Abstract

Description

流体泵送分配器
本发明涉及一种流体泵送分配器,这种分配器具有一泵体,其带有构成泵腔的泵筒,还具有一与该泵腔连通的阀控产品入口通路。一手动往复柱塞带有构成从泵腔通向心轴外侧端上一排放喷口的排放通路的空心心轴,和安装在所述心轴的内侧端可进行相对滑动的泵活塞,泵体带有可将柱塞保持在一抬升位置的柱塞返回弹簧。
前面所述类型的流体泵送分配器是很常见的,尽管许多已知的泵送分配器具有某些缺点,但是提供高技术水平的改进型泵常常需要很高的生产和组装成本,而若考虑经济因素则在技术先进性方面要大打折扣。
美国专利No.5,615,806披露了一种柱塞高位锁定式分配器,这种分配器的工作方式为,手动压下柱塞/喷口使装有活塞的中空柱塞心轴向下运动,从而对灌装在由分配器体泵筒构成的泵腔中的液体加压。位于泵腔中的活塞返回弹簧在泵体喉部和活塞之间伸展,并在该喉部形成了球形罩或入口球形止回阀。活塞以在心轴上可进行有限的滑动的方式被安装,从而在压缩行程中活塞打开心轴上的排放口使液体在压力作用下通过排放通路和喷口排出。活塞走过一个完整的行程可从泵腔中排出一定量的产品,排出量与活塞行程的长度成正比。在上行程中,在弹簧的作用下活塞返回到抬升位置,从而泵腔的体积增大而泵腔内的压力减小,使与泵送分配器连接的液体容器中的产品通过打开的入口阀被吸入泵腔。
如同所有的手动泵送分配器一样,泵腔中必须灌装产品将泵腔中的空气排出。空气最初是利用活塞的移动排出的。但是对于已有的结构形式来说,泵腔中的具有可压缩性的空气常常造成心轴和活塞一同移动,直至达到下行程的端部仍不能打开排出泵腔中空气的排放口,在下行程的端部心轴须稍稍在活塞行程的底端向下移动将排放口打开。在返回行程时该排放口是关闭的,产品通过未关闭的入口球形止回阀被吸入体积增大的泵腔。
这种分配器主要是用来配送具有中等粘度的液体,液体肥皂和类似产品,所做的许多低粘度产品配送的尝试都失败了,原因是在密封面处的密封效果不是很有效。而且,配送高粘度液体或可变粘度(胶体类)液体时也难以取得满意的效果,可能这类液体只是最近才得以广泛应用而配送分配器的内部通路还未做针对性的改进。
本发明的主要目的是克服上述问题。相应于本发明的泵送分配器具有安装在心轴内侧端的塞元件,心轴的内侧端还装有可相对滑动的活塞,活塞带有与塞元件上相对的环形槽形成排放阀的环形凸伸部分。在压缩行程中,心轴和活塞的相对运动使排放口打开,在塞元件的下游侧形成与构成排放通路的中空心轴内部相连通的环形开口。这样就避免了对排放口的不同尺寸需求,有助于在分装高粘度流体时取得良好效果。
同样,相应于本发明的分配器具有柱塞的上端锁定和下端锁定功能。在下端锁定状态时柱塞零件的环形密封面与泵腔底部的直径减小部分形成密封,这样在运输和储存等非使用期间可以将关闭的入口通路可靠密封。
通过下面结合附图对本发明的详细描述可对本发明的其他目的、优点和新颖的特点有更清楚的理解。

