背景技术
例如,专利文献1公开了一种能够将由座椅靠背及座椅垫构成的座椅收纳于相对于车身底板位于低位置的收纳底板的座椅构造。
另外,专利文献2公开了利用在中柱内设置的加强部件将侧碰撞时的碰撞载荷向座椅传递的构造。

发明内容
然而,在专利文献1公开的座椅构造中,在使座椅主体向前倒伏而收纳于折叠收纳底板的座椅收纳状态下,例如座椅上放置有物品等的情况很多。另外,专利文献2公开了使侧碰撞载荷向座椅传递的技术。
假设,例如在座椅(没有乘员落座的座椅)处于座椅上放置有物品的收纳状态的情况下,存在侧碰撞载荷向座椅传递的情况。
本发明是鉴于上述问题提出的,目的在于提供一种在不需要向座椅部件传递侧碰撞载荷的情况下,能够抑制该侧碰撞载荷传递的车身构造。
本发明的特征在于,包括:座椅部件,其包括座椅靠背、座椅垫和支承所述座椅垫的座椅架,并能够收纳在车身的底板内;车门部件,其配置在所述座椅部件的车宽方向外侧;以及载荷传递部件,其设置在所述车门部件的内部,能够在侧碰撞时将侧碰撞载荷向非收纳状态的所述座椅部件传递,在所述座椅部件的收纳状态时,所述载荷传递部件与所述座椅部件的上表面相比配置在上方。
发明的效果

以下参照适当附图详细说明本发明的实施方式。并且,在各图中,“前后”表示车辆前后方向,“左右”表示左右方向(车宽方向),“上下”表示铅直上下方向。
如图1所示,应用了本发明实施方式的车身构造的车辆10由单侧无中柱车辆构成。该车辆10包括无中柱侧的车身左侧部12和沿车宽方向配置在相反侧的未图示的有中柱侧的车身右侧部(未图示)。
并且,在本实施方式中,例示了将车身构造应用于单侧无中柱车辆的情况,但不限定于此。
车身左侧部12包括在车身左侧部12的外侧设置的第1侧面板外部件和在车身左侧部12的内侧设置的第1侧面板内部件。车身右侧部包括在车身右侧部的外侧设置的第2侧面板外部件和在车身右侧部的内侧设置的第2侧面板内部件。
第1侧面板外部件具有在侧面观察时呈大致矩形状的一个车门开口部13。车门开口部13由下纵梁外部件、前柱外部件、后柱外部件和车顶侧梁包围所成的内部空间形成。在该车门开口部13中分别配置有能够进行开闭动作的前车门(车门部件)14和沿车辆前后方向滑动的后滑动车门16。前车门14以在车辆前方侧的开口端缘配置的未图示的铰链机构为转动轴,使车辆后方侧转动而使车门开口部13开闭。
在第2侧面板外部件上,沿车辆前后方向形成有未图示的两个车门开口部。该两个车门开口部由位于中柱的车辆前方的前侧车门开口部和位于中柱的车辆后方的后侧车门开口部构成。
以下基于无中柱侧(左侧)的前车门14进行说明。
如图4及图3所示,前车门14包括:外构架18,其配置在车宽方向外侧;内构架20,其配置在车宽方向内侧;以及加强件22,其夹装在外构架18与内构架20之间。加强件22配置在内构架20的车宽方向外侧。由该前车门14的内构架20和加强件22构成后述的闭合截面24(参照图4)。
在前车门14的车宽方向内侧配置有能够倒伏收纳的座椅部件(前部座席)26。换言之,前车门14配置在座椅部件26的车宽方向外侧。该座椅部件26设置为能够借助未图示的滑动机构沿车辆前后方向滑动,并且能够倒伏收纳于车身的底板内。所谓倒伏收纳,是指例如在不将前部座席作为座席使用的情况下,出于增加行李舱空间等的理由而将座席折叠,收纳于车身底板前方的脚下空间(参照后述的图5的(c))。
如图5的(a)所示,座椅部件26包括座椅靠背30和支承座椅垫32的座椅架34。座椅部件26以能够收纳于车身底板的方式配置。座椅靠背30支承落座于座席(座椅部件26)的乘员的背部。该座椅靠背30设置为能够以未图示的后部转动轴为转动中心而向前倒伏在座椅垫32上。另外,座椅垫32是支承乘员臀部的部件。该座椅垫32以未图示的前部转动轴为转动中心,以能够转动的方式与连杆臂36连结。
在前车门14的内部配置有一组载荷传递部件(参照图2)。一组载荷传递部件能够在侧碰撞时将侧碰撞载荷向非收纳状态的座椅部件26(未倒伏收纳的座椅部件26)传递。该一组载荷传递部件由第1载荷传递部件38和形状尺寸小于第1载荷传递部件38的第2载荷传递部件40构成。并且,在本实施方式中,由金属材料(钢板等)形成第1载荷传递部件38,由树脂材料形成第2载荷传递部件40,但不限定于此。
在车辆前后方向上,第1载荷传递部件38和第2载荷传递部件40配置在大致重叠的位置(参照图2)。另外,第1载荷传递部件38和第2载荷传递部件40在车辆上下方向上配置在大致重叠的位置(参照图3、图4)。在本实施方式中,由第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40双方共同构成技术方案中的“载荷传递部件”。
