本发明涉及一种胶带,特别涉及一种特种胶带。
背景技术
电气用绝缘胶带指电工使用的用于防止漏电,起绝缘作用的胶带,又称绝缘胶布,胶布带,由基层和黏胶层组成。基层一般采用棉布、合成纤维织物和塑料薄膜等,胶层由橡胶加增黏树脂等配合剂制成,黏性好,绝缘性能优良。绝缘胶带具有良好的绝缘耐压、耐候、阻燃等特性,适用于电线接驳、电气绝缘防护等特点,广泛用于在较低电压下使用的导线的包扎、接头、绝缘密封等电工作业。
然而,随着用电量的激增,现代社会普遍了采用超高压输电技术,超高压输电可以增大输送容量和传输距离,降低单位功率电力传输的工程造价,减少线路损耗,节省线路走廊占地面积,具有显著的综合经济效益和社会效益。现有的电气用绝缘胶带在较高电压下,其耐压特性已不能满足需要。因此,开发一种具有高耐压特效的电气用绝缘胶带就显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的耐压性能的特种胶带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种特种胶带,其创新点在于:其成分含量重量份数如下:丁基橡胶12-18 份,聚异丁烯17-25 份,纳米碳酸钙25-33 份,超细滑石粉26-34 份,硬脂酸0.5-1.2 份,增粘树脂0.8-1.5 份,炭黑1.0-2.0 份,硫酸锌8-10份,增塑剂1.0-2.0 份。
进一步的,丁基橡胶16份,聚异丁烯20份,纳米碳酸钙30份,超细滑石粉30份,硬脂酸1份,增粘树脂1份,炭黑1.5份,硫酸锌9份,增塑剂1.5份。
本发明的优点在于:一种特种胶带具有较高的耐压性能,以及良好的耐候性、阻燃性,特别适合于在较高电压条件下使用。

一种特种胶带,其成分含量重量份数如下:丁基橡胶18 份,聚异丁烯25 份,纳米碳酸钙33 份,超细滑石粉34 份,硬脂酸1.2 份,增粘树脂1.5 份,炭黑2.0 份,硫酸锌10份,增塑剂2.0 份。
实施例3
一种特种胶带,其成分含量重量份数如下:丁基橡胶16份,聚异丁烯20份,纳米碳酸钙30份,超细滑石粉30份,硬脂酸1份,增粘树脂1份,炭黑1.5份,硫酸锌9份,增塑剂1.5份。
