3) adding 95% ethanol with 3 times of the weight of the compound fermentation liquor for alcohol precipitation, standing for 24 hours at 4 ℃, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the density of the extract is 1.05-1.10 g/cm3Adding 1, 2-propylene glycol with the mass of 20% of the concentrate to obtain the sea-buckthorn compound extract.
Comparative example 1
1) Cleaning fructus Hippophae, squeezing pulp to obtain juice, adding 5 times of 75% ethanol solution, reflux-extracting at 70 deg.C for 2 times, mixing extractive solutions, concentrating to obtain extract, and adding 20% 1, 2-propylene glycol to obtain fructus Hippophae extract;
1) adding calcium chloride with the mass of 30% of the extract into the sea buckthorn extract, uniformly stirring to obtain an essence solution, taking a certain amount of 5A zeolite molecular sieve, calcining for 6 hours at 1300 ℃, washing with water, drying, then adding the essence solution, sealing, placing the mixture in a 150 r/m shaking table for 12 hours, then standing for 12 hours, and air-drying for 2 hours at 40-50 ℃ to obtain dry attached spice beads;
2) adding the same weight of the one dry attached spice bead prepared in the example 1 into the filament bundle of the cigarette filter rod with the circumference of the bottom surface being 24mm to obtain the cigarette filter rod.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.68nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 12.4%.
Comparative example 2
1) Taking a certain amount of 4A zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and silica sol (the solid content is 25 percent) in a mass ratio of 2:1, placing the mixture into a pelletizer to perform rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 3.25 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank at 800 ℃ for 6 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads;
2) cleaning fructus Hippophae, squeezing pulp to obtain juice, adding 5 times of 75% ethanol solution, reflux-extracting at 70 deg.C for 2 times, mixing extractive solutions, concentrating to obtain extract, and adding 20% 1, 2-propylene glycol to obtain fructus Hippophae extract;
3) uniformly mixing the dry beads and the sea buckthorn extract according to the mass ratio of 1:2, sealing, placing the mixture in a table with 150 revolutions per minute for 12 hours, standing for 12 hours, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours to prepare the dry beads with the fragrance;
4) adding one dry bead with fragrance into the middle section of the filter rod filament bundle of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette with circumference of 24mm on the bottom surface of the filter rod.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.76nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 18.8%.
Comparative example 3
1) Taking a certain amount of 5A zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and silica sol (the solid content is 30 percent) in a mass ratio of 2:5, placing the mixture into a pelletizer to perform rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 3.25 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank at 1200 ℃ for 4 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads;
2) cleaning fructus Hippophae, squeezing pulp to obtain juice, mixing fructus Hippophae juice, JINBA tobacco extract, sun-dried yellow tobacco extract and herba Taraxaci extract at a mass ratio of 100:10:5:2, adding 0.1% cellulose hydrolase and 0.1% compound plant protease, fermenting at 35 deg.C for 5 days to obtain compound fermentation liquid,
3) adding 95% ethanol with 3 times of the weight of the compound fermentation liquor for alcohol precipitation, standing for 24 hours at 4 ℃, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the density of the extract is 1.05-1.10 g/cm3Adding 1, 2-propylene glycol with the mass of 20% of the concentrate to obtain a sea buckthorn compound extract;
4) uniformly mixing the dry beads and the sea buckthorn compound extract according to the mass ratio of 1:2, sealing, placing the mixture in a table with 150 revolutions per minute for 12 hours, standing for 12 hours, and air-drying at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours to prepare the dry beads with the fragrance;
5) adding one dry bead with fragrance into the middle section of the filter rod filament bundle of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette with circumference of 24mm on the bottom surface of the filter rod.
The detection shows that the average pore diameter of the dry beads is 0.74nm, and the fragrance adding rate is 21.9%.
The test effect is as follows:
the cigarette dry bead filter rods prepared in the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to cigarettes, and ordinary cigarettes prepared without the dry bead filter rods were used as a control. An expert smoking group organized to qualify for national cigarette smoking according to the five ginseng standard GB5606.4-2005 cigarette part 4: sensory technical requirements and YC/T497-.

Compared with a control sample, the dry cigarette bead tip rod products of the embodiments 1-6 of the invention have more obvious sour and sweet taste style, obviously increased richness of aroma and improved moistening feeling. The cigarette prepared by the filter tip of the embodiment 6 has the highest score mainly because the seabuckthorn compound extract is more harmonious with the smoking taste of the cigarette, and the slow release performance of the solid flavor bead is optimal.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and any simple modifications and alternative changes made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the technical scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A dry bead filter rod capable of improving the sweet and moist feeling of cigarettes is characterized in that the circumference of the bottom surface of the cigarette filter rod is 24mm, dry beads with the diameter of 3.25 +/-0.15 mm are loaded in the middle section of a tow, the dry beads are prepared by taking a zeolite molecular sieve as a main raw material through pelletizing, fragrance adding and forming processes, and a sea buckthorn compound extract for improving the sweet and moist feeling of cigarettes is adsorbed on the dry beads; and the preparation method of the dry bead tip rod comprises the following steps:
1) pelletizing: taking a certain amount of zeolite molecular sieve, grinding, uniformly mixing the zeolite molecular sieve and silica sol with the solid content of 25-50% in a mass ratio of 2: 1-5, placing the mixture in a pelletizer for rolling ball forming, screening qualified samples with the diameter of 3.25 +/-0.15 mm, calcining a bead-shaped blank body at 1000-1300 ℃ for 2-6 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain dry beads with porous structures;
2) adding fragrance: uniformly mixing the dry beads and the sea buckthorn compound extract according to the mass ratio of 1: 1-4, sealing, placing the mixture in a shaking table with 150 revolutions per minute for 6-12 hours, standing for 12 hours to enable essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the dry beads, and air-drying the mixture for 2-4 hours at 40-50 ℃ to obtain dry fragrance-coated beads;
3) and (3) forming a filter tip: adding the dry aromatic bead into the middle section of the filter rod tows of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette;
the preparation method of the sea buckthorn compound extract comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning sea-buckthorn, squeezing the pulp into juice, adding pectinase accounting for 0.1-0.2 percent of the mass of the sea-buckthorn juice and flavourzyme accounting for 0.05-0.1 percent of the mass of the sea-buckthorn juice, and carrying out enzymolysis at constant temperature for 0.5-4 hours at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ to obtain sea-buckthorn zymolyte;
2) uniformly mixing the sea buckthorn zymolyte, the Jinba tobacco extract, the sun-cured tobacco extract and the dandelion extract according to the mass ratio of 100: 10-20: 2-5: 1-2, adding bacillus, and fermenting a fermentation substrate for 4-10 days to obtain a composite fermentation liquid;
3) adding 95% ethanol with the weight 3 times of that of the compound fermentation liquor to carry out alcohol precipitation, standing at 4 ℃ for 24 hours, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure until the density of the extract is 1.05-1.10 g/cm3, and adding 1, 2-propylene glycol with the mass of 20% of the concentrate to obtain the sea buckthorn compound extract.
2. The dry bead filter rod for cigarette capable of improving cigarette sweetness according to claim 1, wherein the zeolite molecular sieve is one of 4A type, 5A type, Y type and ZSM-5 type.

The dry cigarette holder stick capable of improving the sweetness of cigarettes according to claim 1, characterized in that the bacillus is bacillus BA-01, which is isolated and screened from the surface of tobacco leaves, and the preservation date is 2017, 4 and 26 days, which is preserved in the Guangdong province microorganism culture collection with the preservation number being GDMCC No. 60171.