并且,在本实施方式中,将第1载荷传递部件38和第2载荷传递部件40彼此分体构成,但也可以将第1载荷传递部件38和第2载荷传递部件40二者一体构成。
如图6、图7及图4所示,第1载荷传递部件38包括鼓出部42、凸缘部44和切缺部46。鼓出部42由朝向前车门14的车宽方向内侧突出的侧壁48和与侧壁48连续的顶部即大致矩形状的平坦面50构成。凸缘部44由沿着鼓出部42的裙缘的平板带状的缘部形成。切缺部46由将鼓出部42及凸缘部44以朝向斜前方向下的方式切缺的开口形成(参照图6)。第1载荷传递部件38借助凸缘部44与前车门14的加强件22接合(参照图4)。
如图4所示,第2载荷传递部件40包括盒状鼓出部52和安装部54。盒状鼓出部52由相互对置的一对左右侧壁、相互对置的一对上下侧壁和分别架设在左右侧壁及上下侧壁上的顶部构成。并且,在由左右侧壁、上下侧壁及顶部闭塞的空间部中,设有朝向内构架20延伸的肋部62(参照图4)。另外,第2载荷传递部件40由在其车宽方向内侧设置的车门衬里(车门镶边)61包覆(参照图2)。
安装部54包括从上下侧壁沿上下方向延伸的一组紧固片64、64、和从右侧壁朝向车辆前方延伸的未图示的紧固片。第2载荷传递部件40借助分别穿插在三个紧固片64、64(一个紧固片未图示)中的未图示的螺栓紧固固定在前车门14的内构架20上。
图5的(a)至图5的(e)是示出座椅部件的各布置状态的示意图。
座椅部件26能够切换设置为乘员能够落座的落座状态和能够倒伏收纳的收纳状态(倒伏收纳状态)。
图5的(a)表示乘员能够落座的落座状态。图5的(b)表示从图5的(a)的落座状态使座椅靠背30以未图示的后部转动轴为转动中心向前倒伏在座椅垫32上的状态。图5的(c)表示从图5的(b)的座椅状态使连杆臂36进一步向车辆后方侧转动,使座椅垫32及座椅靠背30进一步车辆前方侧倾斜而层叠的倒伏收纳状态。图5的(d)是从图5的(c)所示的倒伏收纳状态将座椅垫32及座椅靠背30拉起,成为与图5的(b)相同的座椅状态的图。图5的(e)表示从图5的(d)的座椅状态将座椅靠背30以未图示的后部转动轴为转动中心拉起而成为乘员能够落座的落座状态。
在座椅部件26的倒伏收纳状态时,第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40与座椅部件26(座椅靠背30)的上表面相比配置在上方(参照图4)。并且,在图4中,单点划线H表示沿座椅部件26的上表面而在水平方向上延伸至前车门24的假想线。在座椅部件26的倒伏收纳状态时,第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40在铅直上下方向上与单点划线H相比位于上方。与此相对,在座椅部件26的落座状态下,第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40成为能够与座椅架34抵接的位置。
如图2所示,在第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40的车辆后方配置有门扣机构68。第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40和门扣机构68,配置于在高度方向上重叠的位置。并且,图8及图9以矩形状的粗虚线示意性地示出第2载荷传递部件40。
如图8及图9所示,该门扣机构68包括紧固固定于车身侧的门扣托架70和紧固固定于前车门14侧的卡合板72。并且,在本实施方式中,由于是单侧无中柱车辆,因此门扣托架70固定在位于前车门14的车辆后方的后滑动车门16的车辆前方端面。
卡合板72设置为,固定于前车门14的车辆后方端部,与前车门14一体地位移。门扣托架70具有在侧面观察时以大致コ字状弯曲并朝向车辆前方延伸的卡合部74。卡合板72设置为穿插在门扣托架70的卡合部74内,并能够与卡合部74卡合。
通过使门扣机构68的卡合板72与门扣托架70的卡合部74卡合,从而抑制前车门14在侧碰撞时向车宽方向内侧位移。由此,即使在从外部向前车门14侧输入了碰撞载荷的情况下,也能够抑制前车门14的变形。
并且,门扣机构68除了前车门14的车辆后方侧的中央部以外,还包括未图示的上侧门扣及未图示的下侧门扣。未图示的上侧门扣配置在前车门14的车辆后方侧的上部。未图示的下侧门扣机构配置在前车门14的车辆后方侧的下部。
