Abstract

制备炙料的方法,包括将90%碳化苦艾与5% 陶瓷粉及5%紫檀粉混合。按照本发明的方法,对艾 炙用品燃烧时不产生烟和不良气味,不必考虑使用场 所和数量,对第三者无损害。本发明的艾炙用品适用 于西方人。

Description

本发明涉及制备灸料的方法,更具体地涉及将用作食物或中药的植物苦艾碳化,并在搅拌和加热下将它与紫檀(Pterocarpus    Indicus)和陶瓷粉末混合而制备灸料的方法。
中医惯用苦艾治病。苦艾在皮肤的经络点(Meridian    Points)上燃烧时可获得治疗效应。由于使用固定大小的固体,此方法对于使用者是方便的,但有治疗效应降低的问题。
作为另一个例子,通过粉碎干的苦艾材料、象烟草一样用薄纸包裹、切成一定长度、固定在中间有接收孔的园形厚纸板上,从而制成艾炙用品,它在上法的基础上进行了改进。当艾灸用品在皮肤的经络点上燃烧时,通过接收孔将热传入皮肤接触点而获得治疗效应。
然而,因艾炙用品用薄纸包裹制成棒状,该方法也有燃烧时产生有害烟雾的问题。因此,在皮肤很多经络点上用炙料烧灼时,产生很多烟,使第三者感到不愉快,对本人也是不合意的。
在上面两种情况下,由于苦艾成分中所含的松节油(苦艾树脂)未被除去,因而炙料燃烧时有不好的气味和烟产生。
因此,在严重的情况下,可引起呼吸器官疾病发作并可引起视力障碍。
本发明的目的是提供不产生不良气味和烟的制备炙料的方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:粉碎苦艾,然后在密闭条件下高温加热以去除苦艾树脂,再通过艾炙用品本身的粘合而固化。
本发明的目的将在下文关于其制备方法中加以详细解释。
步骤1
将干燥的苦艾粉碎,以致只留下纤维。
步骤2
将如上所述步骤1中得到的粉碎的苦艾密封在耐高温坩锅中。
步骤3
将上述坩锅放在烘箱中,在550-700℃温度范围内加热2小时,得到碳化的苦艾,该碳化的苦艾除去了产生气味和烟的苦艾树脂。
步骤4
将上述步骤3制得的碳化苦艾约90%加到具有中和苦艾树脂气味和清醒头脑作用的紫檀约5%和具有提高着火率和产生强热的陶瓷粉5%中。
再加少量淀粉到上述混合物中使在制成棒状时增强其粘性。
步骤5
用机器将上述步骤4中制成的产品制成艾炙用品(省略附图)。
如上所述,按照本发明,在高温下加热干的苦艾,得到去除了苦艾树脂的碳化苦艾。再通过混入紫檀、陶瓷和少量淀粉,提高了着火率和粘性。因此,不必考虑使用艾炙用品的场所和数量,对第三者没有损害。
而且,因为不用薄纸包裹艾炙用品,当燃烧艾灸用品时就不产生烟和不良气味。更好的是,因混合了紫檀粉,而获得具有促进胃功能和醒脑作用的艾炙用品。因此,本发明的艾炙用品适用于不喜欢苦艾树脂气味、但承认苦艾炙料作用的西方人。

Claims (3)

1、制备炙料的方法,其特征在于:将90%碳化苦艾与5%陶瓷粉及5%紫檀粉混合。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其中碳化苦艾是通过粉碎苦艾使其只留下纤维、再密封在坩锅中、在烘箱内加热而制成的。
3、按权利要求2所述的方法,其中加热是在500-700℃温度范围内加热2小时。
