Abstract

本发明涉及一种木纹铝型材制备工艺,其制备工艺是:挤压胚料,按需制成不同的尺寸;再将型材升入时效炉内升温;再进行清洗对型材进行风冷,放入常温水中清洗,并利用毛刷对型材表面刷洗;将清洗后的型材放入下水槽内完成除油;铬化,将除油后的型材泡入铬化剂中;将型材泡入常温水中再次清洗;将清洗后的型材投入烘干炉内烘烤;送入喷涂线上进行喷涂,喷涂后立刻进行烘干形成底色;将具有底色的型材放入3D木模机内印花底粉;再对型材喷涂晶泳线水性漆;最后对型材再次喷涂。避免了因铝型材上有杂质不平整造成的质量问题,同时也提高了镀膜的耐用性,达到了更加美观耐用的效果。

一种木纹铝型材制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于铝型材制备工艺技术领域,涉及一种木纹铝型材制备工艺。
背景技术
铝型材是制备门窗的首选材料,为了美观会在铝型材上镀上不同风格的膜,使铝型材更具美感和档次,木纹作为模仿自然的一种更是受到市场的广泛认可,但是现有的木纹铝型材在工艺上存在不耐晒不耐腐蚀的问题,而且在镀膜前没有对铝型材处理干净,导致木纹不规整,同时使用时间一长就会造成脱膜的情况。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种木纹铝型材制备工艺,它的工艺分为对铝型材处理阶段与镀膜阶段很好的避免了因铝型材上有杂质不平整造成的质量问题,同时也提高了镀膜的耐用性,达到了更加美观耐用的效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种木纹铝型材制备工艺,其制备工艺是:
1、选材,挤压胚料,按需制成不同尺寸的型材;
2、时效,将型材升入时效炉内升温至200°C,保温3小时;
3、清洗,对型材进行风冷,然后用吊机将型材从时效炉内取出,放入常温水中清洗,并利用毛刷对型材表面刷洗,清除杂质和灰尘;
4、除油,再将清洗后的型材放入下水槽内,下水槽内加入有除灰剂、硫酸及硝酸,型材在下水槽内静止3-7分钟完成除油;
5、铬化,将除油后的型材泡入铬化剂中2-3分钟;
6、二次清洗,将铬化后的型材泡入常温水中再次清洗;
7、烘干,将清洗后的型材投入烘干炉内在170°C-200°C的温度下烘烤,除去型材上的水;
8、喷涂,将烘干后的型材在常温下冷却,再送入喷涂线上进行喷涂,喷涂后立刻进行烘干,形成底色;
9、印花,将具有底色的型材放入3D木模机内在底色上形成印花底粉,再对型材分段烘烤,整个烘烤完毕后,将型材整体进行火烤;
10、上水性漆,用水性枪对型材喷涂晶泳线水性漆,喷涂完毕后烘干200°C;
11、摸黑,根据要求可选择对喷涂后的型材用黑色油漆擦拭;
12、再次喷涂,对步骤10或步骤11处理后的型材采用亮度水性油漆再次喷涂,以200°C的温度烘干20分钟。
所述步骤8中喷涂采用静电喷涂,在喷涂过程中需要将型材立起来从而保证各个面均能喷涂均匀。
所述步骤9中以30-40公分的间隔对型材进行分段烘烤。
所述步骤10中以一整面喷涂的方式进行喷涂,喷完一面再对另一面喷涂,保证喷涂的均匀避免单面出现厚度不一致及色差的情况。
本发明的积极效果是:
它的工艺分为对铝型材处理阶段与镀膜阶段很好的避免了因铝型材上有杂质不平整造成的质量问题,同时也提高了镀膜的耐用性,达到了更加美观耐用的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种木纹铝型材制备工艺,其制备工艺是:
1、选材,挤压胚料,按需制成不同尺寸的型材;
2、时效,将型材升入时效炉内升温至200°C,保温3小时;
3、清洗,对型材进行风冷,然后用吊机将型材从时效炉内取出,放入常温水中清洗,并利用毛刷对型材表面刷洗,清除杂质和灰尘;
4、除油,再将清洗后的型材放入下水槽内,下水槽内加入有除灰剂、硫酸及硝酸,型材在下水槽内静止3-7分钟完成除油;
5、铬化,将除油后的型材泡入铬化剂中2-3分钟;
6、二次清洗,将铬化后的型材泡入常温水中再次清洗;
7、烘干,将清洗后的型材投入烘干炉内在170°C-200°C的温度下烘烤,除去型材上的水;
8、喷涂,将烘干后的型材在常温下冷却,再送入喷涂线上进行喷涂,喷涂后立刻进行烘干,形成底色;

Claims (4)

1.一种木纹铝型材制备工艺,其特征在于制备工艺是:
1)选材,挤压胚料,按需制成不同尺寸的型材;
2)时效,将型材升入时效炉内升温至200°C,保温3小时;
3)清洗,对型材进行风冷,然后用吊机将型材从时效炉内取出,放入常温水中清洗,并利用毛刷对型材表面刷洗,清除杂质和灰尘;
4)除油,再将清洗后的型材放入下水槽内,下水槽内加入有除灰剂、硫酸及硝酸,型材在下水槽内静止3-7分钟完成除油;
5)铬化,将除油后的型材泡入铬化剂中2-3分钟;
6)二次清洗,将铬化后的型材泡入常温水中再次清洗;
7)烘干,将清洗后的型材投入烘干炉内在170°C-200°C的温度下烘烤,除去型材上的水;
8)喷涂,将烘干后的型材在常温下冷却,再送入喷涂线上进行喷涂,喷涂后立刻进行烘干,形成底色;
9)印花,将具有底色的型材放入3D木模机内在底色上形成印花底粉,再对型材分段烘烤,整个烘烤完毕后,将型材整体进行火烤;
