本发明公开了一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的生产方法,以低模量化聚酯抗起球涤纶纤维作为正面,竹银纤维和植物纤维作为反面,采用双面提花组织结构编织成坯布,再对所述坯布进行多段式染色前处理酶解工艺,最后进行染色和定型的处理。采用异形断面低模量的抗起球涤纶纤维,首先改变纤维的截面形态,从而赋予纱线良好的功能性,再结合独特的针织面料组织结构的设计,使得面料具有柔软、优异的抗起球性能。在染色及后整理过程中,优选合理的染整工艺,赋予面料柔软和优异的抗起球性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料领域,特别是涉及一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着国际市场纺织新材料、新纤维、新面料的不断更新优化,棉花产量的日益短缺,当今社会对合成纤维的需求量在日益扩大。但合成纤维虽然容易获得和生产,其缺点是达不到棉纤维、毛纤维、丝纤维等天然纤维的吸湿性、抗起球及柔软舒适的手感。
本发明是通过天然纤维与低模量的化学纤维的合理搭配,研究开发低模量抗起球的绒面针织面料。诠释演绎全新的聚酯新面料,体验穿着舒适柔软、易打理又有良好的抗起毛起球性能,再赋予面料良好的功能性,吸湿快干、轻质保暖等特性.为国内外市场提供耳目一新、品质优良、抗起毛起球、具有独特功能性的纺织新产品,拓宽低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料在服装领域上的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提出一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料及其制备方法。
本发明一方面提供一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)织造工艺:以低模量化聚酯抗起球涤纶纤维作为正面,竹银纤维和植物纤维作为反面,采用双面提花组织结构编织成坯布;
(2)预定型工艺:将步骤(1)制得的面料进行预定型,定型机温度设置为185-195℃,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm,车速为22~26m/min,定型时间1.8-2.2min;
(3)染色工艺:染色过程包括多段式染色前处理酶解工艺、染涤工艺、染棉和后处理工艺流程:
1)多段式染色前处理酶解工艺:升温至30℃时,加入烧碱0.5-0.8g/L;升温至50℃时,加入织物助剂1.5-2g/L;以3-5℃/min的速度升温至100℃;以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温30-60min;以1.5-2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排水;
2)染涤工艺流程:在50-60℃加入分散染料,以1-2℃/min的速度升温到130℃,保温30-60min,以1-2℃/min降温,还原清洗;
3)染棉工艺流程:38℃加入棉染色助剂和染料,以2℃/min的速率升温到60℃,加入纯碱后保温45min,排水;
4)后处理工艺流程:棉染色完成后用清水、冰醋酸、净洗剂清洗,最后加软油精;
(4)烘干:染色完成后振烘;
(5)定型:加柔软剂最终定型,车速18-22m/min。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述植物纤维为大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维、棕榈纤维、椰棕纤维、苎麻纤维其中的一种或多种。
进一步地,步骤(3)所述多段式染色前处理酶解工艺中,包括采用涤纶专用抗起毛起球整理剂进行织物的处理工序。
进一步优选地,所述抗起毛起球整理剂抗起球剂为硅酸钠或纳米凹凸棒土。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述双面提花组织结构为由两股纱线分别从两面编织而成,其中反面的第二股纱线在布料两面都编织成线圈,且正反面线圈交织在一起形成反面图案;布料正面的第一股纱线仅在布料织物正面编织成线圈,且覆盖在第二股纱线的正面线圈之上,形成正面凹凸型图案。
进一步地,步骤(4)的烘干温度为130-150℃。
进一步地,步骤(5)的定型温度为110-130℃。
进一步地,步骤(3)染色工艺中,染色机型为日阪溢流染色机,主泵转速55、提布轮速度60、喷嘴位置90、60S/圈、间隙4。
进一步地,步骤(3)染色工艺中后处理助剂的配方:冰醋酸1.5g/L、净洗剂4g/L、冰醋酸0.3g/L、软油精8g/L。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用异形断面低模量的抗起球涤纶纤维,首先改变纤维的截面形态,从而赋予纱线良好的功能性,再结合独特的针织面料组织结构的设计,使得面料具有柔软、优异的抗起球性能;
(2)由于纤维经过了一系列的处理,且结合了天然纤维和化学纤维的特点,纤维相对而言比较短,纱线的捻度要求相对常规的涤纶短纤纱线的捻度要高一些;
(3)结合纱线稍偏硬的特性,线圈放长一些,避免了纱太硬产生长漏针或者布面洞眼的情况;
(4)在染色及后整理过程中,优选合理的染整工艺,赋予面料柔软和优异的抗起球性能。

