技术领域
本发明涉及车辆的发动机,更详细地说涉及清扫控制阀(purge control valve)的配设构造。
背景技术
一般来说,在燃料箱中产生的蒸发燃料被吸附到吸附罐中,在发动机运转时,通过清扫控制阀从吸附罐清扫到发动机的吸气通路中。
关于上述清扫控制阀的配设,在专利文献1中记载了,在节流体的前方设置中冷器,在该中冷器设置清扫控制阀,从而使清扫控制阀接近于节流体。
在专利文献2中,记载了在具备机械式增压机的吸气通路设置将该增压机旁通的旁通管。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术课题
在此,在发动机的气缸头上配设有燃料供给用的共轨、以及将共轨和燃料喷射阀连接的燃料管等的燃料系零件。在这样的燃料系零件的前方配设其他发动机零件的情况下,在车辆发生前方碰撞时,即使该发动机零件被推向后方或者向外飞散,也必须防止该发动机零件撞到燃料系零件而将其损伤。在燃料系零件的侧方配设发动机零件的情况也同样,在车辆发生侧撞时,必须防止发动机零件损伤燃料系零件。
在此,作为发动机零件的清扫控制阀,从通过它的工作而将蒸发燃料响应性良好地供给至吸气通路的观点来说,接近于吸气通路而配设。这种情况下,清扫控制阀的配设位置成为发动机的上部附近。这种情况下,在上述的车辆碰撞时必须防止清扫控制阀将燃料系零件损伤。
即,本发明涉及清扫控制阀的配设,在提高清扫控制的响应性的同时,在车辆碰撞时防止清扫控制阀损伤燃料系零件。
解决课题所采用的技术手段
本发明为了解决上述的课题,将构成节流阀下游的吸气通路的吸气管用于防止车辆碰撞时清扫控制阀对燃料系零件的损伤。
这里公开的发动机的特征在于,具备:燃料系零件,设置在气缸头上;清扫控制阀,对于从吸附罐清扫到比节流阀更靠下游侧的吸气通路的蒸发燃料的量进行控制;以及吸气管,构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路,沿着气缸列方向延伸,在车辆前面观察或者车辆侧面观察时,在所述吸气管的近前侧配设所述清扫控制阀,隔着该吸气管在所述清扫控制阀的相反侧配设所述燃料系零件。
清扫控制阀配设在构成节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管的近前侧指的是,清扫控制阀在上下方向上接近该吸气管。因此,通过清扫控制阀的工作,能够将蒸发燃料响应性良好地供给至吸气通路。
在车辆前面观察或者车辆侧面观察时,在上述吸气管的近前侧配设清扫控制阀、隔着吸气管在清扫控制阀的相反侧配设燃料系零件指的是,在车辆的碰撞方向上,清扫控制阀的燃料系零件处于隔着吸气管而相对的位置关系。换言之,吸气管夹在清扫控制阀和燃料系零件之间。因此,即使伴随着车辆碰撞而清扫控制阀脱落,也会被该吸气管阻挡而防止清扫控制阀碰撞到燃料系零件。或者,即使清扫控制阀伴随着车辆碰撞而被推向燃料系零件,该吸气管也会成为缓冲而防止燃料系零件损伤。
在优选的实施方式中,作为构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管,具备与增压机连接的沿气缸列方向延伸的主吸气管和以将所述增压机旁通的方式从该主吸气管分支且沿气缸列方向延伸的旁通吸气管,所述旁通吸气管在所述主吸气管的上侧沿着气缸列方向延伸,所述清扫控制阀设置在所述主吸气管内,以清扫所述蒸发燃料。
由此,通过在主吸气管的上侧设置旁通吸气管,能够通过旁通吸气阀可靠地防止车辆碰撞时清扫控制阀损伤燃料系零件。
在优选的实施方式中,在所述主吸气管的比所述增压机更靠上游侧部位,开口有所述清扫控制阀的蒸发燃料取入口,所述旁通吸气管从所述主吸气管的比所述蒸发燃料取入口更靠上游侧分支,与比所述增压机更靠下游侧的所述主吸气管连接。
