Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method and application of a compound-fragrance type tobacco essence and flavor, relates to the technical field of essence and flavor production and processing, and comprises the following steps: (1) Taking activated carbon with different pore diameters, and adding the activated carbon into the modified solution for modification to obtain a modified mixed solution; (2) Drying the modified mixed solution at 200-250 ℃ for 5-6h to obtain modified activated carbon; (3) Adsorbing essence and flavor onto the modified activated carbon by adopting a gas phase adsorption mode to obtain the activated carbon with the essence and flavor; (4) And mixing the activated carbon with the essence and the perfume and the hemoglobin to obtain the slow-release essence and perfume for the cigarettes. The invention adopts the activated carbon with different pore diameters, can adsorb the particles of the essence and the spice with different molecular diameters, can improve the adsorption quantity and the stability after adsorption of the activated carbon through modification, and simultaneously can reduce the quantity of carbon monoxide in mainstream smoke when cigarettes are combusted by adding the hemoglobin on the surface layer of the activated carbon.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of essence production and processing, in particular to a preparation method and application of a compound-flavor essence for cigarettes.
Background
The tobacco essence is prepared from various spices, has certain fragrance, and can be directly used for flavoring the tobacco. Classifying the tobacco essence according to the type of the cigarettes;
1. the tobacco-curing type essence cigarette is a tobacco product prepared from flue-cured tobacco or air-cured tobacco with a small amount of fragrance similar to that of flue-cured tobacco mixed with most flue-cured tobacco. The tobacco leaves are modified by adding essence besides improving the quality of the tobacco leaves and the taste of the naturally generated cigarette fragrance through special measures such as fermentation and aging, and the like, so that the flavor of the cigarette fragrance with the characteristic of high-quality cigarettes is supplemented and highlighted, and the aim of displaying the unique fragrance of a certain brand of cigarettes is fulfilled.
2. The formula of the mixed type tobacco essence mixed type cigarette is different from that of a flue-cured tobacco type cigarette in the type of tobacco leaves. The mixed type is to longitudinally utilize the tobacco leaves on the tobacco plants, and the flue-cured tobacco type is to transversely select the tobacco leaves. Due to the difference of specific situations of various countries, blended cigarettes form three major categories, namely American blended cigarettes, western European blended cigarettes represented by Germany, and Chinese blended cigarettes. In addition, a category of feature blends can be distinguished.
