本发明涉及电子元器件生产领域。一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,包括机架以及安装在机架上的整形装置和裁切装置,所述的整形装置和裁切装置相衔接并列布置,分别用于对接线端子进行压平整形和裁切;所述的裁切装置包括第二立座、上裁切气缸、上切刀安装座、按压块、上切刀、下切刀、下切刀安装座、移动凸轮、下裁切气缸、下导座和落料筒;所述的整形装置包括第一立座、整形气缸、压头安装块、侧压头、中间压头、过料槽块和压紧部件;采用先整形再裁切的方法,提高接线端子的平整度,并且在压平过程中对排母塑料体固定,不会发生受力不均匀而导致的变形问题;上下同时相向运动,提高裁切的效率;通过凸轮传动,使得机构紧凑。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子元器件生产领域,具体涉及一种排母接线端子的裁切组件。
背景技术
排母是一种广泛应用于电子、电器、仪表中的通用连接器件,其作用是在电路内被阻断处或孤立不通的电路之间,起到桥梁的功能,担负起电流或信号传输的任务;通常与排针配套使用,构成板对板连接;或与电子线束端配套使用,构成板对线连接;亦可独立用于板与板连接。排母的连接器接线端子作为与导线的连接部件,对形状要求高,需要进行裁切。
国家知识产权局2017.08.11公开了公开号为CN206401701U,专利名称为一种排母自动组装机的专利,该专利包括组装主机,所述组装主机的上方一端设置有振动盘,所述振动盘通过防震垫固定安装于组装主机的操作平台上,且振动盘通过传送弧道管连接有载排转盘,所述载排转盘的上方设置有插针机头,所述插针机头通过驱动轴连接有组装支柱,所述组装支柱的一侧设置有摄像机,所述摄像机通过摄像基座固定安装于组装支柱的侧表面上,载排转盘的下方设置有传送带,组装主机的中部表面设置有操作键盘和蜂鸣器,且组装主机的内部设置有DSP控制器,所述DSP控制器通过电讯控制振动盘、驱动轴、摄像机、传送带、操作键盘和蜂鸣器。该专利接线端子通过振动方式上料,预先裁切好,在输送过程中会发生弯曲,影响接线端子端子的整齐度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高速裁切,裁切质量高,适用与组装接线端子后切割的连接器接线端子的裁切组件和裁切方法。
为本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,该组件包括机架以及安装在机架上的整形装置和裁切装置,所述的整形装置和裁切装置相衔接并列布置,分别用于对接线端子进行压平整形和裁切;
所述的裁切装置包括第二立座、上裁切气缸、上切刀安装座、按压块、上切刀、下切刀、下切刀安装座、移动凸轮、下裁切气缸、下导座和落料筒;第二立座安装在机架上,上裁切气缸安装在第二立座的上端,上切刀安装座移动连接在第二立座侧方,按压块和上切刀固定设置在上切刀安装座的底部,两个上切刀分别位于按压块的两侧;下切刀安装在下切刀安装座上,下切刀安装座移动连接在第二立座侧方,所述的下切刀安装座下端设置有滚轮;所述的上切刀和下切刀在竖直方向上相对应,落料筒的上端落料口位于下切刀侧方;下导座安装在机架上,移动凸轮移动连接在下导座中,所述的移动凸轮与下切刀安装座下端的滚轮相匹配。
作为优选,所述的整形装置包括第一立座、整形气缸、压头安装块、侧压头、中间压头、过料槽块和压紧部件;第一立座固定设置在机架上,整形气缸竖直安装在第一立座的上端,压头安装块与第一立座侧边相移动连接,所述的压头安装块与整形气缸伸缩端相连接;侧压头和中间压头设置在压头安装块的下端,两块侧压头位于中间压头的两侧,所述的侧压头和中间压头下端面上设置有相应的槽纹,对应排母上的接线端子形状和位置;过料槽块安装在第一立座上,压紧部件安装在过料槽块的上方。
作为优选,所述的落料筒形状为倾斜状,共设置有两个,成八字形布置。
作为优选,所述的上切刀和下切刀刃部设置有均匀间隔的缺口,与接线端子的接线端子相匹配。
作为优选,所述的过料槽块上端设置有通槽,通槽的形状与排母的侧面形状相匹配。
