Example 6
A dry cigarette bead tip rod was prepared as follows:

2) adding fragrance: uniformly mixing the dry beads and the agilawood compound extract according to the mass ratio of 2:3, sealing, placing in a table of 150 r/min for 12h, standing for 12h to enable the essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the dry beads, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 4h to obtain the dry beads with the fragrance;
3) and (3) forming a filter tip: adding one dry bead with fragrance into the middle section of the filter rod filament bundle of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette filter rod with the circumference of the bottom surface of the cigarette being 19.8 mm.
The preparation method of the agilawood compound extract comprises the following steps:

1) Slicing lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, soaking in 3 times of 50% ethanol for 2 hr, reflux-extracting at 68 deg.C for 2 times, mixing extractive solutions, concentrating to obtain extract, and adding 20% 1, 2-propylene glycol to obtain lignum Aquilariae Resinatum extract;
1) adding calcium chloride accounting for 30% of the mass of the extract into the agilawood extract, uniformly stirring to obtain an essence solution, calcining a certain amount of 5A zeolite molecular sieve at 1300 ℃ for 6 hours, washing with water, drying, then adding the essence solution, sealing, placing the obtained product in a 150-rpm shaking table for 12 hours, standing for 12 hours, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain dried attached incense beads;
2) adding the same weight of the one dry attached spice bead prepared in the example 1 into a cigarette filter tip bundle with the circumference of the bottom surface being 19.8mm, and thus obtaining the cigarette filter tip.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.76nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 10.7%.
Comparative example 2
1) Taking a certain amount of 4A zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and silica sol (the solid content is 25 percent) in a mass ratio of 2:1, placing the mixture into a pelletizer to perform rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 2.75 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank at 800 ℃ for 6 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads;
2) slicing lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, soaking in 3 times of 50% ethanol for 2 hr, reflux-extracting at 68 deg.C for 2 times, mixing extractive solutions, concentrating to obtain extract, and adding 20% 1, 2-propylene glycol to obtain lignum Aquilariae Resinatum extract;
3) uniformly mixing the dried beads and the agilawood extract according to the mass ratio of 1:2, sealing, placing the mixture in a table of 150 revolutions per minute for 12 hours, standing for 12 hours, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain dried monkshood beads;
4) adding one dry bead with fragrance into the middle section of the filter rod tow of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette with the circumference of the bottom surface of the filter rod of the cigarette being 19.8 mm.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.63nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 18.4%.
Comparative example 3
1) Taking a certain amount of 4A zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and silica sol (the solid content is 30 percent) in a mass ratio of 2:5, placing the mixture into a pelletizer to perform rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 2.75 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank at 1200 ℃ for 4 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads;
2) slicing aquilaria sinensis, powdering, uniformly mixing aquilaria sinensis powder, Jinba tobacco leaf extract, Brazil tobacco leaf extract and burley tobacco leaf extract with water according to the mass ratio of 5:10:20:2:200, performing ultrasonic treatment for 45min, then soaking for 24h, filtering to obtain a composite extracting solution, performing reduced pressure concentration, and adding 1, 2-propylene glycol with the mass of 20% of the concentrate to obtain an agilawood composite extract;
3) uniformly mixing the dry beads and the agilawood compound extract according to the mass ratio of 1:2, sealing, placing the mixture in a table with 150 revolutions per minute for 12 hours, standing for 12 hours, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours to prepare the dried monkshood beads;
4) adding one dry bead with fragrance into the middle section of the filter rod tow of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette with the circumference of the bottom surface of the filter rod of the cigarette being 19.8 mm.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.54nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 20.4%.
Comparative example 4
1) Taking a certain amount of 4A zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and silica sol (the solid content is 30 percent) in a mass ratio of 2:5, placing the mixture into a pelletizer to perform rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 2.75 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank at 1200 ℃ for 4 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads;
2) slicing and powdering aquilaria sinensis, uniformly mixing aquilaria sinensis powder, Jinba tobacco leaf extract, Brazil tobacco leaf extract and burley tobacco leaf extract with water according to the mass ratio of 5:10:20:2:200, adding 0.15% of pectinase and 0.2% of cellulose hydrolase, carrying out enzymolysis for 3h at 35 ℃, filtering to obtain a compound fermentation broth after completing enzymolysis, adding 3 times of 95% ethanol by weight into the compound fermentation broth for alcohol precipitation, standing for 24h at 4 ℃, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the density of an extract is 1.05-1.10 g/cm3Adding 1, 2-propylene glycol with the mass of 20% of the concentrate to obtain the agilawood compound extract;
3) uniformly mixing the dry beads and the agilawood compound extract according to the mass ratio of 1:2, sealing, placing the mixture in a table with 150 revolutions per minute for 12 hours, standing for 12 hours, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours to prepare the dried monkshood beads;
4) adding one dry bead with fragrance into the middle section of the filter rod tow of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette with the circumference of the bottom surface of the filter rod of the cigarette being 19.8 mm.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.62nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 23.4%.
The test effect is as follows:
the cigarette dry bead filter rods prepared in the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 were applied to cigarettes, and ordinary cigarettes not prepared with the dry bead filter rods were used as a control. An expert smoking group organized to qualify for national cigarette smoking according to the five ginseng standard GB5606.4-2005 cigarette part 4: sensory technical requirements and YC/T497-.

The cigarette prepared by the filter tip of the embodiment 6 has the highest score, is more harmonious with the smoking taste of the cigarette, and has the best sustained release performance of the dry beads.

Claims (6)

1. pelletizing: taking a certain amount of zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and the silica sol with the solid content of 25-50% in a mass ratio of =2: 1-5, placing the mixture in a pelletizer for rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 2.75 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank at the temperature of 1000-1300 ℃ for 2-6 h, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads with porous structures;
adding fragrance: uniformly mixing the dry beads and the agilawood compound extract according to the mass ratio of 2: 1-4, sealing, placing the mixture in a shaking table with 150 revolutions per minute for 6-12 hours, standing for 12 hours to enable essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the dry beads, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2-4 hours to obtain dried attached-fragrance beads;
and (3) forming a filter tip: adding the dry aromatic bead into the middle section of the filter rod tows of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette;
the preparation method of the agilawood compound extract comprises the following steps:
1) slicing and powdering agarwood, then uniformly mixing agarwood powder, Jinba tobacco leaf extract, Brazil tobacco leaf extract, burley tobacco leaf extract and water according to the mass ratio of 5: 10-20: 2-5: 100, carrying out enzymolysis on 0.1-0.2% of compound plant hydrolase and 0.1-0.2% of beta-glucosidase at 30-50 ℃ for 1-4 h, adding bacillus after the enzymolysis is finished, and fermenting a fermentation substrate for 4-10 days to obtain compound fermentation liquor;
2) adding 95% ethanol with the weight 3 times of that of the compound fermentation liquor for alcohol precipitation, standing at 4 ℃ for 24 hours, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure until the density of the extract is 1.05-1.10 g/cm3, and adding 1, 2-propylene glycol with the mass of 20% of the concentrate to obtain the agilawood compound extract.
