0.1-0.5制成的混合物;

3)、按常规工艺对织造的坯布进行印花染色处理;
4)、印花染色后对其依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155-170℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的摄像包用高强度耐磨面料织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)的浆料的制备方法为:在搅拌容器中首先加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,接着加入甲醇,搅拌15分钟,然后加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,再加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌15分钟,再加入一半重量的丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌15分钟,最后加入一半重量的聚乙烯醇,搅拌20分钟。
