The emulsion is the mixture of acrylate polymer emulsion, inorganic composite acrylic polymer emulsion, organic silicon modified acrylic resin emulsion or polyurethane resin emulsion in a ratio of 1:1:1:1, the dispersant is selected from sodium polycarboxylate, the pigment and filler is mica powder, and the aging-resistant agent is nano TiO2. The defoaming agent is modified polydimethylsiloxane, and the film-forming assistant is dodecyl alcohol ester. The antifreezing agent is propylene glycol, and the inorganic protective glue solution is an organic modified magnesium lithium silicate aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 5-10%. The pH regulator is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, the bactericide is a nitrogen-sulfur heterocyclic compound, the rheological agent is silicon dioxide, and the coupling agent is a titanate coupling agent.
The finishing layer is formed by applying one or more coats of varnish. The alkali-penetration resistant primer layer mainly has the following functions: the base surface substrates are alkali-sealed to prevent the precipitation of water-soluble salt and the consequent peeling, and simultaneously, the finish paint can be saved and the decorative performance of the finish paint can be improved. The smooth-surface putty layer and the putty layer are decorative materials for flattening the surface of a wall body, are thick paste-shaped coatings, are indispensable products before coating painting, are directly coated on the substrate layer and are used for removing the defects of high and low unevenness on the surface of the substrate layer of a coated object, and the smooth-surface putty layer is used for further improving the flatness.
The surface topography of the composite type artificial marble coating obtained in the present example is shown in fig. 1, and the surface topography of the coating obtained by the prior art stone-like paint coating is shown in fig. 2. The invention can be seen in that the novel water-based environment-friendly coating is applied to form marble textures, so that a high-rise building can achieve a decorative effect.
Example 2
A method for manufacturing a composite marble-imitated coating based on an elastic multicolor paint comprises the following steps:
a. scraping putty for leveling on a base material layer of a wall body in batches to form a putty layer, then scraping two smooth surface putties to form a smooth surface putty layer, polishing and leveling the smooth surface putty layer by using 240-mesh abrasive paper after drying, and rolling and coating an alkali-resistant penetrating primer to form an alkali-resistant penetrating primer layer;

the pigment component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of water, 20 parts of emulsion, 0.1 part of dispersant, 5 parts of pigment and filler, 0.5 part of aging resistant agent, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.8 part of anti-freezing agent, 5 parts of inorganic protective glue solution, 0.2 part of pH regulator, 0.2 part of bactericide and 1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; the dispersion medium comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of water, 0.2 part of rheological agent, 5 parts of emulsion, 10 parts of inorganic protective glue solution, 5 parts of organic polymer protective glue solution and 0.5 part of coupling agent; the varnish comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of water, 50 parts of emulsion and 0.3 part of hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

the pigment component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of water, 50 parts of emulsion, 0.3 part of dispersant, 10 parts of pigment and filler, 1 part of aging resistant agent, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 2 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 1.5 parts of antifreezing agent, 15 parts of inorganic protective glue solution, 0.4 part of pH regulator, 0.4 part of bactericide and 5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; the dispersion medium comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of water, 0.5 part of rheological agent, 10 parts of emulsion, 50 parts of inorganic protective glue solution, 10 parts of organic polymer protective glue solution and 10 parts of coupling agent; the varnish comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of water, 90 parts of emulsion and 1 part of hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

a. scraping putty for leveling on a base material layer of a wall body in batches to form a putty layer, then scraping two smooth surface putties to form a smooth surface putty layer, polishing and leveling the smooth surface putty layer by using 240-mesh abrasive paper after drying, and rolling and coating an alkali-resistant penetrating primer to form an alkali-resistant penetrating primer layer;
b. spraying the floating coat paint for 1 time to form a floating coat;
c. after drying, spraying or rolling the elastic colorful paint to form a colorful layer;
d. painting or rolling one or more varnish layers to form a finishing layer;
the colorful layer is used as a main color layer of the marble-imitated and is formed by constructing an elastic colorful coating for many times, and the elastic colorful coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of pigment component, 20 parts of dispersion medium and 30 parts of varnish,
the pigment component comprises the following components in parts by weight:
25-40 parts of water, 20-50 parts of emulsion, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersant, 5-10 parts of pigment and filler, 0.5-1 part of anti-aging agent, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of film-forming additive, 0.8-1.5 parts of anti-freezing agent, 5-15 parts of inorganic protective adhesive solution, 0.2-0.4 part of pH regulator, 0.2-0.4 part of bactericide and 1-5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose;
the dispersion medium comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-80 parts of water, 0.2-0.5 part of rheological agent, 5-10 parts of emulsion, 10-50 parts of inorganic protective colloid solution, 5-10 parts of organic polymer protective colloid solution and 0.5-10 parts of coupling agent;
the varnish comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-50 parts of water, 50-90 parts of emulsion and 0.3-1 part of hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

The method of claim 1, wherein the emulsion comprises an acrylate polymerOne or more of compound emulsion, inorganic composite acrylic polymer emulsion, organic silicon modified acrylic resin emulsion or polyurethane resin emulsion, wherein the dispersing agent is selected from one or more of sodium polycarboxylate, sodium polysulfonate or sodium polyphosphate, the pigment and filler is one or more of calcined kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate, mica powder, talcum powder or titanium dioxide, and the aging-resistant agent comprises nano TiO2Nano ZnO or nano SiO2One or more of (a).

The method for preparing a composite marble-imitated coating based on an elastic multicolor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent comprises one or more of hydrophobic silica, polydimethylsiloxane or modified polydimethylsiloxane, and the film-forming assistant is dodecyl alcohol ester.

The method for preparing a composite marble-imitated coating based on an elastic multicolor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-freezing agent is propylene glycol, and the inorganic protective colloid solution is an organic modified magnesium lithium silicate aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5-10%.

The method for manufacturing the composite marble-imitated coating based on the elastic multicolor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, the bactericide is a nitrogen-sulfur heterocyclic compound, the rheological agent is silicon dioxide, and the coupling agent is a titanate coupling agent.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the finishing layer is formed by applying one or more varnish coats.
7. The method for preparing a composite marble-imitated coating based on the elastic multicolor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paint formula of the middle coating is as follows: 30 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 60 parts of colored stone sand particles and 10 parts of auxiliary agent.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the substrate layer is a concrete surface layer of an exterior wall.
