Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置,包括:装置主体、辊轮;装置主体的内部设置有裁切部件。本发明通过固定板通过卡块卡在下弧形板的弯曲凹面上,转动转块带动螺杆和固定板转动,螺杆通过转动带动固定板向上移动,同时利用转块的转动带动固定板上的卡块沿着向左侧下弧形板的弯曲面向左侧移动,使固定板不断地转动,固定板在转动时带动裁切刀不断地转动,使裁切刀裁切包装袋时,通过固定板转动的角度裁切形成圆弧状,对于较硬的材料制成的包装袋,防止刺手,利用平压板对裁切台上的包装袋压紧,并在裁切刀转动时使包装袋上的皱面压平,再通过裁切刀进行裁切,防止包装袋移位,保证包装袋成品质量,提高包装袋的美观性。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装生产技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种用于包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置。
背景技术
包装袋是指用于包装各种用品的袋子,使货物在生产流通过程中方便运输,容易存储,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中,实际数字显示,有80%使用后的塑料袋,最终与一般垃圾一样被运至垃圾堆田区处理,仅有百分之七的塑料被回收循环使用,在包装袋的生产过程中,需要对包装袋进行裁切处理,使得其可以加工成不同的形状。
基于上述描述,以及结合现有技术中的设备发现,现有的包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置,在裁切时,袋面容易起皱或者角度不平,导致在裁切时产生移位,使包装袋裁切的形状不规则,影响包装袋的美观,并且在限位时,不便于对裁切完的包装袋进行更换或移动,费时费力,降低了裁切的效率,因此本设计针对于上述问题,设计出一款结构合理的,及功能性好的裁切装置,以提高实用性。
发明内容
(一)技术问题
综上所述,本发明提供一种用于包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置,通过结构与功能性的改进,以解决上述专利中袋面容易起皱或者角度不平,导致在裁切时产生移位,不便于对裁切完的包装袋进行更换或移动的问题。
技术方案
本发明提供了一种用于包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置,包括:装置主体、辊轮;装置主体的内部设置有裁切部件,且裁切部件的下方设置有限位部件。
进一步的,裁切部件包括连接腔和固定板,且限位部件包括固定柱。
进一步的,连接腔的上下两端分别设置有上横板和下横板。
进一步的,连接腔的内部设置有上弧形柱与下弧形柱。
进一步的,上弧形柱的下端与下弧形柱的上端分别呈弯曲弧形面。
进一步的,固定板贯穿连接于下弧形柱中。
进一步的,固定柱设置有两个。
进一步的,辊轮呈倾斜设置。
进一步的,辊轮的倾斜角度为30°。
(三)有益效果
1、本发明提供了一种用于包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置,首先,固定板通过卡块卡在下弧形板的弯曲凹面上,转动转块带动螺杆和固定板转动,螺杆通过转动带动固定板向上移动,同时利用转块的转动带动固定板上的卡块沿着向左侧下弧形板的弯曲面向左侧移动,使固定板不断地转动,固定板在转动时带动裁切刀不断地转动,使裁切刀裁切包装袋时,通过固定板转动的角度裁切形成圆弧状,对于较硬的材料制成的包装袋,防止刺手,利用平压板对裁切台上的包装袋压紧,并在裁切刀转动时使包装袋上的皱面压平,再通过裁切刀进行裁切,防止包装袋移位,保证包装袋成品质量,提高包装袋的美观性。
2、其次,此时压板与裁切台相接触,且辊轮处于倾斜状态,第一转轴的上端通过皮带带动第二转轴转动,同时带动上圆盘和下圆盘转动,第一转轴的下端通过第一转杆带动第一转杆右侧的锥形轴上下移动,同时上端的锥形轴带动第二转杆左右移动,使第二转杆带动辊轮以辊轴为圆心进行转动,当上圆盘的凸板和下圆盘上的凸块经过转动的辊轮时,倾斜的辊轮通过凸块啮合,并利用凸板固定辊轮的上端,使辊轮与连接轴平行,此时辊轮带动压板从裁切台上抬起,便于包装袋更换或移动,提高了裁切的效率,并且压板在抬起状态时,通过辊轴的转动使压板倾斜,便于将压板上裁切时产生的碎屑倾斜掉落至裁切槽内。

