背景技术
旅行包所用的面料织物一般的性能要求是耐磨性高、使用强度较好,从而使制成的旅行包能够承载更多重量,户外安全使用更久时间。现有这类面料织物在制备工艺中,一般采用传统的普通材质织物经过传统工艺加工而成,现有的面料一般是由化学纤维面料制成,该面料水分易于挥发,并且环境比较干燥的季节,静电就成了问题,静电一般会让抗静电面料易起毛起球、容易沾染灰尘污垢、贴近皮肤并伴有电击感等。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种防静电旅行背包复合面料及其生产工艺。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防静电旅行背包复合面料,由内层面料和外层面料组成,其特征在于,所述内层各组份的重量份数为纯棉45-62份、化纤复合面料18-25份、天丝纤维14-18份,所述表层各组份的重量份数为竹纤维28-35份、防静电丝交织17-22份、涤棉纱线14-20份。
一种旅行背包防静电复合面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取纯棉、化纤复合面料和天丝纤维作为内层面料织造的原材料,利用空气变形设备将上述原材料加工成内层面料;选取竹纤维和涤棉纱线作为外层面料织造的原材料,利用空气变形设备将上述原材料加工成外层面料,在织造过程中间隔织入防静电丝,制得防静电外层面料;所述空气变形设备加工时的空气压力为8-10kg,超喂率控制为12-15%;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成1.2-1.5wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和2-4wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比2:3混合均匀,调节溶液pH至4.5-6.5后再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米二氧化硅粉体,混合均匀,得处理液;
(3)将内层面料和外层面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的染液中,二浸二扎,轧余率70%-85%,再在110-150℃下进行预烘1min,再在100-130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)染色定型后对内层面料和外层面料依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,得防静电面料,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155-170℃。
所述防静电丝交织采用的规格为3.8-5.6tex。
所述内层面料通过胶黏剂与所述外层面料黏合。
所述步骤(3)中染液为STE蓝染液,用量为0.006-0.008g/L。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用防静电丝交织、纯棉和氨纶纺织而成,防静电丝交织具有抗静电功能,避免面料由于脱水后面料易与皮肤之间产生静电,能有效降低面料的摩擦系数,减少摩擦中静电荷的产生量,具有较高的防静电性;同时通过十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米二氧化硅粉体结合能够有效提高面料的抗静电性能,且抗静电更持久。

(3)将内层面料和外层面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的染液中,二浸二扎,轧余率70%-85%,再在110-150℃下进行预烘1min,再在100-130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)染色定型后对内层面料和外层面料依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,得防静电面料,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155-170℃。

(1)选取纯棉、化纤复合面料和天丝纤维作为内层面料织造的原材料,利用空气变形设备将上述原材料加工成内层面料;选取竹纤维和涤棉纱线作为外层面料织造的原材料,利用空气变形设备将上述原材料加工成外层面料,在织造过程中间隔织入防静电丝,制得防静电外层面料;所述空气变形设备加工时的空气压力为8-10kg,超喂率控制为12-15%;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成1.2-1.5wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和2-4wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比2:3混合均匀,调节溶液pH至4.5-6.5后再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米二氧化硅粉体,混合均匀,得处理液;
(3)将内层面料和外层面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的染液中,二浸二扎,轧余率70%-85%,再在110-150℃下进行预烘1min,再在100-130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)染色定型后对内层面料和外层面料依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,得防静电面料,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155-170℃。
所述防静电丝交织采用的规格为3.8-5.6tex。
所述内层面料通过胶黏剂与所述外层面料黏合。
所述步骤(3)中染液为STE蓝染液,用量为0.006-0.008g/L。

Claims (5)

1.一种防静电旅行背包复合面料,其特征在于,由内层面料和外层面料组成,其特征在于,所述内层各组份的重量份数为纯棉45-62份、化纤复合面料18-25份、天丝纤维14-18份,所述表层各组份的重量份数为竹纤维28-35份、防静电丝交织17-22份、涤棉纱线14-20份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的旅行背包防静电复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取纯棉、化纤复合面料和天丝纤维作为内层面料织造的原材料,利用空气变形设备将上述原材料加工成内层面料;选取竹纤维和涤棉纱线作为外层面料织造的原材料,利用空气变形设备将上述原材料加工成外层面料,在织造过程中间隔织入防静电丝,制得防静电外层面料;所述空气变形设备加工时的空气压力为8-10kg,超喂率控制为12-15%;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成1.2-1.5wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和2-4wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比2:3混合均匀,调节溶液pH至4.5-6.5后再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米二氧化硅粉体,混合均匀,得处理液;
(3)将内层面料和外层面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的染液中,二浸二扎,轧余率70%-85%,再在110-150℃下进行预烘1min,再在100-130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)染色定型后对内层面料和外层面料依次进行涂层、防水、焙烘处理,得防静电面料,涂层处理所使用的涂层胶为PA胶,防水处理使用日本旭硝子C6防水剂,焙烘处理时的温度为155-170℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电旅行背包复合面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述防静电丝交织采用的规格为3.8-5.6tex。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电旅行背包复合面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述内层面料通过胶黏剂与所述外层面料黏合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电旅行背包复合面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中染液为STE蓝染液,用量为0.006-0.008g/L。