图1和图2所示的相应于本发明的流体泵送分配器包括泵体2,泵体2带有形成泵腔4的泵筒,泵腔4带有内表面6和底面8。泵体固定在普通的封盖10上,封盖10可将分配器安装在盛有待配送产品的容器(图中未示)上。泵腔的内径在9处变小,围绕底面8有环形的锥段11,它的作用后面会详细叙述。
分配器包括带有空心心轴22的手动往复柱塞12,在心轴的上端装有普通的喷口19。柱塞返回弹簧13围绕着在泵腔外部的心轴,并且伸展在柱塞侧缘内表面上具有适当形状的凸肋17或类似结构与内套14的内缘7之间,该内套由于其凸缘14′(见图8和图9)与泵体的上部外凸缘2′搭接而被固定地安装在泵体中。
柱塞返回弹簧包括“干”弹簧,因为弹簧处于泵腔之外因此不会被所配送的液体浸湿。这就可以避免返回弹簧与液体产品之间的相容性以及其他与产品液流的干扰问题。在柱塞往复运动时,弹簧以通常的方式使柱塞从图2中的最低位置返回到图1中的最高抬升位置。
图8和图9所示形式的内套14,或图10至13所示形式的内套14A固定安装在泵体中。内套具有一对相对置的轴向凹槽15、上部环形槽16和下部环形槽18。上部环形槽16带有止动台肩16′,下部环形槽18带有止动台肩18′。
柱塞12可以相对于泵体2绕自身中心轴线旋转,柱塞侧缘12′带有一对对置的径向向外延伸的凸块20(见图7),凸块中间间隔一定距离以在其间形成一槽口或空隙50。应该注意到,图7只示出这样成对凸块中的一对,对面的一对位于柱塞侧缘的对面一侧。
当柱塞处于其最高抬升位置时,可以手动旋转柱塞使凸块20沿上部环形槽16转动直至对置的凸块与轴向槽15对正。这样就可以压下柱塞以正常方式进行配送操作,凸块20受到对置的一对轴向槽15引导并沿着轴向槽15滑动。旋转柱塞12使凸块20与止动台肩16′配合,即可将柱塞12锁定在其上端位置,这样任何压下柱塞12的努力都是徒劳的。而且,如果旋转柱塞12使凸块20与轴向槽15对正,并在对正状态下压下柱塞12,然后再旋转柱塞12直至其凸块20脱离与轴向槽15对正的状态并处于止动台肩18′之下,即可将柱塞12锁定在其下端位置。凸块20与止动台肩18′之间的配合将柱塞锁定在图2所示的其下端位置。
柱塞的空心心轴22带有内侧端部平面24(图4),心轴22的内侧端部是缩小的并形成了内部轴肩25和外部轴肩25′。图3所示的空心活塞26套装在心轴22的内侧端,带有与心轴外部轴肩25′相面对的内部轴肩29,如图1和图2所示。活塞26安装在心轴上可以相对于心轴22在图2所示的排放打开位置和图1所示的排放关闭位置之间做轴向滑动,通过轴肩25′和29的抵靠构成了活塞26的上端限位。
活塞26包括带有内侧圆柱形表面30的环形凸伸部分28。
塞元件32固定安装在心轴22的内侧端部,塞元件32带有与泵腔底端8对着的外侧平面34,还带有相对的侧面36。平面34上设有如图所示向径向和下方延伸的环形密封侧缘37。当柱塞12处于图2所示的最低的下端锁定位置时,密封37与泵腔内表面6的锥形部分11紧密配合。这样,在运输、储存或非使用期间可以避免出现通过密封不严的入口球形止回阀39造成的任何渗漏。
利用一对对置的在其内端带有卡头40的弹性杆38可将塞元件32固定安装在位。
如图9和图11至13所示,每个对置的轴向槽15都带有大体处于中心的细长凸棱56。当旋转柱塞12使柱塞的对置凸块20与槽15在轴向方向对正,以使柱塞12解除锁定开始进行配送工作时,每对对置的凸块对20中的其中一个凸块会与凸棱56抵靠,这样就为操作者提供了柱塞12已处于可工作位置的信号。操作者在同一方向继续转动柱塞12会使每一成对凸块中的第一个凸块越过抵靠的凸棱56,这样凸棱56就会进入槽口50将柱塞12可靠地固定在非锁定的可进行配送的工作位置上。在越过凸棱56时,操作者可以感觉到这一动作并可以听到轻微的喀哒声,使操作者能够确认柱塞12已处于非锁定的位置。
凸棱60(图9)以类似的方式设置在内套14上靠近止动台肩16′处。因此,柱塞12在抬升位置上进行旋转而使凸块20与轴向槽15脱离配合并搭接在止动台肩16′之上时,每对凸块20中前面的一个凸块会与凸棱60配合,操作者继续稍微转动柱塞12,凸块20就会越过凸棱60使凸棱60卡入槽口50中。而且,操作者可以感觉到凸块/凸棱的这一配合并可以听到明显的喀哒声,从而使操作者能够确认柱塞已处于上部锁定位置。
为了使操作者能够确认柱塞已如愿处于下部锁定位置,内套14的对置的厚壁部分(即有效形成止动台肩16′和18′的部分)带有一个形成下部环形槽18的通孔。并且还形成有一弹性杆52,其界定了与每个对置的下部止动台肩18′相连的球体54。球体54的作用与凸棱60的作用相同,当转动柱塞12而柱塞凸块20将球体54撑起而使其进入槽口50中时,操作者能够从感觉和听觉上确认柱塞12已处于下部锁定位置。
另外,带有与内套14相同的长凸棱56的内套14A还带有一对对置的细长凸棱60,其处于上部止动台肩16′和下部止动台肩18′的中心位置。凸棱60越过构成下部环形槽18的缺口,在模制过程中需制出中断部分58。
在操作时,当柱塞12处于最高抬升位置和非锁定状态时,其凸块20被转动到与对置的轴向槽15对正的位置,然后以任何正常的方式手动压下柱塞12头部,即可使柱塞12在泵腔4中的往复运动过程中对产品施加压力。在柱塞12的每个向下压缩的过程中,活塞26相对于柱塞心轴22从图1的位置向上移动到图2的位置,通过抵靠止动轴肩25′和29被限定住。活塞26与泵筒内表面6之间的摩擦接合有助于使柱塞心轴的下移略先于活塞的下移,因而产生一无效运动效应。
活塞26的环形凸伸部分28形成一排放阀,其位于塞元件32上相对的环形槽44。塞元件32的侧面36形成了与空心心轴22内部连通的环形缝隙42,空心心轴22内部通过弹性杆38之间的间隙构成了排放通路(见图6)。这样,在活塞26的每个返回抽吸行程中,在活塞和心轴的无效运动过程中,由于凸伸部分28与槽44紧密配合将排放阀关闭,因而可以以正常方式通过吸管35和未封闭的入口球形止回阀39将产品吸入泵腔4。活塞26与泵筒内表面6之间的少许摩擦阻力有助于使柱塞心轴22在返回方向上的轴向运动略先于活塞26。
通过手动旋转柱塞12使凸块20与槽15脱开并转到止动台肩16′之上将凸块“锁定”在位,可将柱塞12锁定在其上端位置。也可通过旋转柱塞12首先使凸块20与轴向槽15对正再使凸块与槽15脱开并转到止动台肩18′之下将凸块“锁定”在位,即可将柱塞12锁定在图2所示的其最低位置。
为了更有效避免渗漏,本发明的分配器可以是无孔的,即未装设5,615,806专利中的分配器中可控排气的容器排气孔。因此,产品装在带有外壳中的可折叠的袋子或类似的容器中,或者与分配器配用的容器是带有随动活塞的,即随产品从容器中不断抽出随动活塞不断缩减容器的产品体积。
相应于本发明的分配器可以分配不同粘度的产品,如洗面液,化妆品,脂质体,机械专用皂,高粘度胶体,液体手套(liquid gloves),药用胶体等。本分配器还适用于分装过氧化氢,mercromina,碘酊以及任何由于流动性差常采用逐滴供给的产品,还可以利用“无孔”的特点来分装含有蛋白质和利用管道输送的药品。
很明显,根据上述的说明可以对本发明做出各种变化和修改。因此可以理解在权利要求所规定的范围内可以以与上面叙述方式不同的方式实施本发明。

