本发明公开了一种间歇输送链装置,属于车圈加工技术领域,包括输送架、输送轮、输送驱动电机、输送链条、工位升降气缸、工位升降架、驱动压轮、压轮驱动电机;输送轮通过轴线竖直设置的轴承安装在输送架上,输送驱动电机固定在输送架上,输送驱动电机的输出轴与输送轮的轮轴联接,输送链条配装在输送轮上;工位升降气缸的缸体固定安装在输送架上,工位升降气缸具有可竖直上下伸缩的缸杆,工位升降架固定在工位升降气缸的缸杆下端,驱动压轮通过水平转轴和轴承安装在工位升降架上,压轮驱动电机固定在工位升降架上,压轮驱动电机的输出轴与驱动压轮的转轴联接。本发明具有输送和车圈动力输出功能,可满足车圈加工系统的自动化要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于车圈加工自动化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种间歇输送链装置。
背景技术
自动车和电动自行车以及三轮车等是最为传统的交通工具,随着人们生活节奏的不断加快,以及环保意识的不断提高,自行车和电动自行车越来越成为人们出行交通工具的首要选择。
车圈是车轮的主体框架,车圈制造过程中需要进行侧面打磨以及喷漆工艺,现有技术中,车圈侧面的打磨和喷漆均由操作工人手持完成,即车圈独立悬挂。
现有用于输送悬挂车圈的输送装置只具有悬挂输送功能,无法满足全自动车圈侧面喷漆打磨系统的功能要求,故需要设计一种运用于车圈侧面自动化打磨抛光系统的输送链装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种解决现有车圈输送装置无法满足车圈全自动打磨喷漆系统的功能要求的问题的间歇输送链装置。
本发明是这样实现的,一种间歇输送链装置,其特征在于:包括输送架、输送轮、输送驱动电机、输送链条、工位升降气缸、工位升降架、驱动压轮、压轮驱动电机。
所述输送轮通过轴线竖直设置的轴承安装在所述输送架上,所述输送驱动电机固定在所述输送架上,所述输送驱动电机的输出轴与所述输送轮的轮轴联接,所述输送链条配装在所述输送轮上。
所述工位升降气缸的缸体固定安装在所述输送架上,所述工位升降气缸具有可竖直上下伸缩的缸杆,所述工位升降架固定在所述工位升降气缸的缸杆下端,所述驱动压轮通过水平转轴和轴承安装在所述工位升降架上,所述压轮驱动电机固定在所述工位升降架上,所述压轮驱动电机的输出轴与所述驱动压轮的转轴联接。
本发明所述间歇输送链装置用于车圈输送,并可以为特定工位的车圈转动提供驱动力,以满足车圈侧面自动化打磨喷漆系统的要求。
所述工位升降气缸、工位升降架、驱动压轮、压轮驱动电机构成动力结合组件,沿所述输送链条的输送方向依次设有三组所述动力结合组件,三组所述动力结合组件依次为打磨动力结合组件、喷漆动力结合组件和喷漆动力结合组件。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为解决现有车圈输送装置无法满足全车圈自动打磨喷漆系统的弊端,本发明特提供一种间歇输送链装置,本发明具有输送和车圈动力输出功能,可满足车圈加工系统的自动化要求。为了进一步说明本发明的结构,结合附图详细说明书如下:
请参阅图1和图2,所述间歇输送链装置包括输送架1、输送轮、输送驱动电机、输送链条2、工位升降气缸3、工位升降架4、驱动压轮5、压轮驱动电机6。
输送架是悬挂的架体。所述输送轮通过轴线竖直设置的轴承安装在所述输送架上,所述输送驱动电机固定在所述输送架上,所述输送驱动电机的输出轴与所述输送轮的轮轴联接,所述输送链条配装在所述输送轮上。输送电机驱动输送轮转动,输送轮包括主动轮和从动轮,输送电机驱动其中的主动轮,输送链条套设于主动轮和从动轮之间,主动的输送轮带动输送链条活动以实现传送功能。输送架上设有链槽,输送连设于链槽内,链槽可保证输送链的承载能力。
所述工位升降气缸的缸体固定安装在所述输送架上,所述工位升降气缸具有可竖直上下伸缩的缸杆。所述工位升降架固定在所述工位升降气缸的缸杆下端。所述驱动压轮通过水平转轴和轴承安装在所述工位升降架上,所述压轮驱动电机固定在所述工位升降架上,所述压轮驱动电机的输出轴与所述驱动压轮的转轴联接。本实施例中,压轮驱动电机凸出工位升降架的下断面,压轮驱动电机可驱动驱动压轮转动,压轮驱动电机通过与其联接的驱动压轮向车圈打磨喷漆系统的车圈吊挂装置提供动力。
沿自动化系统的输送链条的延伸方向依次设有打磨工位、喷漆工位和下料工位,所述打磨工位、喷漆工位和下料工位上均设有由所述工位升降气缸、工位升降架、驱动压轮、压轮驱动电机构成动力结合组件。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

1.一种间歇输送链装置,其特征在于:包括输送架、输送轮、输送驱动电机、输送链条、工位升降气缸、工位升降架、驱动压轮、压轮驱动电机;
所述输送轮通过轴线竖直设置的轴承安装在所述输送架上,所述输送驱动电机固定在所述输送架上,所述输送驱动电机的输出轴与所述输送轮的轮轴联接,所述输送链条配装在所述输送轮上;
所述工位升降气缸的缸体固定安装在所述输送架上,所述工位升降气缸具有可竖直上下伸缩的缸杆,所述工位升降架固定在所述工位升降气缸的缸杆下端,所述驱动压轮通过水平转轴和轴承安装在所述工位升降架上,所述压轮驱动电机固定在所述工位升降架上,所述压轮驱动电机的输出轴与所述驱动压轮的转轴联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的间歇输送链装置,其特征在于:所述工位升降气缸、工位升降架、驱动压轮、压轮驱动电机构成动力结合组件,沿所述输送链条的输送方向依次设有三组所述动力结合组件,三组所述动力结合组件依次为打磨动力结合组件、喷漆动力结合组件和喷漆动力结合组件。
