Abstract
本发明公开一种用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,包括粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂,粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的质量比为(6‑12):1,粉体洗涤剂包括以下质量份数的组分:碱性助剂20‑50份、过碳酸钠10‑40份、四乙酰基乙二胺2‑8份、非离子表面活性剂1‑4份、生物酶制剂1‑3份、柠檬酸钠10‑20份、螯合剂1‑8份和有机硅消泡剂2‑10份;液体洗涤剂包括以下质量份数的组分:溶剂25‑50份、表面活性剂40‑60份、中和剂3‑8.5份和水3‑10份。本发明通过粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的配方以及比例调整,控制使用时的泡沫量,使该餐具洗涤剂适用于洗碗机,解决了现有洗涤剂泡沫量过高的问题,同时具备较强的去污力和润湿性,洗涤效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,具体涉及一种用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,消费者对生活品质的追求越来越高,也越来越来注重健康简便的生活。洗碗机的出现,可以满足消费者的需求,更加能够适应现代家庭快节奏的生活。自动洗碗机的出现,也促使与其配套使用的自动洗碗机餐具洗涤剂在将来也会更加普遍。因此,开发一款简便高效的机洗专用的餐具洗涤剂具有更加广阔的市场。
专利CN 104031782 A公开了一种洗碗机专用餐具洗涤剂,该发明非离子以乙氧基化物为主,泡沫量较高,且去污效果较差。专利 CN 107022430 A公开了一种天然多效洗碗粉,该专利引入大量的来源天然的成分,虽说环保对环境友好,但综合去污效果较差。专利CN 103923752A公开了一种家用的洗衣洗碗粉,重点提到引入过碳酸钠漂白消毒成分和多重酶制剂,产品去污效果好,但是粉体配方引入大量阴离子,会造成泡沫过高,不利于自动洗碗机的运作。因此,亟需一种去污效果好、泡沫量较低的用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种去污效果好、泡沫量较低的用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,包括粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂,粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的质量比为(6-12):1,粉体洗涤剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
碱性助剂20-50份、过碳酸钠10-40份、四乙酰基乙二胺2-8份、非离子表面活性剂1-4份、生物酶制剂1-3份、柠檬酸钠10-20份、螯合剂1-8份和有机硅消泡剂2-10份;
液体洗涤剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
溶剂25-50份、表面活性剂40-60份、中和剂3-8.5份和水3-10 份。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,粉体洗涤剂中的碱性助剂包括碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和无水偏硅酸钠中的至少一种。
碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和无水偏硅酸钠为强碱弱酸盐,溶于水呈碱性的同时,避免碱性过强腐蚀机器。进一步的,粉体洗涤剂中的碱性助剂为碳酸钠,碳酸钠较稳定,避免由于碱性助剂分解导致粉体洗涤剂性质不稳定,更进一步的,碳酸钠的含量为20-30份。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,粉体洗涤剂中的非离子表面活性剂包括异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和EO/PO嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和EO/PO嵌段共聚物具有较强的润湿作用,其中EO/PO嵌段共聚物引入PO疏水基团,能更好地降低餐具表面与水的表面张力,从而达到较好的润湿效果。进一步的,粉体洗涤剂中的非离子表面活性剂为EO/PO嵌段共聚物,EO/PO嵌段共聚物含量为2-3份。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,粉体洗涤剂中的生物酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶中的至少一种。
蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶能与对应的蛋白类污渍、淀粉类污渍以及油脂污渍作用,进行专一的高效去污,且对本发明配方不产生负面影响。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,粉体洗涤剂中的螯合剂包括乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸中的至少一种。
乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸能软化水中的钙离子和镁离子,防止碱性条件下产生沉淀物在餐具表面产生水垢。进一步的,螯合剂采用甲基甘氨酸二乙酸,甲基甘氨酸二乙酸含量为2-5份。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,粉体洗涤剂中还包含1-10份的其它助剂,粉体洗涤剂中的其它助剂包括污垢分散剂和香精中的至少一种。进一步的,污垢分散剂为马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物钠盐,香精为日化洗涤用品的食品级香料。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,液体洗涤剂中的溶剂包括甘油、1,2-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙醇和聚乙二醇中的至少两种。通过多种溶剂的复配,使液体洗涤剂与其他成分具有较好的匹配性和相容性,且注入聚乙烯醇膜内能保持稳定,避免聚乙烯醇膜溶解、胀破。进一步的,液体洗涤剂的溶剂为甘油、1,2-丙二醇和聚乙二醇,三种溶剂的含量为25-40份。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,液体洗涤剂中的表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯硫酸钠、油酸、椰子油酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物中的至少两种。通过多种表面活性剂的复配,提高液体洗涤剂的润湿性。进一步的,液体洗涤剂中的表面活性剂的含量为50-60份。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,液体洗涤剂中的中和剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺中的至少一种。采用中和剂使液体洗涤剂酸碱平衡,应用于聚乙烯醇膜中具有较高的稳定性。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,液体洗涤剂中还包括1-4份的其它助剂,液体洗涤剂中的其它助剂包括酶制剂、香精和色素中的至少一种,色素可选用适用于餐具洗涤剂的水溶性染料。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,还包括设有至少两个腔室的聚乙烯醇膜,粉体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂分别被包裹于聚乙烯醇膜的不同腔室内。聚乙烯醇膜厚度为30-120μm,粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的总质量为5-25g。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明通过粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的配方以及比例调整,控制使用时的泡沫量,使该餐具洗涤剂适用于洗碗机,解决了现有洗涤剂泡沫量过高的问题,同时具备较强的去污力和润湿性,洗涤效果好。
2.将本发明餐具洗涤剂包裹于聚乙烯醇膜中,制成洗涤剂凝珠的形式,使用简单,实现定量加入,避免认为倾倒造成浪费,使用绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例以及对比例对本发明技术方案进行进一步说明。
本发明的泡沫性能测试采用罗氏泡沫法,具体按照国标方法GB/T 13173的罗氏泡沫法进行测试,样品浓度按照实验设计需要进行称量,测试初始泡沫量和5min之后的泡沫量。
本发明原料均可从市场购得,以下列举原料相关商品信息。
甘油:可购自泰柯棕化;
1,2-丙二醇:可购自韩国SK。
单乙醇胺:可购自巴斯夫。
三乙醇胺:可购自巴斯夫。
十二烷基苯磺酸:阴离子表面活性剂,可购自湖南丽臣。
油酸:阴离子表面活性剂,可购自太平洋油脂。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9):AEO9,非离子表面活性剂,购自巴斯夫。
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,非离子表面活性剂,购自巴斯夫。
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:MEE,非离子表面活性剂,购自日本 LION。
碳酸钠:购自廊坊亚太龙兴化工有限公司。
过碳酸钠:购自浙江金科。
有机硅消泡剂,购自陶氏的GP4503消泡剂。
甲基甘氨酸二乙酸:,购自巴斯夫的MGDA螯合剂。
EO/PO嵌段共聚物,购自巴斯夫的LF403。
四乙酰基乙二胺:购自浙江金科。
污垢分散剂:购自路博润的牌号为AD810G分散剂聚合物。
本发明具体实施方式中的用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂采用本领域技术人员所熟知的各种方法制备。粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的配制可以通过常规手段进行,具体应该根据组分在溶液中的状态和作用,以及组分的稳定性选择合适的加料顺序,具体的粉体洗涤剂的配制包括如下步骤:
1)向配料锅按照质量份数依次加入碱性助剂、柠檬酸钠、螯合剂,搅拌均匀;
2)加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀;
3)依次加入过碳酸钠和四乙酰乙二胺,搅拌均匀;
4)加入其它助剂,生物酶制剂,搅拌均匀。
5)继续对配料锅中物料进行充分的搅拌均匀,检验合格,出料。
其中,液体洗涤剂的配制包括如下步骤:
1)按照质量份数计算称取溶剂。
2)按照质量份数计算称取阴离子表面活性剂溶解在溶剂中,混合搅拌均匀,溶解完全。
3)再加入中和剂,充分搅拌,溶解完全。
4)依次加入非离子表面活性剂进行混合搅拌,直至澄清透明。
5)最后加入助剂,水是用来溶剂某些粉状的助剂的,进行混合搅拌均匀,出料即可制备得到本发明所述的液体洗涤剂。
将以上制备得到的粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂按照一定比例用PVA 水溶性薄膜在多腔封膜包装机器进行包裹,即可得到粉液结合的餐具洗涤剂凝珠。
其中粉体洗涤剂中各组分的重量份数与液体洗涤剂中各组分的重量份数相互独立,即粉体洗涤剂中各组分的重量份数表示各组分的重量比,而粉体洗涤剂中的某组分的重量份数与液体洗涤剂中的某组分之间的重量份数不相关。
实施例1