由此,能够将增压机的吸气的吸力用于蒸发燃料的清扫,所以即使在节流阀全开时,也能够确保所期望的清扫效率。
在优选的实施方式中,所述蒸发燃料取入口在构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管的上部开口。由此,即使在该吸气通路中混入异物,该异物也不容易进入清扫控制阀,有利于防止清扫控制阀堵塞。
在优选的实施方式中,所述清扫控制阀具备从阀主体突出的流出用连接管,该流出用连接管直接安装到构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管上。由此,不需要将清扫控制阀和吸气管连接的软管,并且能够通过清扫控制阀的工作而将蒸发燃料响应性良好地供给至吸气通路。
发明的效果:
根据本发明,具备设置于气缸头上的燃料系零件、清扫控制阀、以及构成节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的沿气缸列方向延伸的吸气管,在车辆前面观察或车辆侧面观察时,清扫控制阀配设在吸气管的近前侧,隔着该吸气管在清扫控制阀的相反侧配设有燃料系零件,所以能够提高清扫控制的响应性,并且在车辆碰撞时防止清扫控制阀损伤燃料系零件。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图说明本发明的实施方式。以下的优选实施方式的说明本质上只是例示,本发明不限定其应用物或者用途。
在图1中,1是车辆的汽油发动机,在其气缸体2的内部形成有多个气缸3。在图1中仅示出了1个气缸3,但是发动机1是多气缸发动机。在各气缸3中滑动自如地插入有活塞4。活塞4通过连结杆5与曲柄轴6连结。活塞4与气缸3及气缸头7一起划分出燃烧室8。在气缸头7上按照每个气缸3安装有直喷式燃料喷射阀11及火花塞12。
在发动机1的吸气通路15,从上游侧朝向下游侧依次配设有空气滤清器16、节流阀17、增压机18、中冷器19及稳压箱21。吸气通路15的比稳压箱21更靠下游侧由吸气歧管构成,向每个气缸3分支的独立通路的下游端与各气缸3的吸气端口22连接。
在本例中,增压机18是由发动机1驱动的机械式增压机。机械式增压机的形式没有限制,例如可以是鲁茨式,也可以是利肖姆式或离心式。
在发动机1的排气通路25设置着具有1个以上催化转换器26的废气净化系统。催化转换器26包含三元催化剂而构成。另外,废气净化系统不限于包含三元催化剂。排气通路25的上游端部由排气歧管构成,向每个气缸3分支的独立通路的上游端与各气缸3的排气端口27连接。
吸气通路15和排气通路25通过构成外部EGR系统的EGR通路31连接。EGR通路31使已燃气体的一部分从排气通路25回流到吸气通路15。EGR通路52的上游端与排气通路25中的比催化转换器26更靠下游侧连接。EGR通路31的下游端与吸气通路15中的比增压机18更靠上游侧连接。在EGR通路31中配设有对已燃气体进行冷却的水冷式的EGR冷却器32和用于调整已燃气体的回流量的EGR阀33。
燃料喷射阀11与燃料供给系统35连接。燃料供给系统35具备将燃料喷射阀11和燃料箱36连结的燃料供给路37。在燃料供给路37设置有燃料泵38和共轨(fuel rail)39。在该构成例中,燃料泵38是由曲柄轴6驱动的柱塞式。共轨39将从燃料泵38加压输送的燃料以很高的燃料压力蓄积。
在吸气通路15上连接着将增压机18及中冷器19旁通的旁通通路41。即,旁通通路41的上游端与节流阀17和增压机18之间的吸气通路15连接,旁通通路41的下游端与稳压箱21连接。在旁通通路41设置有对其通路开度进行调整的旁通阀42。
