Abstract
香味生成管(12)内藏含有香味物质的原料的成形体(32)。加热器(42)不使香味生成管(12)燃烧地将其加热使其产生香味。加热器(42)具有安装在隔热座(44)上的、收纳可燃气体的罐(46)。罐(46)上配设有使可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部(52)。燃烧部(52)的点火和熄火由开关(58)切换。隔热座(44)的上部为包围燃烧部(52)而且提供排气路(64)的热交换管道(62)。在排气路(64)内配设有通气管(74),使其横穿热交换管道(62)。在流经排气路(64)内的流体和流经通气管(74)内的流体之间能进行热交换。在隔热座(44)的外侧面配设有与通气管(74)连通且用于可装卸地安装香味生成管(12)的插口(76)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于以吸香味或假吸烟为消遣而加热香味生成管的加热器,和使用加热器的香味生成器,更具体地说,是一种用于不必燃烧、只加热原料就产生吸的对象—香味的香味生成用加热器和香味生成器。
背景技术
用于不使香烟燃烧、以香烟的香味或烟为消遣的假吸烟用品是人所共知的,且已提出了各种类型的提案。
日本专利公报特开平3-232481公开了现有假吸烟用品的典型的概念。该公报所公开的用品使用例如棒状的固体状原料、用电子加热元件加热该固体状原料,由此产生香味等吸的对象。
这样的利用电子加热元件的用品,在内藏电源的情况下,内部结构变得复杂、成本提高了,而且一旦出现故障难以修理。另外在利用外部电源的情况下,如果用软线联接电源和吸烟用品的话,不仅限定了能使用吸烟用品的场所而且软线也是个累赘。相反,若采用吸烟时从外部电源上取下使用的结构,存在的问题是:原料的加热状态只能维持到使用者仅能吸1、2次的程度。
美国专利公报第4945931号公开了使用压力喷雾容器的假吸烟用品。该公报所公开的用品用使用者的吸入动作摇动叶片,机械地打开容器的出口,放出气雾剂。
这样的利用加压香味气源的用品,调整开关阀使其能持续地放出香味气体是很困难的。即,这种类型的,如果开关阀采用简单的结构恐怕只吸2、3次加了一定压力的香味气体就会全部放光了。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述那样的问题而提出的,其目的是提供一种结构简单且能持续地产生香味的香味生成用加热器和香味生成器。
本发明的第1要点是,一种加热器,香味生成管具有用于将空气收入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,而且内藏有至少含有香味物质的原料,加热器不使香味生成管燃烧,将其加热使其产生香味,其特征是,具备:
收纳可燃气体的罐;
使上述可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部;
切换上述燃烧部的点火和熄火状态的开关;
包围上述燃烧部而且形成有排气路的热交换管道;
在上述排气路内横穿上述热交换管道的通气管,以及在流经上述排气路内的流体和流经上述通气管内的流体之间能进行热交换;
与上述通气管连通、用于可拆卸地安装上述香味生成管的插口。
本发明的第2要点是,一种加热器,香味生成管具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,加热器不使收纳于香味生成管的导热壁部内的、至少含有香味物质的原料燃烧,从上述导热壁部的外部加热使其产生香味,其特征是:包括:
收纳可燃气体的罐;
使上述可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部;
切换上述燃烧部的点火和熄火状态的开关;
包围上述燃烧部而且形成有排气路的热交换管道;
用于可拆卸地安装上述香味生成管,以便上述导热壁部位于上述排气路内,形成于上述热交换管道上的开口支承部。
本发明的第3要点是,一种香味生成器,其特征是:包括:
收纳可燃气体的罐;
使上述可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部;
切换上述燃烧部的点火和熄火状态的开关;
包围上述燃烧部而且形成有排气路的热交换管道;
