其中,所述桶盖装置包括放置腔,所述密封盖倾斜放置于所述放置腔内,且下侧的所述密封盖右端位于所述封口腔内,所述放置腔左端壁内相通设有第一转槽,所述第一转槽内转动设有支杆,所述支杆与所述密封盖下端面抵接,所述支杆下端面与所述第一转槽之间固设有第一复位弹簧,所述放置腔右端壁内相通设有第二转槽,所述第二转槽内转动设有转动杆,所述转动杆右端面与所述第二转槽之间固设有第二复位弹簧,所述转动杆下侧设有挡杆,所述挡杆内设有设有伸缩槽,所述转动杆下端伸入所述伸缩槽内且固设有伸缩弹簧,所述伸缩弹簧下端与所述伸缩槽下端壁固连,从而所述涂料桶与所述密封盖抵接时,所述涂料桶向右移动,使得下侧的所述密封盖随之移动,且所述密封盖脱离所述放置腔,下一个所述密封盖通过所述支杆与所述挡杆阻挡于所述放置腔内等待下一个所述涂料桶。
其中,所述封盖装置包括封盖腔,所述封盖腔内端壁固设有两个轨迹块,所述轨迹块呈交错设置,所述封盖腔内滑动设有前后对称的滑动块,所述滑动块内设有挤压槽,所述挤压槽内设有滑动杆,所述滑动杆远离对称中心的一端与所述挤压槽之间固设有挤压弹簧,所述滑动杆靠近对称中心的一端固设有夹紧块,所述夹紧块靠近对称中心的一端面固设有防滑垫,所述滑动块上端面之间固设有连接板,所述连接板上端面固设有转动轴,所述封盖腔上端壁安装有转动电机,所述转动轴上端动力连接于所述转动电机,从而所述转动电机工作带动所述滑动块转动,在所述轨迹块作用下,使得所述滑动块转动并相向移动,从而将所述密封盖与所述桶口密封在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过热封操作利用封口薄膜将桶口密封,其后在将密封盖与涂料桶转动安装,从而将涂料桶中放置的涂料的容装腔密封,双层封口操作提高涂料桶的密封性,其次,两次封口工作连续进行,提高涂料桶封口的工作效率。

下面结合图1-图7对本发明进行详细说明,为叙述方便,现对下文所说的方位规定如下:下文所说的上下左右前后方向与图1本身投影关系的上下左右前后方向一致。
本发明涉及一种涂料包装的封口装置,主要用于涂料包装工作,下面将结合本发明附图对本发明做进一步说明:
本发明所述的一种涂料包装的封口装置,包括机体10,所述机体10内设有封口腔15,所述封口腔15下侧设有输送装置601,所述输送装置601上放置有涂料桶16,所述涂料桶16内设有容装腔17,所述涂料桶16上端面固设有环形的桶口18,所述封口腔15上侧设有绕卷装置602,所述绕卷装置602内包括封口薄膜24,所述绕卷装置602右侧设有热封装置603,所述热封装置603将所述封口薄膜24与所述桶口18热封在一起,从而将所述容装腔17密封,所述热封装置603右侧设有收卷装置604,所述收卷装置604将废旧的所述封口薄膜24收集,所述收卷装置604、所述热封装置603及所述输送装置601之间动力连接,所述收卷装置604右侧设有桶盖装置605,所述桶盖装置605内包括密封盖60,所述桶盖装置605右侧设有封盖装置606,所述封盖装置606工作可将所述密封盖60与所述桶口18连接,从而将所述涂料桶16封口。
根据实施例,以下对输送装置601进行详细说明,所述输送装置601包括输送腔11,所述输送腔11内转动设有左右对称的输送转轴12,所述输送转轴12上固设有输送转轮13,所述输送转轮13之间通过输送带14动力连接,所述涂料桶16放置于所述输送带14上,所述输送腔11后侧相通设有皮带腔58,左侧的所述输送转轴12后端与所述皮带腔58后端壁转动连接,从而所述输送带14转动,可带动所述涂料桶16从左至右移动进行封口操作。
根据实施例,以下对绕卷装置602进行详细说明,所述绕卷装置602包括绕卷腔19,所述绕卷腔19内转动设有绕卷轴20,所述绕卷轴20上固设有绕卷轮21,所述绕卷轴20下侧转动设有张紧轴22,所述张紧轴22上固设有张紧轮23,所述封口薄膜24绕设过所述绕卷轮21与所述张紧轮23后与所述收卷装置604连接,从而使得所述封口薄膜24张紧。
