本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,该材料包含以下重量份的原料:无规共聚聚丙烯40-45,纳米陶土14-18,抗氧剂10352-3,PE树脂14-18,SEBS弹性体23-26,亚磷酸二苯一异辛酯14-16,柠檬酸三乙酯23-24,促进剂M1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-5502-3,硫酸铝23-25,硬脂酸锌1-2,防老剂RD1-3,单丁基氧化锡1-2,纳基膨润土15-19,助剂14-16;该绝缘材料结合了无规共聚聚丙烯、PE树脂、SEBS弹性体等原料的优点,提升了传统无规共聚聚丙烯共混材料的性能,使其力学性能得到提高,制备的材料强度高,防水阻潮,耐化学溶剂腐蚀,能够广泛的用于制作冰箱各部位线束的绝缘护套、接线端子以及包扎材料等等,市场需求前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料及其制备方法。
背景技术
家电线束是电器中连接各电器设备的接线部件,其作用至关重要,作为家电产业的基础连接部件,其市场需求量随着家电业的快速发展而增加,对其质量的要求也越来越高,尤其是安全环保问题,线束主要包括导线、绝缘护套、包扎材料等部件,在实际应用时,应根据线束的工作环境及性能要求,选择合适材质的部件,传统的线束用绝缘材料多存在阻燃性差、高温易变形、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有配方,改进材料性能,以适应家电电子器件市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,提升了传统无规共聚聚丙烯共混材料的性能,使其具备良好的力学性能和加工性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,其特征在于,该线束用高分子材料包含以下重量份的组分:无规共聚聚丙烯40-45,纳米陶土14-18,抗氧剂1035 2-3,PE树脂14-18,SEBS弹性体23-26,亚磷酸二苯一异辛酯14-16,柠檬酸三乙酯23-24,促进剂M 1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 2-3,硫酸铝23-25,硬脂酸锌1-2,防老剂RD 1-3,单丁基氧化锡1-2,纳基膨润土15-19,助剂14-16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-24,交联剂TAC 3-4,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3,硼砂3-4,甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3,三聚磷酸钠1-2,防老剂MB 1-2,丁香油2-3,抗坏血酸1-2,硫磺3-4,丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯2-3,刚玉粉2-3,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净、烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,其制备方法为:将无规共聚聚丙烯、PE树脂、SEBS弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在100-150℃下捏合5-6min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明结合了无规共聚聚丙烯、PE树脂、SEBS弹性体等原料的优点,提升了传统无规共聚聚丙烯共混材料的性能,使其力学性能得到提高,制备的材料强度高,防水阻潮,耐化学溶剂腐蚀,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例包含以下重量份的原料:无规共聚聚丙烯45,纳米陶土18,抗氧剂1035 3,PE树脂18,SEBS弹性体26,亚磷酸二苯一异辛酯15,柠檬酸三乙酯24,促进剂M 2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 3,硫酸铝25,硬脂酸锌2,防老剂RD2,单丁基氧化锡2,纳基膨润土18,助剂15。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石24,交联剂TAC 4,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯3,硼砂4,甲基三乙氧基硅烷3,三聚磷酸钠2,防老剂MB 2,丁香油3,抗坏血酸2,硫磺4,丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯3,刚玉粉3,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成80目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净、烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散2小时,即得。
所述的一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,其制备方法为:将无规共聚聚丙烯、PE树脂、SEBS弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在130℃下捏合5min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为18.2Mpa,断裂伸长率为448%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为17.2Mpa、413%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率95.3%,断裂伸长率保持率为96.7%,极限氧指数为32%,在25℃×30h、臭氧浓度0.025%条件下,无裂纹出现,20℃体积电阻率为9.2×1013Ω·m,经60℃的15%的NaCl溶液浸泡7天后,材料的吸液率为0.0028%,浸泡后体积电阻率变化率为0.002%,经过80℃甲苯溶剂浸泡7天后,无明显溶胀和开裂现象。

1.一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,其特征在于,该绝缘料由以下重量份的原料组成:无规共聚聚丙烯40-45,纳米陶土14-18,抗氧剂1035 2-3,PE树脂14-18,SEBS弹性体23-26,亚磷酸二苯一异辛酯14-16,柠檬酸三乙酯23-24,促进剂M 1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 2-3,硫酸铝23-25,硬脂酸锌1-2,防老剂RD 1-3,单丁基氧化锡1-2,纳基膨润土15-19,助剂14-16;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种冰箱线束用防潮耐化学腐蚀绝缘料,其制作工艺为:将无规共聚聚丙烯、PE树脂、SEBS弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在100-150℃下捏合5-6min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