在上述排气路内横穿上述热交换管道的通气管,以及在流经上述排气路内的流体和流经上述通气管内的流体之间能进行热交换;
与上述通气管连通的插口;
可拆卸地安装在上述插口上的香味生成管,上述香味生成管具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,而且内藏有至少含有香味物质的原料,上述原料由上述燃烧部产生的热不燃烧地加热、产生香味。
本发明能提供一种持续地加热内藏含有香味物质的原料的香味生成管能产生香味的、结构简单的香味生成用加热器和香味生成器。

具体实施方式
图1所示是与本发明的实施例相关的香味生成器在将香味生成管安装在香味生成用加热器上的状态下的立体图。
如图4所示,香味生成管12具备圆筒形的套筒14,该套管14具有使用者能衔在口中大小的外径。套筒14具有由象合成树脂那样的耐热且隔热的材料制成的隔热管16和接管18。这些部件16、18用螺纹或对偶配合等公知的联接结构可拆卸地相互联接在一起。
在隔热管16的端部制有用于将香味生成管12安装在下文的加热器42上的外螺纹22。隔热管16的端面开着口,且形成有用于将空气取入到套管14的内部的空气取入口24。与此相对应,接管18的端面也开着口,形成有用于使用者吸香味的吸口26。接管18具有向吸口26直径变小那样的锥形。在空气取入口24和吸口26之间,在套管14内制有气体流路28。
在套管14内可拆卸地收纳有用于产生使用者吸的香味等的固体状原料的成形体32。将成形体32定位,使其挟在附设于隔热管16和接管18内面的突起36、38之间。
原料的成形体32根据用途的不同,可以含有由各种天然物质提取的提取物质和/或它们的构成成分。成形体32含有的香味物质可以采用例如薄荷醇、咖啡因、或通过热分解产生香味的葡萄糖甙等的前驱体、或烟草提取成分和烟草烟浓缩成分等烟草成分。另外,为了给香味加上烟雾,成形体32可以含有加热时产生气雾的物质。产生气雾的物质可以采用丙甘油、丙二醇等多元醇类、低级乙醇类、糖类或它们的混合物。另外,成形体32可以含有活性碳、硅胶、活化铝等气体吸附剂。
成形体32制成通气性差的致密的圆筒体,其尺寸为不使其在成形体32的外面和套管14的内面之间产生间隙。因此,在成形体32上沿轴向形成有多个贯通孔34、通过这些贯通孔34形成空气取入口24和吸口26之间的气体流路28。
成形体32的尺寸可以设计成在成形体32的外面和传热管14的内面之间形成间隙。另外,成形体32不是通气性差的致密的物质,也可以为由活性碳素纤维、天然纤维素纤维、纤维素衍生物纤维等制成的无纺布的集束那样的通气性好的物质。这种情况下,不必形成贯通孔34。
为了不燃烧香味生成管12、将其加热使其产生香味,而使用加热器42。加热器42具有隔热座44和矩形的罐46,隔热座44由合成树脂那样的耐热且隔热的材料制成,罐46可拆卸地安装在座44的下部且贮藏有可燃气体。
如图2和图3所示,在罐46的上部配设有喷嘴48,而且制有用于使可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部52。在燃烧部52上,对着喷嘴48配设有点火塞54。喷嘴48和点火塞54被半球状的金属网56所覆盖。燃烧部52的点火和熄火切换操作由配设在座44下部侧面的开关58进行。也可以控制成:通过开关58的启动,在使燃烧部52燃烧一定时间之后自动地熄火。
座44的上部为热交换管道62,该热交换管道62包围燃烧部52同时提供在此产生的燃烧废气的排气路64。在燃烧部46的周围、在热交换管道62的侧壁上,整个全周形成有多个导入空气用开口66。另外,热交换管道62的顶部开着口,形成有用于排出从燃烧部46产生的燃烧废气的排气口68。
在从排气路64内的燃烧部52到排气口68之间配设有用于与燃烧废气进行热交换的多个热交换片72。片72上分别形成有横向贯通热交换管道62的多个通气管74。各通气管74的一侧的端部在热交换管道62的一侧的外侧面开着口,另一侧的端部在热交换管道62的另一侧的外侧面开着口。通气管74以密封状态贯通热交换管道62,以便排气路64内的流体即燃烧废气不会流入其内部。因此,流过通气管74内的流体即空气与流过排气路64内的燃烧废气的热交换,通过片72和通气管74进行。因此,流过通气管74内的空气设定为加热到可以产生香味的温度-50℃以上,最好是180℃以上。