根据实施例,以下对热封装置603进行详细说明,所述热封装置603包括连接腔25,所述连接腔25与所述绕卷腔19及所述封口腔15相通,所述连接腔25上侧相通设有升降腔26,所述升降腔26右端壁固设有通电块40,所述通电块40与外界市电电性连接,所述升降腔26内滑动设有升降板27,所述升降板27下端面固设有连接块30,所述连接块30上套设有压力弹簧32,所述连接块30外周设有环形的切刀28,所述切刀28固设于所述升降板27下端面,所述切刀28外侧于所述升降板27下端面固设有左右对称的连接弹簧90,所述连接弹簧90下端固设有环形块91,所述环形块91右端面固设有接电块39,所述环形块91内设有左右对称的开槽34,所述开槽34内转动设有转轮轴35,所述转轮轴35上固设有转动轮36,所述环形块91内滑动设有按压块29,所述按压块29内设有压缩槽31,所述连接块30下端伸入所述压缩槽31内,所述压力弹簧32下端与所述压缩槽31下端壁固连,所述按压块29下端面内安装有接电板37,所述接电板37与所述接电块39电性连接,所述接电板37下端通电安装有环形的热封块38,所述升降腔26上侧设有升降装置607,所述升降板27与所述升降装置607动力连接,从而所述升降板27下降时,使得所述热封块38与所述桶口18抵接,此时所述接电块39与所述通电块40电连接,则所述热封块38通过所述封口薄膜24将所述桶口18热封,所述升降板27持续下降时,通过所述切刀28将所述封口薄膜24切出圆形孔。
根据实施例,以下对升降装置607进行详细说明,所述升降装置607包括升降腔41,所述升降腔41上端壁固设有动力电机44,所述动力电机44下端动力安装有螺纹轴42,所述螺纹轴42上螺纹连接有升降杆43,所述升降杆43下端与所述升降板27固连,所述升降腔41右端壁内相通设有棘轮腔45,所述棘轮腔45内转动有外转轮48,所述外转轮48与所述升降杆43啮合连接,所述外转轮48内单向啮合连接有内棘轮47,所述内棘轮47中心处固设有棘轮转轴46,所述棘轮转轴46后端与所述皮带腔58后端壁转动连接,从而所述升降杆43上升可带动所述棘轮转轴46转动。
根据实施例,以下对收卷装置604进行详细说明,所述收卷装置604包括收卷腔49,所述收卷腔49内转动设有收卷转轴50,所述收卷转轴50上固设有收卷轮51,所述封口薄膜24右端缠绕于所述收卷轮51上,所述收卷腔49后侧相通设单向转腔52,所述收卷转轴50后端贯穿所述单向转腔52与所述皮带腔58后端壁转动连接,在所述皮带腔58内的所述收卷转轴50、所述棘轮转轴46及所述输送转轴12通过皮带57动力连接,在所述单向转腔52内的所述收卷转轴50上固设单向转轮53,所述单向转腔52左端壁内相通设有收容槽54,所述收容槽54内转动设有卡块56,所述卡块56上端面与所述收容槽54之间固设有扭簧55,从而所述热封装置603工作可带动收卷装置604工作,使得所述收卷轮51单向逆时针转动对废旧的所述封口薄膜24进行回收。
根据实施例,以下对桶盖装置605进行详细说明,所述桶盖装置605包括放置腔59,所述密封盖60倾斜放置于所述放置腔59内,且下侧的所述密封盖60右端位于所述封口腔15内,所述放置腔59左端壁内相通设有第一转槽61,所述第一转槽61内转动设有支杆63,所述支杆63与所述密封盖60下端面抵接,所述支杆63下端面与所述第一转槽61之间固设有第一复位弹簧62,所述放置腔59右端壁内相通设有第二转槽64,所述第二转槽64内转动设有转动杆65,所述转动杆65右端面与所述第二转槽64之间固设有第二复位弹簧92,所述转动杆65下侧设有挡杆66,所述挡杆66内设有设有伸缩槽67,所述转动杆65下端伸入所述伸缩槽67内且固设有伸缩弹簧68,所述伸缩弹簧68下端与所述伸缩槽67下端壁固连,从而所述涂料桶16与所述密封盖60抵接时,所述涂料桶16向右移动,使得下侧的所述密封盖60随之移动,且所述密封盖60脱离所述放置腔59,下一个所述密封盖60通过所述支杆63与所述挡杆66阻挡于所述放置腔59内等待下一个所述涂料桶16。
