Abstract
本发明公开了一种用丁基橡胶和树脂改善的车门挡水膜胶带,属于车门挡水膜技术领域。它由以下组分按照质量份数比制备而成:丁基橡胶15‑25份,聚异丁烯15‑35份,树脂10‑15份,碳酸钙10‑30份,滑石粉10‑20份,膨润土1‑5份,白油5‑15份。它通过使用高门尼的丁基橡胶和高性能的树脂,从而大幅度增加车门挡水膜胶带的粘接强度和剥离强度,同时改善了胶带与钣金间的粘接效果,相比于原有的车门挡水膜胶带,与钣金粘结后不会出现脱落的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用丁基橡胶和树脂改善的车门挡水膜胶带,属于车门挡水膜技术领域。
背景技术
车门挡水膜胶带采用的是以丁基橡胶为主材,与其他辅材混合后挤出成型的车门挡水膜胶带,用于将挡水膜粘贴在车门钣金上。目前,车门挡水膜胶带在使用过程中,容易出现从钣金上脱落的现象。现在通过调整车门挡水膜胶带的配方,使用高门尼的丁基橡胶和高性能的树脂,该高门尼的丁基橡胶的门尼粘度在46-56之间,拥有很高的内聚力,能够很好的满足车门挡水膜胶带所需要的剥离强度和粘接强度;但是仅仅满足剥离强度和粘接强度是不够的,还需要保证胶带和钣金之间的粘接效果,因此在胶带的配方中也使用了高性能C5树脂,能够很好的增加胶带和钣金间的粘接效果,防止装车时出现胶带和钣金粘性不佳而出现脱落的情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种用丁基橡胶和树脂改善的车门挡水膜胶带,它解决了目前车门挡水膜胶带在使用过程中,容易出现从钣金上脱落的现象的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种用丁基橡胶和树脂改善的车门挡水膜胶带,它由以下组分按照质量份数比制备而成:丁基橡胶15-25份,聚异丁烯15-35份,树脂10-15份,碳酸钙10-30份,滑石粉10-20份,膨润土1-5份,白油5-15份。
制备和使用方法:按照以上比例,将各组分混合搅拌均匀,使用制得的胶带将车门挡水膜粘贴在钣金上。
本发明的有益效果是:它通过使用高门尼的丁基橡胶和高性能的树脂,从而大幅度增加车门挡水膜胶带的粘接强度和剥离强度,同时改善了胶带与钣金间的粘接效果,相比于原有的车门挡水膜胶带,与钣金粘结后不会出现脱落的现象。
