Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette production, in particular to a liquorice-flavored dried bead for a cigarette filter and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the economy of China, the requirement of consumers on the internal quality of cigarettes is higher and higher. Compared with the foreign famous brands, the domestic cigarette products have certain gaps in the aspects of smoking quality, sensory comfort and the like, such as weak fragrance, strong dryness, insufficient sweetness, poorer comfort and the like. Therefore, increasing cigarette aroma, reducing dryness and improving comfort are inevitable trends in the development of domestic cigarettes.
The liquorice is widely applied to the aspects of medicine, food, cosmetics, tobacco, animal husbandry and the like. In the face of its wide application and potential value, people in various fields such as scientific research personnel, scholars, doctors, farmers and the like have increasingly deep knowledge and research on it. The liquorice has good functions of moistening lung, relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, and the liquorice extract has fresh and sweet herb fragrance, strong fragrance, lasting fragrance and soft aftertaste. The flavoring agent has good effects of enriching the cigarette fragrance, improving the taste of smoking, increasing the sweet and moist feeling and covering up the miscellaneous gas when being used in the cigarette, and has good application prospect.
In the cigarette production process, the tobacco shred flavoring process has important significance for forming cigarette style. The traditional tobacco shred flavoring process is to spray surface aroma on the surface of tobacco shreds in a flavoring roller in a spraying mode. The surface aroma of the flavoring mode is only attached to the surface of the cut tobacco and is difficult to permeate into the cut tobacco, so the surface aroma loss is easily caused. Moreover, the surface aroma changes on the surface of the cut tobacco due to combustion, and is not easy to be caught by consumers. In addition, when there are many volatile substances in the top note, the ability to fix the note is difficult to ensure. If the fragrance fixing capacity of the top note needs to be improved, a fragrance fixing agent which is difficult to volatilize needs to be added in the top note, so that the perfuming roller is polluted, the cleaning cost of perfuming equipment is increased, and the problem of perfume pollution among different batches also exists. Therefore, how to provide a technology which can reduce the cost of flavoring the cigarette and avoid the pollution of the spice is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
Patent application No. CN201611113935 discloses a method for preparing tobacco radix Glycyrrhizae extract, comprising puffing radix Glycyrrhizae slice under high pressure, extracting with supercritical CO2, and molecular distilling to obtain tobacco radix Glycyrrhizae extract. The method improves the extraction yield of effective components in the liquorice, the glycyrrhizic acid content in the obtained liquorice extract is higher, and the liquorice extract can play a role in enriching the tobacco fragrance, moistening the smoke and correcting the smoking taste when being applied to cigarettes.
The patent with the application number of CN201810416392.8 discloses a liquorice aroma component for cigarettes and an extraction method and application thereof, belonging to the field of cigarette flavors. The extraction method comprises the following steps: crushing liquorice, adding a mixed solvent consisting of ethanol and water for flash extraction, and filtering to obtain an extracting solution A; concentrating the extracting solution A, adding ethanol for precipitation and impurity removal to obtain an extracting solution B; and concentrating the extracting solution B, adding propylene glycol for aging, and obtaining the lower clear liquid which is the liquorice aroma component for the cigarettes. According to the method for extracting the tobacco liquorice aroma components, liquorice is crushed and then subjected to flash extraction, concentration, precipitation impurity removal, concentration and aging to prepare the tobacco flavor, the method greatly extracts the liquorice aroma components, and miscellaneous substances influencing the cigarette smoking aroma are removed.
The patent with the application number of CN201910266961.X discloses a cigarette filter stick flavor enhancing particle and a cigarette filter stick, wherein the cigarette filter stick flavor enhancing particle comprises a flower fragrance particle and a cool fragrance particle, and the ratio of the flower fragrance particle to the cool fragrance particle is 1:2-1:10 in parts by weight; the flower fragrance granules comprise a flower fragrance agent and flower fragrance master batches, and the mass of the flower fragrance agent is 3 per mill-1% of that of the flower fragrance master batches; the cooling granules comprise a cooling agent and a cooling master batch, and the mass of the cooling agent is 3 per mill-1% of that of the cooling master batch.
In the above patents, the preparation process of the licorice flavor components of the first two inventions is complicated, and the production cost is high; the third patent uses plant flower extract as floral scent agent, menthol as cooling agent to change scent, glycerin or high boiling point alcohol as scent fixing solvent, and kudzu root powder as carrier; the granulation method is not described in detail, and the granulation operation is supposed to be needed, the process is slightly complex, and the improvement of the smoke mainly increases the flower fragrance and the cool feeling. In another patent, the popping beads are used as a carrier, and the puffed food can be taken only after being pinched broken, the preparation process is slightly complex, the quality requirement is high, the yield is low, the fragrance is released quickly after being pinched and broken, the concentration is high, and the feeling of smoking is not uniform.