在与第2载荷传递部件40相比位于车宽方向外侧的前车门14的内部,配置有沿车辆前后方向延伸的车门横梁部件76。如图10所示,该车门横梁部件76由车门横梁主体78、前方连结板80和后方连结板82构成。车门横梁主体78由中空或中实的轴部形成。前方连结板80与车门横梁主体78的一端部连结,并与前车门14(内构架20)的车辆前方位置接合。后方连结板82与车门横梁主体78的另一端部连结,并与前车门14(加强件22)的车辆后方位置接合。
如图4所示,后方连结板82、加强件22及第1载荷传递部件38的凸缘部44以所述三者重叠层叠的状态一体接合。
如图4所示,在第2载荷传递部件40的车宽方向外侧,由前车门14的内构架20和加强件22形成闭合截面24。换言之,闭合截面24设置于在车宽方向上与第2载荷传递部件40重叠的位置。另外,第1载荷传递部件38收容在闭合截面24内(参照图4)。
应用了本实施方式的车身构造的车辆10基本上按照上述方式构成,以下说明其作用效果。
在本实施方式中,在座椅部件26的倒伏收纳状态时,第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40与座椅部件26的上表面相比分别配置在上方。由此,在本实施方式中,在不需要将来自车辆侧方的侧碰撞载荷向座椅部件26传递的倒伏收纳状态的情况下,抑制该侧碰撞载荷的传递而保护座椅部件26。与此相对,在乘员能够落座的座椅部件26的落座状态下,侧碰撞载荷被从第1载荷传递部件38向第2载荷传递部件40传递,进而将侧碰撞载荷顺畅地向座椅部件26(座椅架34)传递。由此,恰当地利用座椅部件26吸收侧碰撞载荷。
在本实施方式中,即使在无法向座椅部件26传递侧碰撞载荷的情况下,也会通过前车门14的外构架18的变形等获得侧碰撞时的碰撞行程。其结果,在本实施方式中,能够恰当地避免在侧碰撞时前车门14进入车室内的情况。
在本实施方式中,例如,仅变更第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40的布局(配置位置)即可,无需变更前车门14的制造工艺而能够容易地制造。
在本实施方式中,第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40与门扣机构68配置于在高度方向上重叠的位置。由此,在本实施方式中,即使是不需要将侧碰撞载荷向座椅部件26传递的倒伏收纳状态,也能够由门扣机构68承受(吸收)侧碰撞载荷。
在本实施方式中,在第1载荷传递部件38及第2载荷传递部件40的车宽方向外侧配置有车门横梁部件76。由此,在本实施方式中,即使是不需要将侧碰撞载荷向座椅部件26传递的倒伏收纳状态,也能够由车门横梁部件76承受(吸收)侧碰撞载荷(例如轻载荷)。
此外,在本实施方式中,在第2载荷传递部件40的车宽方向外侧由内构架20和加强件22形成闭合截面24。由此,在本实施方式中,通过该闭合截面24提高前车门14的刚性/强度。

Claims (3)

1.一种车身构造,其特征在于,包括:
座椅部件,其包括座椅靠背、座椅垫和支承所述座椅垫的座椅架,并能够收纳于车身的底板;
车门部件,其配置在所述座椅部件的车宽方向外侧;以及
载荷传递部件,其设置在所述车门部件的内部,能够在侧碰撞时将侧碰撞载荷向非收纳状态的所述座椅架传递,
在所述座椅部件的收纳状态时,所述载荷传递部件与所述座椅靠背的上表面相比配置在上方,
所述车门部件包括在车宽方向内侧设置的内构架和在所述内构架的车宽方向外侧设置的加强件,
所述载荷传递部件包括固定于所述加强件的第1载荷传递部件和固定于所述内构架的第2载荷传递部件,
在所述第2载荷传递部件的车宽方向外侧,利用所述内构架和所述加强件形成闭合截面,
所述第1载荷传递部件配置在所述闭合截面内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车身构造,其特征在于,
在所述载荷传递部件的车辆后方配置门扣机构,
所述载荷传递部件与所述门扣机构位于在高度方向上重叠的位置,
所述门扣机构在侧碰撞时抑制所述车门部件向车宽方向内侧位移。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车身构造,其特征在于,
在所述车门部件的内部,在与所述载荷传递部件相比的车宽方向外侧的位置,配置有沿车辆前后方向延伸的车门横梁部件。