Claims (9)

1.一种流体泵送分配器,其特征在于,包括:
一泵体(20),该泵体(2)带有可将泵体(2)安装在待分配产品的容器上的装置,该泵体(2)还带有构成泵腔(4)的泵筒和与所述泵腔(4)连通的阀控产品入口通路,
一手动往复泵送柱塞(12),其具有一空心心轴(22),该心轴(22)构成与所述泵腔(4)连通的排放通路,所述柱塞(12)带有位于所述心轴(22)的外端的一排放喷口(19),
一泵送活塞(26),其安装在所述心轴(22)的内侧端进行相对滑动,
所述泵体(2)带有可将所述柱塞(12)保持在抬升位置的柱塞返回弹簧(13),
在所述心轴(22)和所述活塞(26)之间起到对在排放打开和关闭位置之间的相对滑动进行限位的装置,所述活塞(26)带有朝向所述泵腔(4)的底面延伸的环形凸伸部分(28),
一塞元件(32),其固定地安装在所述心轴(22)的所述内侧端,所述塞元件(32)带有朝向所述泵腔(4)的底面的外表面,在排放关闭位置,所述凸伸部分(28)与所述塞元件(32)可形成密封配合;在排放打开位置,由于所述活塞(26)的相对滑动,所述凸伸部分(28)与所述塞元件(32)分开一定距离,所述塞元件(32)的外表面密封住在所述塞元件(32)的最低位置处关闭的排放通路。
2.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述柱塞返回弹簧(13)安装在所述泵体(2)中的所述泵腔(4)之外。
3.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述塞元件(32)带有在所述最低位置时与所述泵腔(4)的底部的所述泵筒的内径减小处相配合的环形密封(37)。
4.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述塞元件(32)带有伸进所述活塞心轴(22)的所述内侧端部中用于将所述塞元件(32)固定在所述心轴(22)上的连接结构。
5.如权利要求4所述的分配器,其特征在于,包括作用在所述连接结构和所述心轴(22)之间使二者形成卡装配合的装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的分装泵,其特征在于,所述柱塞(12)可绕其中心轴线自由转动并带有沿径向方向延伸的凸块(20),一内套(14)固定地安装在所述泵体(2)上,所述内套(14)的内壁上有横向延伸的分别带有止动台肩(16′,18′)的上部环形槽(16)和下部环形槽(18),所述内套(14)还带有至少一个连在上部环形槽(16)和下部环形槽(18)之间的轴向槽(15),用于在往复运动时容纳所述凸块(20),在柱塞(12)处于上部锁定位置时所述凸块(20)与所述上部环形槽(16)的所述台肩(16′)相配合,在柱塞(12)处于下部锁定位置时所述凸块(20)与所述下部环形槽(18)的所述台肩(18′)相配合。

9.如权利要求7所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第二轴向凸棱(60)靠近所述下部环形槽(18)的所述台肩(18′),在柱塞(12)处于下部锁定位置时所述槽口(50)与所述第二轴向凸棱(60)配合将所述凸块(20)可靠地保持在所述第二凸棱位置上。