作为优选,所述的压紧部件包括压紧块、背座和弹簧;背座固定设置在过料槽块上,压紧块移动配合在背座上,并且通过弹簧向下压,所述的压紧块位于过料槽块通槽的正上方。
一种排母接线端子的裁切方法,依次通过以下步骤进行裁切:
(一)压平整形:装好接线端子的排母设置在过料槽块中,被压紧部件压紧,而后整形气缸带动侧压头和中间压头一起下降,一方面将接线端子牢固压在塑料壳体中,另一方面将待裁切的接线端子段进行压平;
(二)裁切:首先上裁切气缸带动按压块和上切刀下降,按压块将排母夹住,上切刀下降到预定位置;而后下裁切气缸伸长,推动移动凸轮移出,推动下切刀安装座上升,将下切刀向上抬起,与上切刀形成错位,将接线端子两端的连接筋部分切掉,掉落到落料筒中。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:整形装置通过中间压头将排母塑料押紧,进行固定,而后通过侧压头对两侧的接线端子进行压平,提高接线端子的平整度,并且在压平过程中对排母塑料壳体固定,不会发生受力不均匀而导致的变形问题;裁切装置通过设置上下同时相向运动,提高裁切的效率,上下切刀中间留空,以供过料轨道经过,提高效率;通过按压块进行定位,提高切口的精度,通过凸轮传动,使得机构紧凑,同时利用机械增益,提高裁切的力度,切口质量更高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种排母接线端子的裁切组件包括机架1以及安装在机架1上的整形装置8和裁切装置9,所述的整形装置8和裁切装置9相衔接并列布置,分别用于对接线端子进行压平整形和裁切。
如图2所示,所述的整形装置8包括第一立座81、整形气缸82、压头安装块83、侧压头84、中间压头85、过料槽块86和压紧部件87;第一立座81固定设置在机架上,整形气缸82竖直安装在第一立座81的上端,压头安装块83与第一立座81侧边相移动连接,所述的压头安装块83与整形气缸82伸缩端相连接;侧压头84和中间压头85设置在压头安装块83的下端,两块侧压头84位于中间压头85的两侧,所述的侧压头84和中间压头下端面上设置有相应的槽纹,对应排母上的接线端子形状和位置;过料槽块86安装在第一立座81上,压紧部件87安装在过料槽块86的上方。
整形装置8解决了接线端子接线端不平整的问题,通过中间压头85将排母塑料押紧,进行固定,而后通过侧压头84对两侧的接线端子进行压平,提高接线端子的平整度,并且在压平过程中对排母塑料壳体固定,不会发生受力不均匀而导致的变形问题。
如图3所示,所述的裁切装置9包括第二立座91、上裁切气缸92、上切刀安装座93、按压块94、上切刀95、下切刀96、下切刀安装座97、移动凸轮98、下裁切气缸99、下导座910和落料筒911;第二立座91安装在机架上,上裁切气缸92安装在第二立座91的上端,上切刀安装座93移动连接在第二立座91侧方,按压块94和上切刀95固定设置在上切刀安装座93的底部,两个上切刀95分别位于按压块94的两侧;下切刀96安装在下切刀安装座97上,下切刀安装座97移动连接在第二立座91侧方,所述的下切刀安装座97下端设置有滚轮;所述的上切刀95和下切刀96在竖直方向上相对应,落料筒911的上端落料口位于下切刀96侧方;下导座910安装在机架上,移动凸轮98移动连接在下导座910中,所述的移动凸轮98与下切刀安装座97下端的滚轮相匹配。
裁切装置9解决了裁切过程中效率低,切口效果不好的问题;通过设置上下同时相向运动,提高裁切的效率,上下切刀中间留空,以供过料轨道经过,提高效率;通过按压块94进行定位,提高切口的精度,通过凸轮传动,使得机构紧凑,同时利用机械增益,提高裁切的力度,切口质量更高。
一种排母接线端子生产设备,包括上述的排母接线端子的裁切组件。
一种排母接线端子的裁切组件在工作时,依次通过以下步骤进行裁切:
(一)压平整形:装好接线端子的排母设置在过料槽块86中,被压紧部件87压紧,而后整形气缸82带动侧压头84和中间压头85一起下降,一方面将接线端子牢固压在塑料壳体中,另一方面将待裁切的接线端子段进行压平;
(二)裁切:首先上裁切气缸92带动按压块94和上切刀95下降,按压块94将排母夹住,上切刀95下降到预定位置;而后下裁切气缸99伸长,推动移动凸轮98移出,推动下切刀安装座97上升,将下切刀96向上抬起,与上切刀95形成错位,将接线端子两端的连接筋部分切掉,掉落到落料筒911中。

