Abstract
在一种将一贮存容器内的液体灌注到众多小容
器内的设备中,在其底部上设有多个灌注管和一个阀
体及一根气管,该气管通过贮存容器内腔的全长延伸
出去。在气管内设有一个电作用的液位探针,其连接
导线通过延长管延伸出去并在从贮存容器(2)突起的
部分上延长管与一控制装置连接。从而连接导线可
以免受容器碎片、灌注的液体等的损害而得到保护并
可得到较高的功能可靠性。
Description
本发明涉及一种将液体灌注到容器内的设备如权利要求1中前言部分所述。
这种设备曾经公开过,在该已公开的设备中,在与贮存容器底部孔连接的导引灌注管的孔眼上设有一根横档,在该横档上装有气管,液位探针的连接导线亦从横档上向侧边引出(见DE-OS1943503)。对从贮存容器流出的液体,该横档构成相当大的流动阻力,因此灌注效率就不可能高。另外液位探针位在贮存容器下面完全处在潮湿区域或产品区域,在该处由于容器碎片、充填液体等液位探针易被干扰或损害。同时由于其他工艺步骤所需要的气体阀如压缩气体阀、返回气体阀等以及液流阀的执行元件都设在横档区域也就是在贮存容器下面的潮湿区域内,因此难于进入并清洗。再者要在这个区域安排替代工艺步骤用的另外的气体阀也有困难,几乎不再可能。
另外还有一种将液体灌注到容器内的设备已被公开,在该设备中灌注管设在贮存容器的近旁并通过一个水平孔与贮存容器侧壁上的孔连接(见DE-OS1632004)。液流阀的阀体、穿过该阀体的气管、以及设在气管内的电作用的液位探针都被装在一个专用的设在贮存容器近旁管壳内。这样虽然电作用的液位探针用的连接电缆可从增设管壳的上方引出,离开潮湿区域并因此免受液体的影响;但这种构造需要庞大的加工费用和材料费用。除此以外液体从贮存容器到灌注管的多次猛烈的转折也会提高流动的阻力并从而损害灌注的效率。
本发明的目的基本在于使开始时所述那种容器灌装设备的灌注效率和功能可靠性提高并使容易制造的程序改善。
上述目的按照本发明是通过权利要求1的特征部分中所指出的特征来达到的。
在本发明的设备中,液位探针用的电气连接线和气管用的气体连接管可以没有空间问题地安排在贮存器上方的受保护区域内。为此而引起的气管和液位探针或连接电缆的延长只需增加少量的费用并且至少部分可从垂直孔眼内从而可能取消的模档得到补偿。通过这根横档的取消,除了可以得一条最大的低阻力的液体流动路径外,还可使液体没有多少转折近乎垂直地从贮存容器出来,通过其底部孔、连接孔和灌注管流入容器内。因此可以得到一个很高的灌注效率。
本发明的另外一些有效的构造分别在各从属权利要求中指出。
按照权利要求2和3的实施例能够使加工和装配特别精确的方便。
按照权利要求4至7的实施例可使加工费用和流动阻力较多地降低,其时为了操作液流阀,气管可被提起,液位探针可固定地连结在气管上,在操作液流阀时与气管一起作上下运动;液位探针也可固定地被夹持着,并相对于气管气密并可移动地被导引着。
按照权利要求8至13的实施例特别适宜用于在超过大气压及/或无菌的条件下灌注CO2含量较多的饮料。这些实施例很容易适合各种实用的灌注条件。
按照权利要求14至16的实施例能够得到特别合适的流动条件从而得到很高的灌注效率。它们为液位探针采用了连接的延长线,为液流阀采用了执行元件,还采用了装在液体贮存器上方最佳位置的气体阀。
下面借助附图说明本发明的一个实施例。图中所示为一容器灌装设备的立剖面图,其中部分为示意图。
图中画出的设备是在压力超过大气压的条件下用来将含有碳酸气的饮料如啤酒灌装到瓶1内的。该设备有一封闭的环形的横截面与轴线基本成直角的贮存容器2,能环绕一条垂直的轴线33转动。贮存容器2内的饮料注入到水平线34为止,在其上面灌装的是由高含量的CO2与空气的混合物组成的压缩气体。饮料和压缩气体的灌注是通过图上未画出的径向管道、转动分配器等用通常的方式进行的。
