Abstract
The present invention provides a kind of aqueous camouflage color paint, including following components, the content of each component are as follows in terms of weight percentage: first chamber 20%-40%, second chamber 25%-35%, third composition 35%-55%;Wherein, the second chamber includes following components: deionized water, cellulose, defoaming agent, fungicide, pH adjusting agent, solvent, coalescing agent, lotion, filler.The aqueous camouflage color paint has one-pass molding, easy to use, aqueous, environmental protective, and has excellent ageing-resistant performance;It is used for civil buildings, can imitate granitic effect, reaches stage hard to tell whether it is true or false.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-based camouflage paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In modern warfare, the difference in spectral reflectance of an object from the background is the fundamental condition for an enemy to discover, identify and resolve objects. In order for the target to achieve reduced saliency and hiding, one must try to reduce or eliminate the difference in color between the target and the background. The coating is used for camouflage of important military targets, so that the significance of the targets on the background can be greatly reduced, the use is convenient, the application range is wide, and the coating is a main means for realizing military camouflage or camouflage for civil enthusiasts.
The camouflage paint is a special paint which can prevent the enemy from being confused by reconnaissance of visible light, infrared rays and radar waves, and is mainly used for metal facilities and buildings. At present, most camouflage paint is oil paint, the construction is complex, multiple-layer spraying is needed for pattern coating, time and labor are wasted, and the patterns are dull and unnatural due to the adoption of a manual film-covering spraying mode; the content of organic volatile matters is too high, which seriously affects the health of constructors and has serious environmental pollution and the like.
Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a camouflage paint which has excellent performance and convenient construction and can effectively protect the target object so as to meet the actual requirements.

In the composition, the cellulose has the functions of thickening and water retention, can obviously improve the construction performance and effect, effectively reduce the cost, improve the adhesive force of a coating, improve the construction viscosity and rheological property of the coating, improve the hand feeling of a paint film and the like. The thickener may be: the method prevents the paint from settling and caking caused by pigment sedimentation during storage, and improves the 'can opening effect' of the paint. And secondly, the occurrence of sagging during coating is prevented. And improving the brush coating construction property. Fourthly, the thickness of the film is increased, and the fullness is improved. Prevent the infiltration to the porous substrate. The film forming assistant can improve the film forming performance of the paint, reduce the lowest film forming temperature, improve the scrubbing resistance and improve the color development of the paint. The bactericide is used for sterilizing and preventing mildew. The auxiliary materials are selected on the basis of low cost, so that the relevant performances of the coating of the product, such as the tank opening effect, the workability and the like, are ensured.

Through a large number of experimental debugging on the proportion of the compositions of the water-based camouflage paint, the water-based camouflage paint has the advantages of low cost, high spraying rate, high performance and the like and has the best comprehensive effect when the composition is 20-40% of the first composition, 25-35% of the second composition and 35-55% of the third composition.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the above water-based camouflage paint, comprising the steps of:
1S: respectively preparing a first composition, a second composition and a third composition for later use; wherein the stirring speed for preparing the first composition and the second composition is 1000-1500 rpm; the stirring speed for preparing the third composition is 600-800 r/min;
the first composition contains protective gum, and high-speed stirring is required for dissolution and dispersion. The second composition contains pigments and fillers, and the pigments and fillers can be dispersed by high-speed stirring during dispersion, otherwise the pigments and fillers can agglomerate to finally influence the performance of the paint; therefore, in the production process of the second composition, high-speed stirring is required for 30min to 50min when the pigment and the filler are added, and low-speed stirring is required when the emulsion is added, otherwise emulsion breaking and layering of the emulsion can be caused. The third composition is a pure emulsion system, and high-speed stirring can cause emulsion breaking and layering, so low-speed stirring is selected.
Different color pastes are added into the second composition for color mixing, and the second composition with different colors is obtained after color mixing for standby;
2S: respectively adding second compositions with different colors into the first composition for granulation to obtain a mixture;
the quantity and the size of different colour particles are adjusted according to the requirements of the colour palette design, because the granulation process needs to be constantly stirred, the stirring is avoided to cause the particles to be too fine and influence the design effect, small particles need to be made first, then large particles are made, backup is made (the granulation needs to keep the looseness of 10% -20% of the particle size, and stirring conditions can also appear in the subsequent process), the stirring speed is adjusted according to the requirements of the actual particle size, wherein the total amount of the second compositions with different colours is the weight of the weighed second compositions.
3S: and (3) adding the mixture obtained in the step (2S) into the third composition, stirring for 10-20min at a stirring speed of 100-200 rpm under the condition of ensuring that the particle size is not damaged, adjusting the viscosity, and inspecting a color plate to obtain the water-based camouflage paint.
According to a third aspect of the invention, the method for using the water-based camouflage paint is provided, the water-based camouflage paint is put into a spray gun and sprayed under 1MPa-3MPa of compressed air, and the amount of the paint used per square meter is 1kg-3 kg.
The camouflage paint composition is mainly used for metal objects and buildings needing camouflage, can be used for common civil buildings, can be formed at one time, does not need multiple layered spraying, and has more natural camouflage effect.