根据实施例,以下对封盖装置606进行详细说明,所述封盖装置606包括封盖腔69,所述封盖腔69内端壁固设有两个轨迹块70,所述轨迹块70呈交错设置,所述封盖腔69内滑动设有前后对称的滑动块71,所述滑动块71内设有挤压槽75,所述挤压槽75内设有滑动杆72,所述滑动杆72远离对称中心的一端与所述挤压槽75之间固设有挤压弹簧76,所述滑动杆72靠近对称中心的一端固设有夹紧块73,所述夹紧块73靠近对称中心的一端面固设有防滑垫74,所述滑动块71上端面之间固设有连接板77,所述连接板77上端面固设有转动轴78,所述封盖腔69上端壁安装有转动电机79,所述转动轴78上端动力连接于所述转动电机79,从而所述转动电机79工作带动所述滑动块71转动,在所述轨迹块70作用下,使得所述滑动块71转动并相向移动,从而将所述密封盖60与所述桶口18密封在一起。
以下结合图1至图7对本文中的一种涂料包装的封口装置的使用步骤进行详细说明:
初始时,涂料桶16位于连接腔25下侧位置,桶口18与热封块38位置对应。
使用时,动力电机44工作,带动螺纹轴42转动,从而使得升降杆43下降,此时,外转轮48转动但内棘轮47不转动,升降杆43下降带动升降板27下降,则按压块29下降使得封口薄膜24上下端面分别与热封块38及桶口18抵接,此时接电块39与通电块40抵接通电,则接电板37通电,使得热封块38通电加热封口薄膜24,通过封口薄膜24将桶口18密封,升降板27持续下降,则压力弹簧32收缩,此时按压块29不动,升降板27带动切刀28下降,切刀28与涂料桶16上端面抵接时可将封口薄膜24圆形切断,其后动力电机44反转,使得升降杆43上升,则升降板27带动切刀28及热封块38上升至初始位置,升降杆43上升则外转轮48转动,带动内棘轮47转动,通过皮带57使得输送转轴12转动,从而输送带14转动带动封口腔15向右移动,下一个封口腔15移动至连接腔25下侧位置,通过皮带57使得收卷转轴50转动,将废旧的封口薄膜24收集在收卷轮51上,涂料桶16向右移动时,带动下侧的密封盖60与放置腔59脱离且密封盖60与桶口18套接,下侧的密封盖60脱离后,上侧密封盖60下降,通过支杆63与挡杆66阻挡于放置腔59内,待下一个涂料桶16带动脱离,涂料桶16带动密封盖60移动至封盖腔69下侧位置时,动力电机44再次工作时,通过热封块38将封口薄膜24与桶口18热封,此时输送带14不转动,则转动电机79工作,带动连接板77转动,进而带动滑动块71转动,在轨迹块70作用下使得滑动块71转动并相向移动,将密封盖60夹紧并将密封盖60旋转安装于桶口18上,从而将涂料桶16封口,随着输送带14的转动,封口结束的涂料桶16向右输出,热封后的涂料桶16进行封盖操作,新的涂料桶16进行热封操作,使得封口工作连续。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过热封操作利用封口薄膜将桶口密封,其后在将密封盖与涂料桶转动安装,从而将涂料桶中放置的涂料的容装腔密封,双层封口操作提高涂料桶的密封性,其次,两次封口工作连续进行,提高涂料桶封口的工作效率。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。

Claims (1)

1.一种涂料包装的封口装置,包括机体;
所述机体内设有封口腔,所述封口腔下侧设有输送装置,所述输送装置上放置有涂料桶,所述涂料桶内设有容装腔,所述涂料桶上端面固设有环形的桶口;
所述封口腔上侧设有绕卷装置,所述绕卷装置内包括封口薄膜,所述绕卷装置右侧设有热封装置,所述热封装置将所述封口薄膜与所述桶口热封在一起,从而将所述容装腔密封;