在燃料箱36上连接着用于将燃料箱36内产生的蒸发燃料(燃油蒸汽)放出到吸气通路15的清扫通路43的一端。该清扫通路43的另一端与吸气通路15中的比增压机18更靠上游侧、且比旁通通路41的上游端更靠下游侧连接。在清扫通路43中设置有吸附并储存蒸发燃料的吸附罐44、以及用于控制吸附罐44中吸附的蒸发燃料向吸气通路15的供给量的清扫控制阀45。吸附罐44与用于导入外气的外气导入通路46连接。在该大气开放通路46设置有用于控制外气向吸附罐44的导入量的外气导入阀47。
<吸气管、燃料系零件及清扫控制阀等的配设构造>
如图2所示,发动机1是前方吸气后方排气发动机,在车辆前后方向的前侧配设有构成比节流阀17更靠下游侧的吸气通路15的主吸气管51及旁通吸气管52。在主吸气管51上连接着清扫控制阀45。在气缸头7上配设有共轨39,从共轨39分支的各燃料供给管53与图1所示的各气缸的燃料喷射阀11连接。
如图3所示,主吸气管51在发动机1的侧部从气缸列方向的一端侧朝向中央侧而沿着气缸列方向延伸,其下游端与配设在气缸列方向的中央部的增压机18连接。为了构成旁通通路41,旁通吸气管52以绕过增压机18的方式,在气缸列方向的一端侧从主吸气管51分支而在主吸气管51及增压机18的上侧朝向气缸列方向的中央侧沿着气缸列方向延伸。旁通吸气管52的下游部分支为二股而与吸气歧管50连接。
在主吸气管51中的比旁通吸气管52的分支部更靠下游侧,设置有具有用于连接清扫控制阀45的连接口54a的连接部54。
如图4所示,连接部54设置在主吸气管51的上端部的侧部。在该连接部54的连接口的里侧部,在主吸气管51上开口有蒸发燃料取入口55。清扫控制阀45具备从阀主体56突出的蒸发燃料流出用的连接管57。该流出用连接管57被插入到主吸气管51的连接部54的连接口54a中。即,清扫控制阀45不经由清扫用的软管而直接安装到主吸气管51。从图4可知,旁通吸气管52从主吸气管51中的比清扫控制阀45的连接部54更靠上游侧、即比上述蒸发燃料取入口55更靠上游侧分支。另外,在图4中,关于清扫控制阀45的阀主体,省略了内部机构而施以阴影。
如图5所示,支承清扫控制阀45及共鸣器(消音器)58的托架59固定于气缸头7。共鸣器58用于减小清扫控制阀45的工作噪音。从将清扫控制阀45和共鸣器58连接的管件,分支出蒸发燃料流入用的软管连接管61。在该软管连接管61上连接着从吸附罐44延伸的蒸发燃料用软管。
通过上述构成,从图2可知,在车辆前面观察时,清扫控制阀45位于吸气管51、52的近前侧,隔着吸气管51、52而在清扫控制阀45的相反侧配设有燃料系零件39、53。
如图6所示,从侧面观察发动机1时,在将清扫控制阀45和燃料系零件39、53直线地连结的线L上配设着吸气管51、52。换言之,在车辆前方碰撞时的该碰撞方向上,清扫控制阀45和燃料系零件39、53处于隔着吸气管51、52相对的位置关系,吸气管51、52夹在清扫控制阀45和燃料系零件39、53之间。此外,在上述侧面观察时,旁通吸气管52位于主吸气管51的上侧,以从上述线L向上方突出的方式夹在清扫控制阀45和燃料系零件39、53之间。另外,在图6中,关于气缸体2及气缸头7,省略了内部机构而施以阴影。
<关于蒸发燃料向吸气通路的清扫>
如上述那样,清扫控制阀45不经由蒸发燃料用软管而与主吸气管51直接连结,所以通过清扫控制阀45的工作,能够将蒸发燃料响应性良好地供给至吸气通路15。
在此,在上述实施方式中,将清扫控制阀45直接连结到主吸气管51,但是本发明也可以将清扫控制阀45经由蒸发燃料用软管连接到主吸气管51。将两者用蒸发燃料用软管连接的情况下,在将清扫控制阀45设置于主吸气管51的近前侧时,也能够缩短该蒸发燃料用软管,所以提高了清扫的响应性。