(1)织造工艺:以低模量化聚酯抗起球涤纶纤维作为正面,竹银纤维和植物纤维作为反面,采用双面提花组织结构编织成坯布;采用异形断面低模量的抗起球涤纶纤维,首先改变纤维的截面形态,从而赋予纱线良好的功能性,再结合独特的针织面料组织结构的设计,使得面料具有柔软、优异的抗起球性能;由于纤维经过了一系列的处理,且结合了天然纤维和化学纤维的特点,纤维相对而言比较短,纱线的捻度要求相对常规的涤纶短纤纱线的捻度要高一些,为了保证纱线的强力,可能会使得纱线整体偏硬,因此在纺纱结束后可适当的将纱线多上一些蜡,解决针织织造时易起毛的问题;
(2)预定型工艺:将步骤(1)制得的面料进行预定型,定型机温度设置为185-195℃,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm,车速为22~26m/min,定型时间1.8-2.2min;
(3)染色工艺:染色过程包括多段式染色前处理酶解工艺、染涤工艺、染棉和后处理工艺流程:
1)多段式染色前处理酶解工艺:升温至30℃时,加入烧碱0.5-0.8g/L;升温至50℃时,加入织物助剂1.5-2g/L;以3-5℃/min的速度升温至100℃;以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温30-60min;以1.5-2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排水;
2)染涤工艺流程:在50-60℃加入分散染料,以1-2℃/min的速度升温到130℃,保温30-60min,以1-2℃/min降温,还原清洗;
3)染棉工艺流程:38℃加入棉染色助剂和染料,以2℃/min的速率升温到60℃,加入纯碱后保温45min,排水;
4)后处理工艺流程:棉染色完成后用清水、冰醋酸、净洗剂清洗,最后加软油精;
(4)烘干:染色完成后振烘;
(5)定型:加柔软剂最终定型,车速18-22m/min。
作为一个优选技术方案,步骤(1)所述植物纤维为大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维、棕榈纤维、椰棕纤维、苎麻纤维其中的一种或多种;优选地,所述植物纤维为大豆纤维和芦荟纤维。
作为一个优选技术方案,步骤(3)所述多段式染色前处理酶解工艺中,包括采用涤纶专用抗起毛起球整理剂进行织物的处理工序。在升温至50℃时,加入涤纶专用抗起毛起球整理剂0.5-1g/L和织物助剂1.5-2g/L。
作为一个优选技术方案,所述抗起毛起球整理剂抗起球剂为硅酸钠或纳米凹凸棒土;优选地,所述抗起毛起球整理剂抗起球剂为硅酸钠。
作为一个优选技术方案,步骤(1)所述双面提花组织结构为由两股纱线分别从两面编织而成,其中反面的第二股纱线在布料两面都编织成线圈,且正反面线圈交织在一起形成反面图案;布料正面的第一股纱线仅在布料织物正面编织成线圈,且覆盖在第二股纱线的正面线圈之上,形成正面凹凸型图案。
作为一个优选技术方案,步骤(4)的烘干温度为130-150℃;优选地,烘干温度为140℃;另外,步骤(5)的定型温度为110-130℃;进一步优选地,定型温度为120℃。
作为一个优选技术方案,步骤(3)染色工艺中,染色机型为日阪溢流染色机,主泵转速55、提布轮速度60、喷嘴位置90、60S/圈、间隙4。
作为一个优选技术方案,步骤(3)染色工艺中后处理助剂的配方:冰醋酸1.5g/L、净洗剂4g/L、冰醋酸0.3g/L、软油精8g/L。
本发明还提供由上述任一方法制备的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料,产品拥有突出的抗起毛起球性能、优异的色牢度、尺寸稳定性、功能性、服用性的同时保证手感的柔软性等。
本发明制得面料的相关技术指标为:(1)吊干缩水率:直向-0.5%横向-0.8%,吊干缩水率:直向-0.8%横向-1%;(2)耐洗涤色牢度4-5级,耐汗渍牢度4-5级,耐水色牢度4-5级,干摩擦牢度4-5级,湿摩擦牢度3级,抗勾丝3-4级;(3)顶破:65PSI;(4)吸水速干:芯吸高度直向6.5cm/5min、横向6.2cm/5min。
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法:
(1)织造工艺:以低模量化聚酯抗起球涤纶纤维作为正面,竹银纤维和植物纤维作为反面,采用双面提花组织结构编织成坯布;
(2)预定型工艺:将步骤(1)制得的面料进行预定型,定型机温度设置为185-195℃,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm,车速为22m/min,定型时间1.8-2.2min;
(3)染色工艺:染色过程包括多段式染色前处理酶解工艺、染涤工艺、染棉和后处理工艺流程:
1)多段式染色前处理酶解工艺:升温至30℃时,加入烧碱0.5-0.8g/L;升温至50℃时,加入织物助剂1.5-2g/L;以3-5℃/min的速度升温至100℃;以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温30-60min;以1.5-2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排水;
2)染涤工艺流程:在50℃加入分散染料,以1℃/min的速度升温到130℃,保温30min,以1℃/min降温,还原清洗;