所述热封装置右侧设有收卷装置,所述收卷装置将废旧的所述封口薄膜收集,所述收卷装置、所述热封装置及所述输送装置之间动力连接;
所述收卷装置右侧设有桶盖装置,所述桶盖装置内包括密封盖,所述桶盖装置右侧设有封盖装置,所述封盖装置工作可将所述密封盖与所述桶口连接,从而将所述涂料桶封口;
所述输送装置包括输送腔;
所述输送腔内转动设有左右对称的输送转轴,所述输送转轴上固设有输送转轮,所述输送转轮之间通过输送带动力连接,所述涂料桶放置于所述输送带上;
所述输送腔后侧相通设有皮带腔,左侧的所述输送转轴后端与所述皮带腔后端壁转动连接;
所述绕卷装置包括绕卷腔;
所述绕卷腔内转动设有绕卷轴,所述绕卷轴上固设有绕卷轮,所述绕卷轴下侧转动设有张紧轴,所述张紧轴上固设有张紧轮;
所述封口薄膜绕设过所述绕卷轮与所述张紧轮后与所述收卷装置连接;
所述热封装置包括连接腔;
所述连接腔与所述绕卷腔及所述封口腔相通,所述连接腔上侧相通设有升降腔,所述升降腔内滑动设有升降板,所述升降板下端面固设有连接块,所述连接块上套设有压力弹簧,所述连接块外周设有环形的切刀,所述切刀固设于所述升降板下端面,所述切刀外侧于所述升降板下端面固设有左右对称的连接弹簧,所述连接弹簧下端固设有环形块,所述环形块右端面固设有接电块,所述环形块内设有左右对称的开槽,所述开槽内转动设有转轮轴,所述转轮轴上固设有转动轮;
所述环形块内滑动设有按压块,所述按压块内设有压缩槽,所述连接块下端伸入所述压缩槽内,所述压力弹簧下端与所述压缩槽下端壁固连,所述按压块下端面内安装有接电板,所述接电板与所述接电块电性连接,所述接电板下端通电安装有环形的热封块;
所述升降腔上侧设有升降装置,所述升降板与所述升降装置动力连接;
所述升降腔右端壁固设有通电块,所述通电块与外界市电电性连接,所述通电块与所述接电块接触时,可使得所述接电块通电;
所述升降装置包括升降腔;
所述升降腔上端壁固设有动力电机,所述动力电机下端动力安装有螺纹轴,所述螺纹轴上螺纹连接有升降杆,所述升降杆下端与所述升降板固连;
所述升降腔右端壁内相通设有棘轮腔,所述棘轮腔内转动有外转轮,所述外转轮与所述升降杆啮合连接,所述外转轮内单向啮合连接有内棘轮,所述内棘轮中心处固设有棘轮转轴,所述棘轮转轴后端与所述皮带腔后端壁转动连接;
所述收卷装置包括收卷腔;
所述收卷腔内转动设有收卷转轴,所述收卷转轴上固设有收卷轮,所述封口薄膜右端缠绕于所述收卷轮上,所述收卷腔后侧相通设单向转腔,所述收卷转轴后端贯穿所述单向转腔与所述皮带腔后端壁转动连接,在所述皮带腔内的所述收卷转轴、所述棘轮转轴及所述输送转轴通过皮带动力连接;
在所述单向转腔内的所述收卷转轴上固设单向转轮,所述单向转腔左端壁内相通设有收容槽,所述收容槽内转动设有卡块,所述卡块上端面与所述收容槽之间固设有扭簧;
所述桶盖装置包括放置腔;
所述密封盖倾斜放置于所述放置腔内,且下侧的所述密封盖右端位于所述封口腔内;
所述放置腔左端壁内相通设有第一转槽,所述第一转槽内转动设有支杆,所述支杆与所述密封盖下端面抵接,所述支杆下端面与所述第一转槽之间固设有第一复位弹簧;
所述放置腔右端壁内相通设有第二转槽,所述第二转槽内转动设有转动杆,所述转动杆右端面与所述第二转槽之间固设有第二复位弹簧,所述转动杆下侧设有挡杆,所述挡杆内设有设有伸缩槽,所述转动杆下端伸入所述伸缩槽内且固设有伸缩弹簧,所述伸缩弹簧下端与所述伸缩槽下端壁固连;
所述封盖装置包括封盖腔;
所述封盖腔内端壁固设有两个轨迹块,所述轨迹块呈交错设置,所述封盖腔内滑动设有前后对称的滑动块,所述滑动块内设有挤压槽,所述挤压槽内设有滑动杆,所述滑动杆远离对称中心的一端与所述挤压槽之间固设有挤压弹簧,所述滑动杆靠近对称中心的一端固设有夹紧块,所述夹紧块靠近对称中心的一端面固设有防滑垫;
所述滑动块上端面之间固设有连接板,所述连接板上端面固设有转动轴,所述封盖腔上端壁安装有转动电机,所述转动轴上端动力连接于所述转动电机。
