本发明公开了一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白29‑31%、浓缩乳清蛋白4‑6%、低聚果糖4.3‑5.6%、麦芽糊精28‑30%、抗性糊精9‑11%、卵磷脂粉8‑9.5%、绿茶粉2.8‑3.4%、绿茶香精0.8‑1.4%、二氧化硅0.3‑0.7%、瓜尔胶1.8‑2.5%、三氯蔗糖0.06‑0.08%、黄精0.8‑1.3%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.8‑1.1%、维生素0.4‑0.7%、矿物质0.4‑0.7%和碳酸钙1.8‑2.4%。本发明采用上述一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,营养健康,味道香浓,携带方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养饮料技术领域,特别是涉及一种黄精蛋白固体饮料。
背景技术
代餐食品是一种能取代部分或全部正餐的食物,常见的有代餐粉、代餐棒、代餐奶昔以及代餐粥等。代餐食品除了满足快速、便捷的需要外,还应满足人体对大量营养物质的需求,此外,还应具有高纤维、低热量以及易饱腹等特点。
但是,现有的代餐食品同样存在着诸多问题,如夸大宣传、配伍不合理、营养不全面等,从而导致人们的身体健康面临着一种无奈的“保健”伤害,因此寻找一款健康安全、营养结构全面的代餐食品迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,营养健康,味道香浓,携带方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白29-31%、浓缩乳清蛋白4-6%、低聚果糖4.3-5.6%、麦芽糊精28-30%、抗性糊精9-11%、卵磷脂粉8-9.5%、绿茶粉2.8-3.4%、绿茶香精0.8-1.4%、二氧化硅0.3-0.7%、瓜尔胶1.8-2.5%、三氯蔗糖0.06-0.08%、黄精0.8-1.3%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.8-1.1%、维生素0.4-0.7%、矿物质0.4-0.7%和碳酸钙1.8-2.4%。
优选的,固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白30%、浓缩乳清蛋白5%、低聚果糖5.43%、麦芽糊精28.9%、抗性糊精10%、卵磷脂粉9%、绿茶粉3%、绿茶香精1%、二氧化硅0.5%、瓜尔胶2%、三氯蔗糖0.07%、黄精1%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉1%、维生素0.5%、矿物质0.5%和碳酸钙2.1%。
优选的,固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白30.4%、浓缩乳清蛋白6%、低聚果糖5.3%、麦芽糊精29.4%、抗性糊精10.5%、卵磷脂粉8%、绿茶粉2.8%、绿茶香精0.8%、二氧化硅0.3%、瓜尔胶1.84%、三氯蔗糖0.06%、黄精0.8%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.8%、维生素0.4%、矿物质0.4%和碳酸钙2.2%。
优选的,维生素的成分和比例为醋酸维生素A 29.4mg、胆钙化醇1.3mg、d1-α-醋酸生育酚66mg、盐酸硫胺素4mg、核黄素17.2mg、盐酸吡哆醇4.2mg、氰钴胺0.9mg、烟酰胺55mg、叶酸10.2mg、D-泛酸钙12mg、L-抗坏血酸400mg、牛磺酸260mg和麦芽糊精139.8mg。
优选的,矿物质的成分和比例为焦磷酸铁150mg、氧化锌34mg、氧化镁520mg和麦芽糊精296mg。
一种黄精蛋白固体饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、称量:将原料分别干燥后称量;
S2、混合:将步骤S1获得的原料通过搅拌机进行混合,并进一步粉碎、筛分得到细粉;
S3、均质:将得到细粉物料进行均质处理;
S4、灭菌:将均质后的物料进行灭菌处理;
S5、制粒:加入体积浓度为70%的食用酒精制成颗粒,得制成颗粒,得到固体饮料。
因此,本发明采用上述一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,技术效果如下:
(1)组分中蛋白质的比例高达35%,对于大多数蛋白质摄入不足的现代减肥人群有很好的补充;但同时又不恶意过高,以免对身体造成负担;
(2)具有优质的动植物蛋白,更符合人体的需要;
(3)具有滋阴润肺材料-黄精,主要含多糖类成分,具有增强机体免疫力、降血糖、延缓衰老、抗疲劳、提高记忆力等作用;
(4)具有丰富膳食纤维,在高营养低热量同时,提供足够饱腹感;
(5)具有益生元成分,增加肠道益生菌的养料;
(6)具有绿茶粉,能瘦身,绿茶中的芳香族化合物能溶解脂肪、化浊去腻、防止脂肪积滞体内,维生素B1、C能促进胃液分泌,有助消化与消脂;咖啡因和儿茶素可以提高代谢效率。另外,对于绿茶过敏的人群,可以选择椰子粉。

