Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗起球面料及其制备方法。它由如下重量份数的组分组成:植物纤维90‑100份,化学纤维40‑60份,抗起球剂1‑3份。本发明的抗起球面料采用植物纤维和化学纤维混纺制成,表面光滑细腻,不容易污染致病菌,且抗起球性能好,使用寿命长,连续使用几年时间不起球。本发明加入的抗起球剂材料来源广,性能好,制备方法简单,适合大规模工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种光滑抗起球使用耐久的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,衣服的面料发展出了多种多样的形式,从传统的纯棉到化纤,再到化纤与纯棉混纺,再到棉麻混纺,制备的衣服面料不仅做到保暖,还兼具轻柔,光滑,但是表面光滑的衣服面料在经常穿带的过程中,容易起球,起球后造成衣服表面不光滑,穿戴也不舒适。
专利201410801036.X公开了一种抗起毛起球面料的纺织方法,该方法制备的面料虽然在短时间使用期限内不起球,但是,在长时间的使用时间内也会起毛起球,且该面料容易滋生细菌,久用对身体健康不利。
专利201210220124.1公开了一种抗起球面料,所述抗起球面料包括最上层、中间层和最下层组成, 所述最上层是聚酯纤维和植物纤维混纺而成,所述中间层为聚烯烃纤维,所述最下层为合 成纤维。该面料制备方法复杂,也存在短期内使用不起毛但长期使用起毛的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光滑抗起球使用耐久的面料及其制备方法。
一种抗起球面料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:植物纤维90-100份,化学纤维40-60份,抗起球剂1-3份。
所述植物纤维选自棉花纤维,剑麻纤维,蕉麻纤维,苘麻纤维,棕榈纤维,椰棕纤维,苎麻纤维中的一种或一种以上。
所述化学纤维为腈纶,涤纶,聚酯纤维,聚丙烯纤维,粘胶纤维,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维,铜氨纤维中的一种或一种以上。
所述的抗起球剂选自碳纳米管,富勒烯,硅酸铝,硅酸钠,纳米麦饭石,纳米凹凸棒土,纳米蒙脱石中的一种或一种以上。
一种抗起球面料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将抗起球剂放入溶剂中,搅拌,制成质量浓度为 1-5% 的溶液;
(2)按照重量份数,选取90-100份植物纤维和40-60份化学纤维作为面料原料,再采用250-350℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5-6 小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。
所述溶剂为水,30%乙醇水溶液,15%丙三醇水溶液,2%硫酸溶液或者1%盐酸溶液。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的抗起球面料采用植物纤维和化学纤维混纺制成,表面光滑细腻,不容易污染致病菌,且抗起球性能好,使用寿命长,连续使用几年时间不起球。本发明加入的抗起球剂材料来源广,性能好,制备方法简单,适合大规模工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种抗起球面料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:棉花纤维95份,聚酯纤维45份,碳纳米管2份。
上述抗起球面料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将碳纳米管放入水中,搅拌,制成质量浓度为3% 的溶液;
(2)按照重量份数,选取95份棉花纤维和45份聚酯纤维作为面料原料,再采用 300℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。
上述制备的面料表面光滑,制成衣服,连续穿戴5年不起球,不变色。
实施例2
一种抗起球面料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:蕉麻纤维90份,聚丙烯纤维40份,富勒烯1份。
上述抗起球面料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将富勒烯放入水中,搅拌,制成质量浓度为1% 的溶液;
(2)按照重量份数,选取90份蕉麻纤维和40份聚丙烯纤维作为面料原料,再采用250℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中6 小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。
上述制备的面料表面光滑,制成衣服,连续穿戴5年不起球,不变色。
实施例3
一种抗起球面料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:剑麻纤维100份,粘胶纤维60份,硅酸钠3份。
上述抗起球面料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将硅酸钠放入30%乙醇水溶液中,搅拌,制成质量浓度为3% 的溶液;
(2)按照重量份数,选取100份剑麻纤维和60份粘胶纤维作为面料原料,再采用 300℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。
上述制备的面料表面光滑,制成衣服,连续穿戴5年不起球,不变色。
实施例4

(2)按照重量份数,选取96份苘麻纤维和48份聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维作为面料原料,再采用 300℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。

(2)按照重量份数,选取96份椰棕纤维和48份铜氨纤维作为面料原料,再采用 300℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。
上述制备的面料表面光滑,制成衣服,连续穿戴5年不起球,不变色。

一种抗起球面料,由如下重量份数的组分组成:椰棕纤维96份,铜氨纤维48份,青金石粉1份。
上述抗起球面料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将青金石粉放入15%丙三醇水溶液中,搅拌,制成质量浓度为3% 的溶液;
(2)按照重量份数,选取96份椰棕纤维和48份铜氨纤维作为面料原料,再采用 300℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗起球面料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组分组成:植物纤维90-100份,化学纤维40-60份,抗起球剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗起球面料,其特征在于,所述植物纤维选自棉花纤维,剑麻纤维,蕉麻纤维,苘麻纤维,棕榈纤维,椰棕纤维,苎麻纤维中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗起球面料,其特征在于,所述化学纤维为腈纶,涤纶,聚酯纤维,聚丙烯纤维,粘胶纤维,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维,铜氨纤维中的一种或一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗起球面料,其特征在于,所述的抗起球剂选自碳纳米管,富勒烯,硅酸铝,硅酸钠,纳米麦饭石,纳米凹凸棒土,纳米蒙脱石中的一种或一种以上。
5.一种抗起球面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将抗起球剂放入溶剂中,搅拌,制成质量浓度为 1-5% 的溶液;
(2)按照重量份数,选取90-100份植物纤维和40-60份化学纤维作为面料原料,再采用250-350℃的高温进行高温聚合,再自然冷却得到混合材料;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合面料浸泡在步骤(1)中的溶液中 5-6 小时,得到抗起球材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的抗起球材料放入异形喷丝孔的喷丝板中进行纺丝,得到抗起球纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)中的抗起球纤维采用经纬编织的方式纺织加工,得到抗起毛起球面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述抗起球面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水,30%乙醇水溶液,15%丙三醇水溶液,2%硫酸溶液或者1%盐酸溶液。
