本发明涉及一种高强涤纶复合丝帆布,所述高强涤纶复合丝帆布是由经纬纱经平纹方式交织而成,经纬纱采用由100D 涤纶单丝+ 2000D FDY SD 涤纶加捻复合而成的涤纶复合丝。织物具有强力高、耐化学性、耐腐蚀、抗虫蛀、色牢度高的特点,具有广泛的适用面,可制作帐篷、风管布、工业等产业用纺织品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,具体涉及一种高强涤纶复合丝帆布。
背景技术
帆布是一种较粗厚的棉织物或麻织物。因最初用于船帆而得名。一般多采用平纹组织,少量的用斜纹组织,经纬纱均用多股线。帆布通常分粗帆布和细帆布两大类。此外,还有橡胶帆布,防火、防辐射用的屏蔽帆布,造纸机用的帆布。
早期的帆布基本上全是棉织物或者是麻织物,目前帆布已经有了化纤织物,为了获得更好的强度等物理性能,有用涤纶织的帆布。但涤纶帆布因为织造难度大,目前用于该类产业用纺织品较多的是编织物。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强涤纶复合丝帆布,克服现有技术难点。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种高强涤纶复合丝帆布,所述高强涤纶复合丝帆布是由经纬纱经平纹方式交织而成,经纬纱采用由100D 涤纶单丝+ 2000D FDY SD 涤纶加捻复合而成的涤纶复合丝。
本发明的有益效果是:面料经染色、定型后,克重为545-550g /m2,断裂强力可达到1100-1500N。织物具有强力高、耐化学性、耐腐蚀、抗虫蛀、色牢度高的特点,具有广泛的适用面,可制作帐篷、风管布、工业等产业用纺织品。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述经纱密度为每厘米35-40根;所述纬纱密度为每厘米35-40根。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种高强涤纶复合丝帆布,其特征在于,所述经纱密度为每厘米35-40根;所述纬纱密度为每厘米35-40根。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高强涤纶复合丝帆布,其特征在于,所述的面料经染色、定型后,克重为545-550g /m2,断裂强力可达到1100-1500N。