一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白29-31%、浓缩乳清蛋白4-6%、低聚果糖4.3-5.6%、麦芽糊精28-30%、抗性糊精9-11%、卵磷脂粉8-9.5%、绿茶粉2.8-3.4%、绿茶香精0.8-1.4%、二氧化硅0.3-0.7%、瓜尔胶1.8-2.5%、三氯蔗糖0.06-0.08%、黄精0.8-1.3%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.8-1.1%、维生素0.4-0.7%、矿物质0.4-0.7%和碳酸钙1.8-2.4%。
一种黄精蛋白固体饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、称量:将原料分别干燥后称量;

本发明的黄精蛋白固体饮料在食用时,可以每天食用一份,建议午餐或者晚餐时使用,不建议早餐时使用,因为早餐是每天最重要的一餐。这种方案,是最优质的方法。
因此,本发明采用上述一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,营养健康,味道香浓,携带方便。

1.一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,其特征在于:固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白29-31%、浓缩乳清蛋白4-6%、低聚果糖4.3-5.6%、麦芽糊精28-30%、抗性糊精9-11%、卵磷脂粉8-9.5%、绿茶粉2.8-3.4%、绿茶香精0.8-1.4%、二氧化硅0.3-0.7%、瓜尔胶1.8-2.5%、三氯蔗糖0.06-0.08%、黄精0.8-1.3%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.8-1.1%、维生素0.4-0.7%、矿物质0.4-0.7%和碳酸钙1.8-2.4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,其特征在于:固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白30%、浓缩乳清蛋白5%、低聚果糖5.43%、麦芽糊精28.9%、抗性糊精10%、卵磷脂粉9%、绿茶粉3%、绿茶香精1%、二氧化硅0.5%、瓜尔胶2%、三氯蔗糖0.07%、黄精1%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉1%、维生素0.5%、矿物质0.5%和碳酸钙2.1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,其特征在于:固体饮料的组成比例为大豆分离蛋白30.4%、浓缩乳清蛋白6%、低聚果糖5.3%、麦芽糊精29.4%、抗性糊精10.5%、卵磷脂粉8%、绿茶粉2.8%、绿茶香精0.8%、二氧化硅0.3%、瓜尔胶1.84%、三氯蔗糖0.06%、黄精0.8%、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.8%、维生素0.4%、矿物质0.4%和碳酸钙2.2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,其特征在于:维生素的成分和比例为醋酸维生素A29.4mg、胆钙化醇1.3mg、d1-α-醋酸生育酚66mg、盐酸硫胺素4mg、核黄素17.2mg、盐酸吡哆醇4.2mg、氰钴胺0.9mg、烟酰胺55mg、叶酸10.2mg、D-泛酸钙12mg、L-抗坏血酸400mg、牛磺酸260mg和麦芽糊精139.8mg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精蛋白固体饮料,其特征在于:矿物质的成分和比例为焦磷酸铁150mg、氧化锌34mg、氧化镁520mg和麦芽糊精296mg。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种黄精蛋白固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、称量:将原料分别干燥后称量;
S2、混合:将步骤S1获得的原料通过搅拌机进行混合,并进一步粉碎、筛分得到细粉;
S3、均质:将得到细粉物料进行均质处理;
S4、灭菌:将均质后的物料进行灭菌处理;
S5、制粒:加入体积浓度为70%的食用酒精制成颗粒,得制成颗粒,得到固体饮料。