用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂要求初始泡沫量较低,最好在10mL以下,表2中当粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的质量比为6g:1g;12g:2g; 10g:1g时,初始泡沫量较低。

按照表3中餐具洗涤剂的粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂配方配置餐具洗涤剂。

将表6中的粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂以表2的比例混合后按照 GB/T 13173的罗氏泡沫法进行测试,初始泡沫量均高于20mL。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括粉体洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂,所述粉体洗涤剂和所述液体洗涤剂的质量比为(6-12):1,所述粉体洗涤剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
碱性助剂20-50份、过碳酸钠10-40份、四乙酰基乙二胺2-8份、非离子表面活性剂1-4份、生物酶制剂1-3份、柠檬酸钠10-20份、螯合剂1-8份和有机硅消泡剂2-10份;
所述液体洗涤剂包括以下质量份数的组分:
溶剂25-50份、表面活性剂40-60份、中和剂3-8.5份和水3-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述粉体洗涤剂中的碱性助剂包括碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和无水偏硅酸钠中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述粉体洗涤剂中的非离子表面活性剂包括异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和EO/PO嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述粉体洗涤剂中的生物酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述粉体洗涤剂中的螯合剂包括乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述粉体洗涤剂中还包括1-10份的其它助剂,所述粉体洗涤剂中的其它助剂包括污垢分散剂和香精中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述液体洗涤剂中的溶剂包括甘油、1,2-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙醇和聚乙二醇中的至少两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述液体洗涤剂中的表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯硫酸钠、油酸、椰子油酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物中的至少两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述液体洗涤剂中的中和剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述用于洗碗机的餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,还包括设有至少两个腔室的聚乙烯醇膜,所述粉体洗涤剂和所述液体洗涤剂分别被包裹于所述聚乙烯醇膜的不同腔室内。