本发明提出了一种用于包装袋生产用高精度密封裁切装置,包括:装置主体1、辊轮307;装置主体1的内部设置有裁切部件,且裁切部件的下方设置有限位部件。
其中,裁切部件包括连接腔2和固定板202,且限位部件包括固定柱302,装置主体1的下端与腔体5两端缝隙处接触,且腔体5的内部设置有集尘腔501,集尘腔501的一端设置有电机6,且腔体5的下端固定连接有支柱9,装置主体1的左端设置有进料口7,且装置主体1的右端设置有出料口8,通过电机6带动转块209和第一转轴304转动。
其中,连接腔2的上下两端分别设置有上横板201和下横板207,且连接腔2的内部设置有上弧形柱204与下弧形柱205,上弧形柱204的下端与下弧形柱205的上端分别呈弯曲弧形面,且固定板202贯穿连接于下弧形柱205中,上弧形柱204与下弧形柱205的两端分别设置有连接柱206,且上弧形柱204的内部设置有螺杆210,螺杆210的下端活动连接有转块209,且转块209的底部固定连接有固定板202,固定板202的外壁卡接有卡块211,且固定板202的底部卡接有连接杆208,连接杆208的下端固定连接有裁切刀203,且裁切刀203呈T型,裁切刀203的两端设置有平压板212,利用平压板203对裁切台3上的包装袋压紧,并在裁切刀203转动时使包装袋上的皱面压平,再通过裁切刀203进行裁切,防止包装袋移位,保证包装袋成品质量,提高包装袋的美观性。
其中,固定柱302设置有两个,且固定柱302设置在裁切台3的上表面,裁切台3的中部开槽设置有裁切槽301,固定柱302的内部设置有上圆盘4,且上圆盘4的顶部设置有第二转轴402,上圆盘4的底部一端卡接有凸板403,且上圆盘4的底部活动连接有连接轴405,连接轴405的下端活动连接有下圆盘401,且下圆盘401的上表面一端卡接有至少五个凸块404,凸块404与凸板403设置在同一侧,第二转轴402的一端活动连接有皮带406,皮带406的另一端活动连接有第一转轴304,第一转轴304的上端通过皮带406带动第二转轴402转动,同时带动上圆盘4和下圆盘401转动。
其中,辊轮307呈倾斜设置,且辊轮307的倾斜角度为30°,辊轮307的左端卡接有卡杆311,且卡杆311的左端卡接有辊轴306,辊轴306的下端设置有第二转杆309,第二转杆309的下端设置有两个锥形轴310,且两个锥形轴310呈L型设置,锥形轴310的左端卡接有第一转杆308,且第一转杆308与第一转轴304的下端相接,辊轴306的左端活动连接有压板303,第一转轴304的下端通过第一转杆308带动第一转杆308右侧的锥形轴310上下移动,同时上端的锥形轴310带动第二转杆309左右移动,使第二转杆309带动辊轮307以辊轴306为圆心进行转动,当上圆盘4的凸板403和下圆盘401上的凸块404经过转动的辊轮307时,倾斜的辊轮307通过凸块404啮合,并利用凸板403固定辊轮307的上端,使辊轮307与连接轴405平行,此时辊轮307带动压板303从裁切台3上抬起,便于包装袋更换或移动,提高了裁切的效率。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:本发明中,首先,将包装袋通过进料口7进行装置主体1内,然后固定板202通过卡块211卡在下弧形板205的弯曲凹面上,转动转块209带动螺杆210和固定板202转动,螺杆210通过转动带动固定板202向上移动,同时利用转块209的转动带动固定板202上的卡块211沿着向左侧下弧形板205的弯曲面向左侧移动,使固定板202不断地转动,固定板202在转动时带动裁切刀203不断地转动,使裁切刀203裁切包装袋时,通过固定板202转动的角度裁切形成圆弧状,对于较硬的材料制成的包装袋,防止刺手,当裁切完时,裁切时产生的碎屑通过裁切槽301掉落至集尘腔501中,并且压板303在抬起状态时,通过辊轴306的转动使压板303倾斜,便于将压板303上裁切时产生的碎屑倾斜掉落至裁切槽301内,最后裁切完成的包装袋通过出料口8排出。