在热交换管道62的外侧面上附设有插口76,使其与通气管74相连通。在插口76上形成有与香味生成管12的外螺纹22旋合的内螺纹78。通过螺纹22、78的结合,可以相对加热器42自如地装卸香味生成块12。
图1至图3所示的加热器42,安装如图5所示的香味生成管82也能用。香味生成管82具有用卷纸88连接通气性好的原料束84和低过滤性过滤器86的结构,原料束84是将用于产生使用者吸的香味等的原料的无纺布捆扎起来而制成的。原料束84的端面为用于将空气取入到香味生成管82的内部的空气取入口92,过滤器86的端面为用于使用者吸香味的吸口94。因此,香味生成管82通过将原料束84侧的端部插入插口76中,可以与图4所示的香味生成管12一样地用于吸香味。
过滤器86可以用醋酯纤维素、纸粕等制成的通常的香烟过滤器的材料制成。另外,过滤器86可以含有活性碳、硅胶、活化铝等气体吸附剂。
图6所示是与本发明的另一实施例相关的香味生成器在将香味生成管安装在香味生成用加热器上的状态下的纵剖侧视图。
与该实施例相关的香味生成管110具备圆筒形的套管112,该套管112具有使用者能衔在口中大小的外径。套管112具有导热管114和隔热管116以及接管118,导热管114由金属或陶瓷那样的耐热且导热的材料制成,隔热管116和接管118由合成树脂那样的耐热且隔热的材料制成。这些部件114、116、118用螺纹或对偶配合等公知的联接结构可装卸地相互联接在一起。
在导热管114的端面配设有由金属或陶瓷那样的耐热材料制成的端面板122。在端面板122上形成有用于将空气取入到套管112的内部的多个空气取入口124。与此相对应,在接管118的端部形成有用于使用者吸香味的吸口126。在空气取入口124和吸口126之间,在套管112内制有气体流路128。
在导热管114内,可装卸地收纳有用于产生使用者吸的香味等的固体状原料的成形体132。成形体132制成通气性差的致密的圆筒体、且其尺寸为不使其在成形体132的外面和导热管114的内面之间产生间隙。因此,在成形体132上沿轴向形成有多个贯通孔134、通过这些贯通孔134形成空气取入口124和吸口126之间的气体流路128。成形体132可以用与图4所示的香味生成管12的成形体32同样的材料制成。
将成形体132定位,使其挟在附设于导热管114的内面的突起136和联接在导热管114上的隔热管116的端部之间。因此,在成形体132和导热管114的端面板122之间形成一个起到取入空气的集合管头138作用的空间。
在成形体132和吸口126之间,形成有配置成构成气体流路128的一部分的冷却室142。在制有冷却室的隔热管116的侧壁上形成有外气导入孔144。含有由成形体132产生的香味的热气在冷却室142与外气相混合且被冷却。
在外气导入孔144的周围,在隔热管116上配设有具有多个孔148的调节环146。通过相对外气导入孔144调节调节环146的位置,调节外气导入孔144的有效率,可以改变含在至吸口126的气体中的香味量或气体的温度。
在接管118内配设有过滤器152,使其覆盖吸口126。通过配设过滤器152可以调节压力损失,使其有适当的易吸度。过滤器152可以用由醋酯纤维素、纸粕等制成的通常的香烟过滤器的材料制成。另外,过滤器152可以含有活性碳、硅胶、活化铝等气体吸附剂。
图6所示的实施例的加热器162虽然只是热交换管道62的结构,但与图1至图3所示的加热器42的有点不同。因此,加热器162在与加热器42相同的部分都标相同的标号,且省略其详细说明。
在加热座44的上部—热交换管道62内,不设置图1至图3所示的片72和通气管74,而代之以在与热交换管道62对置的侧壁上形成一对开口支承部172,该开口支承部172用于可装卸地且以密封状态插入导热管114。开口支承部172具有形成于侧壁的开口,和从侧壁向外侧突设、使其与开口一致的支承环174。
导热管114和热交换管道62的相对定位,通过附设于隔热管116上的突起176抵接在热交换管道62一侧的支承环174的侧面上来完成。当导热管114相对于热交换管道62而定位时,如图所示,导热管114被安装在热交换管道62上,以使其贯通于一对支承环174之间。此时,导热管114位于排气路64内,且套管112的空气取入口124和隔热管116位于热交换管道62之外。
