本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,该材料包含以下重量份的原料:低密度聚乙烯24-27,EVA16-19,ABS高胶粉5-9,过氧化二异丙苯1-2,4,4-二(6-叔丁基-间甲苯基)硫酚3-4,三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯4-6,异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1-2,抗氧剂10352-3,乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯18-23,气相法白炭黑20-25,六甲基二硅氨烷2.2-2.4,助剂14-16;该绝缘材料结合了低密度聚乙烯、EVA等原料的优点,提升了传统聚乙烯材料的性能,制备的材料柔韧耐挠,化学稳定性好,耐臭氧老化,耐候,使用寿命长,能够广泛的用于制作通讯设备各部位线束的绝缘护套、接线端子以及包扎材料等等,市场需求前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料及其制备方法。
背景技术
通讯设备线束是各设备的接线部件,其作用至关重要,随着通讯业的飞速发展,其市场需求量也逐步增加,对质量的要求也越来越高,尤其是安全环保问题,线束主要包括导线、绝缘护套、包扎材料等部件,在实际应用时,应根据线束的工作环境及性能要求,选择合适材质的部件,传统的通讯设备线束用绝缘材料多存在阻燃性差、高温易变形、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有配方,改进材料性能,以适应通讯设备电子器件市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,提升了传统聚乙烯共混材料的性能,使其具备良好的力学性能和加工性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,其特征在于,该线束用材料包含以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯24-27,EVA 16-19,ABS高胶粉5-9,过氧化二异丙苯1-2,4,4-二(6-叔丁基-间甲苯基)硫酚3-4,三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯4-6,异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1-2,抗氧剂1035 2-3,乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯18-23,气相法白炭黑20-25,六甲基二硅氨烷2.2-2.4,助剂14-16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-24,交联剂TAC 3-4,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2-3,硬脂酸钙1-2,麦饭石3-4,玉石2-3,聚异丁烯2-3,甘油三醋酸酯1-2,铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 1-2,促进剂TETD 1-2,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石、玉石、麦饭石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石,玉石,麦饭石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,其制备方法为:将低密度聚乙烯、EVA、ABS高胶粉共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在80-120℃下捏合6-15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明结合了低密度聚乙烯、EVA、ABS高胶粉等原料的优点,提升了传统聚乙烯共混材料的性能,使其具有良好的加工性能和力学性能,制备的材料柔韧耐挠,化学稳定性好,耐臭氧老化,耐候,使用寿命长,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例包含以下重量份的原料:低密度聚乙烯27,EVA 18,ABS高胶粉8,过氧化二异丙苯2,4,4-二(6-叔丁基-间甲苯基)硫酚4,三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯5,异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2,抗氧剂1035 3,乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯20,气相法白炭黑25,六甲基二硅氨烷2.4,助剂15。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石24,交联剂TAC 4,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯3,硬脂酸钙2,麦饭石4,玉石3,聚异丁烯3,甘油三醋酸酯2,铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2,促进剂TETD 2,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石、玉石、麦饭石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成100目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石,玉石,麦饭石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,其制备方法为:将低密度聚乙烯、EVA、ABS高胶粉共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在110℃下捏合15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为16.5Mpa,断裂伸长率为429%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为15.9Mpa、405%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率98.6%,断裂伸长率保持率为98.7%,20℃体积电阻率为1.13×1014Ω·m,经60℃的15%的NaCl溶液浸泡7天后,材料的吸液率为0.0016%,浸泡后体积电阻率变化率为0.0018%,经过80℃甲苯溶剂浸泡7天后,无明显溶胀和开裂现象,在-50℃下弯曲后不开裂,在经1000小时的人工气候老化试验后,拉伸轻度变化率为28.5%,断裂伸长率变化率为29.8%,在臭氧浓度0.025%、26℃×20h的条件下,无开裂现象。

1.一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,其特征在于,该绝缘料由以下重量份的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯24-27,EVA 16-19,ABS高胶粉5-9,过氧化二异丙苯1-2,4,4-二(6-叔丁基-间甲苯基)硫酚3-4,三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯4-6,异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1-2,抗氧剂1035 2-3,乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯18-23,气相法白炭黑20-25,六甲基二硅氨烷2.2-2.4,助剂14-16;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐臭氧通讯设备线束用聚乙烯绝缘料,其制作工艺为:将低密度聚乙烯、EVA、ABS高胶粉共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在80-120℃下捏合6-15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
