Abstract
本发明涉及一种制造贴标签的塑料瓶的方法和设备。为了能用高的效率和可靠的标签位置制造瓶子,预先规定,瓶子在离开吹塑机以后直接在连续的流程中贴标签。瓶子这时仍然是洁净和干燥的,并且允许用高速可靠地粘贴标签。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造贴标签的塑料瓶的方法与设备。
背景技术
在制造贴标签的塑料瓶时,都知道(DE-AS 1704022),首先要在一旋转式吹塑机中用毛坯连续地做出塑料瓶。这类吹塑机将经过加热的毛坯(也称为变形毛坯)放入相应地构形的吹塑模中,然后在吹塑机旋转时,在模子中在高压下用高温将其吹成瓶子。以后,在吹塑机的出口,将瓶子转送至排放星形轮上。
在此已知的方法中,完成的瓶子被转送至一同样旋转地工作的充灌机中。在该处,瓶子被灌以所要求的液体。以后,瓶子在一封口机中被封口,然后被继续输送至一贴标签机中。在此系统中有这样的缺点,即在充灌时甚至在封口时,不总是能够保证瓶子的要贴标签的外表面仍然是洁净的和干燥的,而这本身是可靠地贴上标签的前提。
曾经还建议过(DE-OS 2621993),将塑料瓶有节奏地从吹塑机转送至一转台上,并在此转台中间歇地进行各种处理步骤,也就是,首先进行检查过程,然后贴标签,然后加压,然后充灌,最后进行封口与包装。此时的缺点为,这种有节奏的工作不允许有高的通过量。
发明概述
本发明的目的为提供一种方法和一种设备,用它们可以用高的效率并且仍然按可靠的标签位置做出贴标签的塑料瓶。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于制造贴标签的塑料瓶的方法,它有下列步骤:
a)在一吹塑机中用塑料毛坯连续地做出瓶子;
b)以后将瓶子直接在连续的流程中贴以标签,而不在中间接以其它处理步骤,此时,瓶子的节距预先改变,以与贴标签时所需要的节距一致。
本发明还提供一种用于实施上述方法的设备,它具有一吹塑机和一在吹塑机下游设置的贴标签机,吹塑机用于在连续流程中从塑料毛坯做出瓶子,其特征为,贴标签机如此直接接在吹塑机后面地设置,不在中间接以其它处理装置,以使瓶子在离开吹塑机以后直接在连续的流程中贴标签。
在按照本发明的方法中,在吹塑机最好是在旋转式吹塑机中连续做出塑料毛坯以后,不必在中间接以其它的处理步骤,就将其直接在吹塑机的后面即下游,在连续的流程中贴标签,此时,只在必要时使节距与贴标签所需要的间距相配。此时,其优点为,通过直接依次衔接的吹塑和贴标签,可以保证,绝对干燥和洁净地离开吹塑机的瓶子可紧接着直接贴标签,以致标签能可靠地贴在洁净的基底上。与有节奏的工作相反,用连续工作可以得到非常高的每小时的瓶子通过量,也就是说设备有高的效率。
在本方法的一个有利的设计中规定,瓶子在离开吹塑机时被转送至一排放星形轮上,并在该处获得贴标签所需要的节距。为了实现这一措施,优选采用一排放星形轮,后者设有可如此控制的用于瓶子的抓取臂,以使依次紧跟的瓶子的瓶距可以改变。这种输送用的星形轮本身是已知的(例如DE-OS 3837118,对此将明确地予以引用)。这种措施虽然是连续的工作方式,但是节省许多地方,并且产生吹塑机和贴标签机的有效连锁(Blockung),因为排放星形轮还可以有利地同时用作接在后面的贴标签机的送入星形轮。但是也可以采用不产生节距变化的排放星形轮。在此情况下,它也可以在需要时通过接在后面的分度螺杆实现。
当在贴标签机上在瓶上戴上一预先做成套筒形的标签时,本发明的优点特别起作用。对于这种所谓“套筒”式标签,通常采用能热收缩的软管箔或伸展箔,用它们做成套筒形段。套筒直径选择成只略大于要贴标签的地方的瓶子直径。当瓶子仍然洁净和干燥时,则在湿润的位置或类似的地方将箔粘附穿戴就不会有困难,相反地,可以非常简单而无故障地贴上套筒形标签。接着,根据预先的扩张通过供热或机械挤压进行在瓶上的固定。
但是也可以联合贴标签的装置一起使用本发明,该贴标签的装置用传统的方式例如用全表面胶或局部表面胶将标签缠绕在瓶上。

实施例说明
在图1中整体用1描述了按照本发明的用于制造贴标签的塑料瓶15的设备。设备1包括一用于制造塑料瓶15的吹塑机,后者按转台的方式建造并绕垂直的轴A旋转。吹塑机有一位于上部的加热轮2(只示出分度圆),通过一送入星形轮6向加热轮输入塑料毛坯或预成形毛坯5。在加热轮2上加热至必需的吹塑温度的预成形毛坯将通过一未详细示出的输送装置转送至在其下设置的吹塑轮3上。在吹塑轮中,通过可关闭和可打开的夹子4放置相应的用于制造塑料瓶的模子。当吹塑轮3沿旋转方向U连续旋转时,就可用毛坯5做出塑料瓶15。一种具有置于上面的加热轮和同心地位于其下的吹塑轮的这类吹塑机可从DE-GM 29720311得知。