图6所示的香味生成管110和加热器162,通常在将套管112装在热交换管道62上的情况下吸香味。但是,也可以利用导热管114的预热。以将套管112从热交换管道62上取下的状态吸香味。图7所示是适合于这种场合的香味生成管180的纵剖侧视图。而且在图7中与图6相同的部分标相同的标号,且省略其详细说明。
图7所示的香味生成管180的特征是,第一导热管114的内面被蓄热材料层154所覆盖。通过配设蓄热材料层154,在将套管114从加热器162上取下后,也能在相当长的时间内将导热管114内的成形体132的温度保持在香味发生温度。
蓄热体154的材料可以使用仅利用物质的比热的显热类材料,例如硅胶、氧化铝、碳类玻璃块、玻璃纤维、矿物等无机化合物和铝、铁、银、铅等金属或合金。另外,其它蓄热材料也可以使用为了增大热量而利用熔解热类的材料,例如石蜡、醋酸钠、萘、蜡、聚氧乙烯等化合物、或锌、锡、焊锡、软焊料等金属和合金。具体地说对于产生烟雾的情况,最好使用显热类的材料,对于仅产生香味的情况,最好使用利用熔解热类的材料。
另外,在冷却室142内配设有填充物156。通过配设填充物156,可以促进被气化了的香味成分的冷却效果、而且还可以调整压力损失以便有适当的易吸度。作为填充物156可以使用例如由醋酯纤维素、纸粕等制成的纤维成形体、或象玻璃、铝粒子那样的粒状物。
以上,为了易于理解内容,将本发明的各部分的特征分为几个实施例进行了说明,但这些特征可以根据目的的不同进行适当组合。即本发明可以在其思路的范围内,以图示的实施例以外的各种形式实施。
Claims (3)
1.一种香味生成用加热器,香味生成管具有用于将空气吸入到内部的空气取入口(24)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(26),而且内藏有至少含有香味物质的原料(32),香味生成用加热器(42)不使香味生成管(12)燃烧地将其加热使其产生香味,其特征是包括:
收纳可燃气体的罐(46);
使上述可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部(52);
切换上述燃烧部(52)的点火和熄火状态的开关(58);
包围上述燃烧部(52)而且形成有排气路(64)的热交换管道(62);
在上述排气路(64)内横穿上述热交换管道(62)的通气管(74),以及在流经上述排气路(64)内的流体和流经上述通气管(74)内的流体之间能进行热交换;
与上述通气管(74)连通,用于可装卸地安装上述香味生成管(12)的插口(76)。
2.一种香味生成用加热器,香味生成管具有用于将空气收入到内部的空气取入口(124)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(126),香味生成用加热器(162)不使收纳于香味生成管(110)的导热壁部(114)内的、至少含有香味物质的原料(132)燃烧地从上述导热壁部(114)的外部加热,使其产生香味,其特征是包括:
收纳可燃气体的罐(46);
使上述可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部(52);
切换上述燃烧部(52)的点火和熄火状态的开关(58);
包围上述燃烧部(52)而且形成有排气路(64)的热交换管道(62);
用于可装卸地安装上述香味生成管(110),以使上述导热壁部(114)位于上述排气路(64)内,形成于上述热交换管道(62)上的开口支承部。
3.一种香味生成器,其特征是包括:
收纳可燃气体的罐(46);
使上述可燃气体燃烧的燃烧部(52);
切换上述燃烧部(52)的点火和熄火状态的开关(58);
包围上述燃烧部(52)而且形成有排气路(64)的热交换管道(62);
在上述排气路(64)内横穿上述热交换管道(62)的通气管(74),以及在流经上述排气路(64)内的流体和流经上述通气管(74)内的流体之间进行热交换;
与上述通气管(74)连通的插口(76);
可装卸地安装在上述插口(76)上的香味生成管(12),上述香味生成管(12)具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口(24)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(26),而且内藏有至少含有香味物质的原料(32),上述原料(32)由上述燃烧部(52)产生的热不燃烧地加热产生香味。
