Abstract

一种镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶,包括环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体、烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯、镍粉、乙酸乙酯、纳米石墨、分散剂、消泡剂、抗静电剂、流平剂、防老剂,纳米石墨由天然可膨胀石墨、双氧水和浓硫酸制备而成,环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体由丙烯酸、环氧树脂、催化剂、阻聚剂反应而制得,烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯由2,2'‑二烯丙基双酚A和丙烯酰氯反应制成。本发明的导电压敏胶中含有环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂和纳米石墨的成分,保证了压敏胶的黏结性能,包括初粘性、黏结强度和耐温性;纳米石墨能够在有机树脂基质中均匀分散,形成良好的网络结构,与镍粉相互作用,形成镍包碳结构,大幅增强复合材料的导电性。

技术领域
本发明涉及导电压敏胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
在印刷线路板和表面组装工业技术领域,铅锡焊料被广泛用作基本的连接材料,但是其中的铅是有毒物质,不仅危害人体健康,还污染环境,随着人们环保意识的增强,铅锡焊料对环境的危害逐渐引起人们的关注。作为铅锡焊料的主要替代物,导电胶粘剂相较于其他金属焊料具有许多优点,如对环境友好,封装温度不高,操作步骤简单,分辨率高。另一方面在电子设备中通常需用到具有一定导电性能的胶或胶带等对电磁干扰进行屏蔽。因此,导电胶目前已广泛应用于电子封装、电子组装、电路板及光伏材料等行业中。
导电胶是由提供物理机械性能的树脂基体(环氧、硅树脂、聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯等)和提供电性能的导电填料(金属填料、碳系填料等)组成的具有粘接性能的导电高分子复合材料。因为导电胶中含有本身不导电的有机树脂基体,要使导电胶达到理想的导电性能,必须大量填充导电填料,而大量填料的加入会使导电胶的机械性能(如黏结性)大幅降低,且填料难以均匀分散,易在基体中产生团聚现象,严重影响导电填料导电性的发挥,而且还会大大提高胶黏剂的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种导电填料均匀分散、导电性能好、黏结强度高的镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶,及该导电压敏胶的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:

其中,分散剂既有利于填料的分散,又可以降低胶黏剂的黏度,以方便使用;抗静电剂对胶液有增稠影响。镍粉一方面充当导电填料起导电作用,另一方面对树脂有增塑作用,如果降低镍粉的比例,将直接影响胶黏剂的导电性,因此配比很重要,优选环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体和镍粉的配比为(1:1)~(2:1)。
石墨来源丰富、价格低廉,具有较高的电导率,将天然石墨处理成纳米石墨,其厚度会变小,比表面积会变大,故其在树脂体系中易形成导电网络,与镍粉相互作用,形成镍包碳结构,从而明显增强复合材料的导电性。
优选地,所述纳米石墨由40份天然可膨胀石墨、25份双氧水、4份浓硫酸制备而成。
优选地,所述纳米石墨采用如下方法制备而成:将天然石墨置于双氧水和浓硫酸的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌反应8h,再用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,在真空干燥箱中干燥;再将干燥好的上述产物置于900℃的马弗炉中高温处理20s,即得到膨胀石墨;然后将上述膨胀石墨加入无水酒精与水的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌24h;再在超声波下处理10h后,洗涤干燥,得到纳米石墨。
优选地,所述双氧水和浓硫酸的体积比0.08:1,所述无水酒精与水的体积比为65:35,所述超声波为200W、45Hz的超声波,可选用KQ-200VDB型台式三频数控超声波清洗器。
优选地,所述环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体由丙烯酸、环氧树脂、催化剂、阻聚剂反应而制得。
优选地,所述环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂,所述丙烯酸与环氧树脂的摩尔比为1.1:1,所述催化剂用量为0.3%,所述阻聚剂用量为0.1%,反应的反应温度为105℃。其反应方程式如下:

一种上述的镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将分散剂、环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体、烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯、纳米石墨、镍粉加入反应装置中,加入部分乙酸乙酯搅拌均匀,4h后,加入消泡剂、抗静电剂、流平剂搅拌均匀,24h后,加入剩余乙酸乙酯和防老剂搅拌均匀后出料。
本发明的导电压敏胶中含有环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂和纳米石墨的成分,保证了压敏胶的黏结性能,包括初粘性、黏结强度和耐温性;纳米石墨能够在有机树脂基质中均匀分散,形成良好的网络结构,有利于导电性能的提高,同时可提高压敏胶的内聚力;纳米石墨与镍粉相互作用,形成镍包碳结构,大幅增强复合材料的导电性。
本发明的导电胶可涂覆于PET膜复合的铝箔处理面上,形成导向性的导电胶带,具有较强的导电、抗ESD功能,屏蔽效果良好。
本发明的导电胶在高温干燥后,由于乙酸乙酯的挥发和胶黏剂体积收缩,能使导电粒子相互间稳定的连续接触,形成导电通路,可大量应用于需要电路通而又不能焊接的电子工业中。
具体实施方式
一种镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶,实施例1、实施例2中各组分的重量份数如表1。

所述纳米石墨由40份天然可膨胀石墨、25份双氧水、4份浓硫酸制备而成。其制备方法如下:
将天然石墨置于双氧水和浓硫酸的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌反应8h,再用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,在真空干燥箱中干燥;再将干燥好的上述产物置于900℃的马弗炉中高温处理20s,即得到膨胀石墨;然后将上述膨胀石墨加入无水酒精与水的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌24h;再在超声波下处理10h后,洗涤干燥,得到纳米石墨。其中,所述双氧水和浓硫酸的体积比0.08:1,所述无水酒精与水的体积比为65:35,所述超声波为200W、45Hz的超声波,可选用KQ-200VDB型台式三频数控超声波清洗器。
所述环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体由丙烯酸、环氧树脂、催化剂、阻聚剂反应而制得。所述环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂,所述丙烯酸与环氧树脂的摩尔比为1.1:1,所述催化剂用量为0.3%,所述阻聚剂用量为0.1%,反应的反应温度为105℃。
所述烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯由2,2'-二烯丙基双酚A和丙烯酰氯反应制成。其制备方法如下:
S1、称取2,2'-二烯丙基双酚A溶于甲苯中,加入反应装置中,反应装置上装有搅拌器、分水器和滴液漏斗;
S2、将NaOH溶于水中配成溶液后加入滴液漏斗中,开动搅拌,缓慢滴加碱液,待碱液滴完后,升温回流,直到完全除去反应体系中的水;
S3、将反应体系降温至40℃,继续搅拌,加入少量的对苯二酚,然后缓慢滴加新合成的丙烯酰氯,并配有HCl吸收装置,搅拌2~3h后,停止反应;
S4、产物过80目的硅胶柱,除去生成的NaCl和有色杂质,将溶液加入蒸馏瓶中,加热蒸出甲苯,即得烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯。
本发明的镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将分散剂、环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体、烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯、纳米石墨、镍粉加入反应装置中,加入部分乙酸乙酯搅拌均匀,4h后,加入消泡剂、抗静电剂、流平剂搅拌均匀,24h后,加入剩余乙酸乙酯和防老剂搅拌均匀后出料。
性能测试:
黏结性能测试:将本发明产品涂布在PI薄膜上,100℃下干燥后得到干胶厚度为(60±10)μm的导电压敏胶带,以市售普通压敏胶及其所制备的胶带作为对照样,按照标准GB2792-2014测试180°剥离强度、按照GB4852-2002(滚球法)测试初粘性。
电导率测试:首先采用数字万用表测得电阻,然后按照σ=L/(R×S)进行计算电导率,L为试样长度,R为试样电阻,S为试样截面积。
测试结果见表2。

S3、然后将上述步骤S2中的膨胀石墨加入无水酒精与水的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌24h后,再在超声波下处理10h后,洗涤干燥,得到纳米石墨。

10.一种如权利要求1至9任一项所述的镍碳环保屏蔽导电压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:先将分散剂、环氧丙烯酸酯预聚体、烯丙基双酚A丙烯酸酯、纳米石墨、镍粉加入反应装置中,加入部分乙酸乙酯搅拌均匀,反应4h后,加入消泡剂、抗静电剂、流平剂搅拌均匀,24h后,加入剩余乙酸乙酯和防老剂搅拌均匀后出料。