在吹塑轮3中完成的塑料瓶15在打开夹子4以后就被一沿箭头方向连续旋转的排放星形轮7取走。排放星形轮7有可控制的抓取臂8,后者被支承成可在旋转运动上附加以摆动,也就是说,可在旋转方向产生一附加的速度分量,同时另外还可沿径向移动,以使它即使在径向也能改变瓶子的位置。采用这种排放星形轮7,可将从吹塑轮3上取下的瓶子15按布置在后面的贴标签机16所要求的节距放置。
接在排放星形轮7后面的贴标签机16包括一转台9,在其上成对地设置旋转辊10,瓶子15就转送至该旋转辊上。在转台9的周边区设置一贴标签的装置11,后者以已知的方式将套筒18(用可热收缩的塑料箔制造的套筒形标签)放在塑料瓶15上。一种这样的贴标签机已在WO-OS 95/27613中描述,此处将对其予以引用。由此,在吹塑机后面直接贴以标签的瓶子15就可通过一排放星形轮13到达其它的输送段,例如如图1中用12表示的悬挂式气力输送机上。瓶子将从该处送至例如充灌机上。
如图所示,在此实施例中,吹塑机的排放星形轮7有可控制的抓取臂8,因而它可以按接在后面的贴标签机16的节距分散瓶子15。由此,排放星形轮7同时又是贴标签机16的送入星形轮。这种紧凑的结构方式可以以特别有利的方式使在吹塑轮3中做出的瓶子15在以后直接在连续的流程中进行的贴标签过程中是洁净而干燥的,这样就使采用贴标签装置11的贴标签过程更容易或提供一无困难的标签张贴。紧凑的结构方式减少了设备费用并允许在流程中连续进行标签张贴,因而不需要在吹塑机后面有一中间贮存。机械的连续工作方式使高效率成为可能。
这些优点也可用图2中所示的机器达到,其中,功能相同的部分同图1一样用同样的标号代表。吹塑机具有与图1相同的结构。所示的仅仅是位于其下的吹塑轮3。此实施形式与图1所示的不同之处在于,瓶子从吹塑轮3送至其上的排出星形轮7不用受到控制的抓取臂进行工作,而且构造成比较简单的,但是瓶子则送至两个分度螺杆14a、14b上,瓶子从后者按接在后面的贴标签机17所要求的节距放置。贴标签机包括两个贴标签的装置11a、11b,在瓶子15上用其中一个贴一个如体部标签,用另一个贴一个颈部标签。一个这种机器的结构和工作方式是已知的,在此不再详述。在此方案中,直接在吹塑机上连锁一个传统的贴标签机,并且至少通过一个分度螺杆用于瓶距的匹配。此外,当瓶子被贴标签时,它们仍然也是洁净和干燥的,这样就使贴标签过程更容易。此处,工作在流程中也是连续地进行的,这样就有可能有高的效率。
Claims (12)
1.用于制造贴标签的塑料瓶的方法,它有下列步骤:
a)在一吹塑机中用塑料毛坯连续地做出瓶子;
b)以后将瓶子直接在连续的流程中贴以标签,而不在中间接以其它处理步骤,此时,瓶子的节距预先改变,以与贴标签时所需要的节距一致。
2.如权利要求1的方法,其特征为,在吹塑机的排放口将瓶子送至排放星形轮上。
3.如权利要求2的方法,其特征为,瓶子在排放星形轮上按贴标签所需要的节距放置。
4.如权利要求2或3的方法,其特征为,排放星形轮还同时用作用于送至贴标签机的送入星形轮。
5.如权利要求1的方法,其特征为,在贴标签机中在瓶子上戴上一预先做成套筒形的标签。
6.用于实施如权利要求1的方法的设备,它具有一吹塑机(2、3)和一在吹塑机下游设置的贴标签机,吹塑机用于在连续流程中从塑料毛坯(5)做出瓶子,其特征为,贴标签机(16、17)如此直接接在吹塑机(2、3)后面地设置,不在中间接以其它处理装置,以使瓶子在离开吹塑机以后直接在连续的流程中贴标签。
7.如权利要求6的设备,其特征为,在吹塑机的排放口设置一排放星形轮(7)。
8.如权利要求7的设备,其特征为,排放星形轮(7)同时用作用于贴标签机(16)的送入星形轮。
9.如权利要求8的设备,其特征为,排放星形轮(7)设有可如此控制的抓取臂(8),以使依次跟随的瓶子的瓶距可以改变。
10.如权利要求6的设备,其特征为,在吹塑机后面接以分度螺杆(14),后者按接在后面的贴标签机(16、17)所需要的节距放置瓶子。
11.如权利要求6的设备,其特征为,贴标签机(17)要如此构造,以使它能将套筒形标签(18)用可热收缩的或可伸展的塑料做的套筒形标签戴在瓶子上。
12.如权利要求6的设备,其特征为,贴标签机(17)有一在一转台(9)的圆周上设置的装置(11),以用于缠绕标签。