此外,在主吸气管51的比增压机18更靠上游侧部位开口有蒸发燃料取入口55,旁通吸气管52从主吸气管51的比蒸发燃料取入口55更靠上游侧分支,所以在增压机18工作时,能够将增压机18的吸气的吸力用于蒸发燃料的清扫。由此,在节流阀17全开时,也能够确保所期望的清扫效率。
<车辆前方碰撞时如何保护燃料系零件不被清扫控制阀损伤>
在车辆前方碰撞时,即使清扫控制阀45被施加从托架59脱离而飞向后方的力,但是由于吸气管51、52设置在燃料系零件39、53的前侧,所以能够避免清扫控制阀45与燃料系零件39、53碰撞而使燃料系零件39、53损伤的事态。特别是,从清扫控制阀45观察时,旁通吸气管52设置为向上方突出的状态,所以即使在碰撞时清扫控制阀52飞向斜上方,也会撞到旁通吸气管52,避免与燃料系零件39、53碰撞。
此外,即使清扫控制阀45伴随着车辆碰撞而被推向燃料系零件39、53,也会通过吸气管51、52变形而将冲击吸收,即吸气管51、52成为缓冲,防止燃料系零件39、53损伤。
<其他实施方式>
上述实施方式涉及前方吸气后方排气的横置发动机,但是在气缸列方向为车辆前后方向的纵置纵置发动机中,从车辆侧撞时的燃料系零件保护的观点来说,也可以将吸气管、燃料系零件及清扫控制阀做成与上述实施方式同样的配设构造。即,在车辆侧面观察时,在吸气管的近前侧配设有清扫控制阀,隔着该吸气管在清扫控制阀的相反侧配设有燃料系零件,而吸气管设置在清扫控制阀和燃料系零件之间。
通过采用这样的配设构造,在从设置有清扫控制阀的一侧发生车辆侧撞时,即使清扫控制阀脱落,也会被吸气管阻碍而防止清扫控制阀碰撞到燃料系零件。或者,即使清扫控制阀伴随着车辆碰撞而被推向燃料系零件,该吸气管也会成为缓冲而防止燃料系零件损伤。

Claims (5)
1.一种发动机,其特征在于,具备:
燃料系零件,设置在气缸头上;
清扫控制阀,对于从吸附罐清扫到比节流阀更靠下游侧的吸气通路的蒸发燃料的量进行控制;以及
吸气管,构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路,沿着气缸列方向延伸,
在车辆前面观察或者车辆侧面观察时,在所述吸气管的近前侧配设所述清扫控制阀,隔着该吸气管在所述清扫控制阀的相反侧配设所述燃料系零件,
作为构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管,具备与增压机连接的沿气缸列方向延伸的主吸气管和以将所述增压机旁通的方式从该主吸气管分支且沿气缸列方向延伸的旁通吸气管,
所述旁通吸气管在所述主吸气管的上侧沿着气缸列方向延伸,
所述清扫控制阀设置在所述主吸气管内,以清扫所述蒸发燃料。
2.如权利要求1所述的发动机,
在所述主吸气管的比所述增压机更靠上游侧部位,开口有与所述清扫控制阀关联的蒸发燃料取入口,
所述旁通吸气管从所述主吸气管的比所述蒸发燃料取入口更靠上游侧分支,与比所述增压机更靠下游侧的所述主吸气管连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的发动机,
所述蒸发燃料取入口在构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管的上部开口。
4.如权利要求2所述的发动机,
所述蒸发燃料取入口在构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管的上部开口。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的发动机,
所述清扫控制阀具备从阀主体突出的流出用连接管,该流出用连接管直接安装到构成所述节流阀下游侧的吸气通路的吸气管上。