1.一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,其特征在于,该组件包括机架(1)以及安装在机架(1)上的整形装置(8)和裁切装置(9),所述的整形装置(8)和裁切装置(9)相衔接并列布置,分别用于对接线端子进行压平整形和裁切;
所述的裁切装置(9)包括第二立座(91)、上裁切气缸(92)、上切刀安装座(93)、按压块(94)、上切刀(95)、下切刀(96)、下切刀安装座(97)、移动凸轮(98)、下裁切气缸(99)、下导座(910)和落料筒(911);第二立座(91)安装在机架上,上裁切气缸(92)安装在第二立座(91)的上端,上切刀安装座(93)移动连接在第二立座(91)侧方,按压块(94)和上切刀(95)固定设置在上切刀安装座(93)的底部,两个上切刀(95)分别位于按压块(94)的两侧;下切刀(96)安装在下切刀安装座(97)上,下切刀安装座(97)移动连接在第二立座(91)侧方,所述的下切刀安装座(97)下端设置有滚轮;所述的上切刀(95)和下切刀(96)在竖直方向上相对应,落料筒(911)的上端落料口位于下切刀(96)侧方;下导座(910)安装在机架上,移动凸轮(98)移动连接在下导座(910)中,所述的移动凸轮(98)与下切刀安装座(97)下端的滚轮相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,其特征在于,所述的整形装置(8)包括第一立座(81)、整形气缸(82)、压头安装块(83)、侧压头(84)、中间压头(85)、过料槽块(86)和压紧部件(87);第一立座(81)固定设置在机架上,整形气缸(82)竖直安装在第一立座(81)的上端,压头安装块(83)与第一立座(81)侧边相移动连接,所述的压头安装块(83)与整形气缸(82)伸缩端相连接;侧压头(84)和中间压头(85)设置在压头安装块(83)的下端,两块侧压头(84)位于中间压头(85)的两侧,所述的侧压头(84)和中间压头下端面上设置有相应的槽纹,对应排母上的接线端子形状和位置;过料槽块(86)安装在第一立座(81)上,压紧部件(87)安装在过料槽块(86)的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,其特征在于,所述的落料筒(911)形状为倾斜状,共设置有两个,成八字形布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,其特征在于,所述的上切刀(95)和下切刀(96)刃部设置有均匀间隔的缺口,与接线端子的接线端子相匹配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,其特征在于,所述的过料槽块(86)上端设置有通槽,通槽的形状与排母的侧面形状相匹配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种排母接线端子的裁切组件,其特征在于,所述的压紧部件(87)包括压紧块、背座和弹簧;背座固定设置在过料槽块(86)上,压紧块移动配合在背座上,并且通过弹簧向下压,所述的压紧块位于过料槽块(86)通槽的正上方。
7.一种排母接线端子生产设备,其特征在于包括权利要求1所述的排母接线端子的裁切组件。
8.一种排母接线端子的裁切方法,其特征在于,依次通过以下步骤进行裁切:
压平整形:装好接线端子的排母设置在过料槽块(86)中,被压紧部件(87)压紧,而后整形气缸(82)带动侧压头(84)和中间压头(85)一起下降,一方面将接线端子牢固压在塑料壳体中,另一方面将待裁切的接线端子段进行压平;
裁切:首先上裁切气缸(92)带动按压块(94)和上切刀(95)下降,按压块(94)将排母夹住,上切刀(95)下降到预定位置;而后下裁切气缸(99)伸长,推动移动凸轮(98)移出,推动下切刀安装座(97)上升,将下切刀(96)向上抬起,与上切刀(95)形成错位,将接线端子两端的连接筋部分切掉,掉落到落料筒(911)中。
