Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,所述膨胀胶条的原料按照重量百分比计,包含如下组分:三元乙丙橡胶15‑25%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶15‑30%、重质碳酸钙30‑40%、石蜡油9‑12%、抗氧剂0.1‑0.5%、增粘剂5%‑15%、AC发泡剂6‑10%、改性发泡助剂0.1‑0.5%、过氧化物交联剂0.1‑0.5%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1‑1%,其中,所述增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯酚树脂中的一种或两者的混合。本发明的膨胀胶条整体均可发泡,与钣金粘接时,粘接强度好,对于一些结构复杂特别是针对一些较小的缝隙,均能够起到很好的密封作用,其耐腐蚀性、热流动性及发泡性能均有了很大的提升。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶制品技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条。
背景技术
现有的发泡型膨胀胶条是一种双层结构的产品,分为发泡层与粘接层两层结构,粘接层主要起粘接作用,发泡层起密封作用,但由于粘接层不能够发泡,因此对于一些细小的缝隙无法起到密封作用,发泡层与基材没有粘接能力,使产品经常不能够完全密封空腔,降低了产品的降噪功能。如何解决上述技术问题,是本领域技术人员致力于解决的事情。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其为自粘型产品,整体均可发泡,对于钣金的粘结力较好,产品的密封效果好,耐腐蚀性能、热流动性、发泡性能均较好。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,所述膨胀胶条的原料按照重量百分比计,包含如下组分:三元乙丙橡胶15-30%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶15-25%、重质碳酸钙30-40%、石蜡油9-12%、抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、增粘剂5%-15%、AC发泡剂6-10%、改性发泡助剂0.1-0.5%、过氧化物交联剂0.1-0.5%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-1%,其中,所述增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯酚树脂中的一种或两者的混合。
优选地,所述改性发泡助剂采用了经偶联剂表面处理后的尿素类发泡助剂。
优选地,原料中,所述增粘剂的含量为10%-15%。
优选地,所述膨胀胶条的原料中,所述增粘剂由石油树脂、萜烯酚树脂两者混合而成。
优选地,所述过氧化物交联剂为有机过氧化物交联剂。
作为一种具体的实施方式,三元乙丙橡胶20-25%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶20-25%、重质碳酸钙30-35%、石蜡油10.5-12%、抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、石油树脂0-10%、萜烯酚树脂0-10%、AC发泡剂6-7%、改性发泡助剂0.3-0.5%、过氧化物交联剂0.1-0.3%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-0.5%。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其原料中采用了三元乙丙橡胶与溴化三元乙丙橡胶替代二元乙丙橡胶,使得膨胀胶条的硫化活性好,在加入过氧化物交联剂时,能够达到更好的交联效果,同时采用石蜡油,在三元乙丙橡胶组成的体系中,石蜡油能够避免各组分不相容导致产品性能下降的情况发生,而采用石油树脂与萜烯酚树脂作为增粘剂,能够达到较好的增粘效果,同时其成本较低,制成的膨胀胶条的性能好。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
本例中的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,按照重量百分比,其由如下组分的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶20%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶20%、重质碳酸钙32%、石蜡油10.8%、抗氧剂0.2%、石油树脂5%、萜烯酚树脂5%、AC发泡剂6%、改性尿素发泡助剂0.3%、过氧化物交联剂0.2%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.5%。
实施例2
本例中的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,按照重量百分比,其包含如下组分的原料:三元乙丙橡胶20%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶20%、重质碳酸钙32%、石蜡油10.8%、抗氧剂0.2%、石油树脂10%、AC发泡剂6%、改性尿素发泡助剂0.3%、过氧化物交联剂0.2%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.5%。
实施例3
本例中的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,按照重量百分比,其由如下组分的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶20%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶20%、重质碳酸钙32%、石蜡油10.8%、抗氧剂0.2%、萜烯酚树脂10%、AC发泡剂6%、改性尿素发泡助剂0.3%、过氧化物交联剂0.2%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.5%。
实施例4
本例中的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,按照重量百分比,其由如下组分的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶15%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶28%、重质碳酸钙30%、石蜡油9.8%、抗氧剂0.5%、石油树脂5%、AC发泡剂10%、改性尿素发泡助剂0.5%、过氧化物交联剂0.2%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯1%。
实施例5
本例中的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,按照重量百分比,其由如下组分的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶25%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶15%、重质碳酸钙38.6%、石蜡油9%、抗氧剂0.1%、石油树脂3%、萜烯酚树脂3%、AC发泡剂6%、改性尿素发泡助剂0.1%、过氧化物交联剂0.1%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1%。
对比例1
本例中的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,按照重量百分比,其包含如下组分的原料:二元乙丙橡胶33%、重质碳酸钙30%、环烷油27.8%、抗氧剂0.2%、AC发泡剂5%、改性尿素发泡助剂3%、硫磺1%。
以下表1对比上述实施例及对比例中各原料的具体组分:

从表2中我们看出,本方案制得的膨胀胶条为一种自粘型产品,整体均可发泡,对钣金的粘结力明显优于现有产品,可以有效提升密封效果。采用本方案所制得的膨胀胶条相较于现有的产品,其初粘性好、热流动性、耐腐蚀性能及发泡性能、剪切强度均有了很大提高,在一些结构复杂、尤其是边际部位为较小的缝隙时可以很好地密封,避免了现有产品无法密封造成的各种问题,如气密性下降、噪声提高、车外的振动易向车内传递等等。这里,对比实施例1、2、3,在其他组分含量相同的情况下,同时石油树脂和萜烯酚树脂比单独使用其中一种的剪切强度要好。
这里采用三元乙丙橡胶及溴化三元乙丙橡胶取代二元乙丙橡胶,使得产品的硫化活性更好,在使用过氧化物硫化时能够达到更好的交联效果。

1.一种汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其特征在于,所述膨胀胶条的原料按照重量百分比计,包含如下组分:三元乙丙橡胶15-25%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶15-30%、重质碳酸钙30-40%、石蜡油9-12%、抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、增粘剂5%-15%、AC发泡剂6-10%、改性发泡助剂0.1-0.5%、过氧化物交联剂0.1-0.5%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-1%,其中,所述增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯酚树脂中的一种或两者的混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其特征在于,所述改性发泡助剂采用了经偶联剂表面处理后的尿素类发泡助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其特征在于,原料中,所述增粘剂的含量为10%-15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其特征在于,所述膨胀胶条的原料中,所述增粘剂由石油树脂、萜烯酚树脂两者混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其特征在于,所述过氧化物交联剂为有机过氧化物交联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用发泡型膨胀胶条,其特征在于,三元乙丙橡胶20-25%、溴化三元乙丙橡胶20-25%、重质碳酸钙30-35%、石蜡油10.5-12%、抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、石油树脂0-10%、萜烯酚树脂0-10%、AC发泡剂6-7%、改性发泡助剂0.3-0.5%、过氧化物交联剂0.1-0.3%、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-0.5%。