一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法:

(2)预定型工艺:将步骤(1)制得的面料进行预定型,定型机温度设置为185-195℃,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm,车速为24m/min,定型时间1.8-2.2min;
(3)染色工艺:染色过程包括多段式染色前处理酶解工艺、染涤工艺、染棉和后处理工艺流程:
1)多段式染色前处理酶解工艺:升温至30℃时,加入烧碱0.5-0.8g/L;升温至50℃时,加入织物助剂1.5-2g/L;以3-5℃/min的速度升温至100℃;以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温30-60min;以1.5-2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排水;
2)染涤工艺流程:在55℃加入分散染料,以1.5℃/min的速度升温到130℃,保温45min,以1.5℃/min降温,还原清洗;
3)染棉工艺流程:38℃加入棉染色助剂和染料,以2℃/min的速率升温到60℃,加入纯碱后保温45min,排水;
4)后处理工艺流程:棉染色完成后用清水、冰醋酸、净洗剂清洗,最后加软油精;
(4)烘干:染色完成后振烘,烘干温度为140℃;
(5)定型:加柔软剂最终定型,定型温度为120℃,车速18-22m/min。
实施例3
一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法:
(1)织造工艺:以低模量化聚酯抗起球涤纶纤维作为正面,竹银纤维和植物纤维作为反面,采用双面提花组织结构编织成坯布;

2)染涤工艺流程:在60℃加入分散染料,以2℃/min的速度升温到130℃,保温60min,以2℃/min降温,还原清洗;
3)染棉工艺流程:38℃加入棉染色助剂和染料,以2℃/min的速率升温到60℃,加入纯碱后保温45min,排水;
4)后处理工艺流程:棉染色完成后用清水、冰醋酸、净洗剂清洗,最后加软油精;
(4)烘干:染色完成后振烘,烘干温度为150℃;
(5)定型:加柔软剂最终定型,定型温度为130℃,车速18-22m/min。

Claims (10)
1.一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)织造工艺:以低模量化聚酯抗起球涤纶纤维作为正面,竹银纤维和植物纤维作为反面,采用双面提花组织结构编织成坯布;
(2)预定型工艺:将步骤(1)制得的面料进行预定型,定型机温度设置为185-195℃,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm,车速为22~26m/min,定型时间1.8-2.2min;
(3)染色工艺:染色过程包括多段式染色前处理酶解工艺、染涤工艺、染棉和后处理工艺流程:
1)多段式染色前处理酶解工艺:升温至30℃时,加入烧碱0.5-0.8g/L;升温至50℃时,加入织物助剂1.5-2g/L;以3-5℃/min的速度升温至100℃;以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温30-60min;以1.5-2℃/min的速度降温至80℃,排水;
2)染涤工艺流程:在50-60℃加入分散染料,以1-2℃/min的速度升温到130℃,保温30-60min,以1-2℃/min降温,还原清洗;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述植物纤维为大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维、棕榈纤维、椰棕纤维、苎麻纤维其中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述多段式染色前处理酶解工艺中,包括采用涤纶专用抗起毛起球整理剂进行织物的处理工序。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗起毛起球整理剂抗起球剂为硅酸钠或纳米凹凸棒土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述双面提花组织结构为由两股纱线分别从两面编织而成,其中反面的第二股纱线在布料两面都编织成线圈,且正反面线圈交织在一起形成反面图案;布料正面的第一股纱线仅在布料织物正面编织成线圈,且覆盖在第二股纱线的正面线圈之上,形成正面凹凸型图案。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)的烘干温度为130-150℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)的定型温度为110-130℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)染色工艺中,染色机型为日阪溢流染色机,主泵转速55、提布轮速度60、喷嘴位置90、60S/圈、间隙4。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)染色工艺中后处理助剂的配方:冰醋酸1.5g/L、净洗剂4g/L、冰醋酸0.3g/L、软油精8g/L。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述方法制备的一种低模量化聚酯短绒抗起球新面料。