在贮存容器2的底部紧固着多个沿圆周均匀分布的阀块35,在每一阀块的底部设有一根灌注管3,其上有一垂直的圆筒形的外流孔。从灌注管3向上越过一个圆锥形的扩大口便进入一个同心的垂直的、表面为圆筒形的孔眼4。在该孔眼4中设有一个可在高度方向上移动而同样具有圆筒形表面的阀体7,其直径小于孔眼4的直径。在阀体7的圆周上设有一条螺旋形的液体导面32,通过该导面液体不仅可流入孔眼4内而且可对准中心。阀体7与灌注管3和孔眼4之间的圆锥形过渡面共同构成一个液流阀8。向上完全敞开的孔眼4是通过一个设在贮存容器2底部6上的圆形孔5与容器内腔直接连接的。
在阀块35上另外设有一条向下倾斜通向灌注管3的沟道27,该沟道27通过一个节流阀29和一个控制阀28与一环形贮存部30连接。沟道27可以通过中车个控制阀31绕过节流阀29直接与贮存部30连接。该贮存部30在正常灌装作业时可以与大气连通,以便它在瓶1灌装完毕而充气时可以打开阀门28通过节流阀29接纳压缩气体。在清洗作业时沟道30可以作为引入或引出清洗剂之用,其时控制阀31被打开。贮存部30与贮存容器2同以轴线33为中心并一同环绕它转动。
在阀块35的下面设有一个中心盖36和一个密封环37以便流入瓶内,中心盖36通过一个滑块38可在高度方向滑动地支承在贮存容器2上。此外每个阀块35都设有一个没有画出的提升装置,阀块35是与贮存容器2一起转动的,并以通常的方式用密封环37的中间连接使瓶1气密和液密地接压在灌注管3上。
在阀体7的底部紧固着一根垂直的从灌注管3的中央穿过的气管9,这样就给外流的液体留下一个环形的通道。气管9向下突出比灌注管3还要多出去少许或者说进入一个按压在灌注管3上的瓶1内。往上去紧接气管9是一根垂直的与阀体7构成一体的延长管15。延长管15与气管9同心并具有一个大致相同的穿通的横截面,因此气管9、阀体7和延长管15的孔眼构成一个穿通的气体通道。
延长管15在高度上穿过贮存容器2的整个内腔并且向上突起超过贮存容器2或其盖板14有一段距离。延长管15的这一向上突起的部分可在一控制块39内沿高度方向移动并被气密地导引着。控制块39紧固在贮存容器2的盖板14上的孔眼40的区域内,孔眼40与底板6上的孔眼5同心,或者说正好在后者的上方。
在控制块39内设有一个环形的环绕延长管15的气室41,该气室41通过延长管15上的横穿孔与其内腔持续连通。另外在控制块39内设有一根压缩气体导管17,该导管17一方面连接着一个节流阀19和一个控制阀18,另一方面连接着另一个控制阀16和另一根通向气室41的导管。通过相应地操作控制阀16和18可使气管9节流及/或不节流地与贮存容器2内的压缩气体室连通。通常在控制阀16打开时不节流的路线是用来使瓶子1在注入液体前预加压力以及在注入液体时使从瓶子1被排挤出来的压缩气体不节流地返回到贮存容器2内。通过打开控制阀18并关闭控制阀16使返回气体通过节流阀19引出,能使流出的压缩气体或返回气体受到约束,因此灌装速度可以放慢。
气室41还通过另外的导管和控制阀20至23与另外的贮存部24至26连通,这些贮存部24至26也是成为环形并以轴线33为共同的中心线。贮存部24至26包括控制阀20至23远离潮湿区域并在贮存容器2的上方,易于接近,它们与贮存容器一同转动。增添的贮存部24至26可按照灌装方法作各种用途,例如含有蒸汽、与一真空泵连接、或当灌装时接纳从瓶1中排挤出来的返回气体。控制阀20至23与控制阀28和31完全一样,可以通过一个电子的控制装置12使它们按预定的时点打开和关闭。在图中所有控制阀都画成处于关闭状态。
在气管9及其延长管15的内部设有一根条状的液位探针10。该探针10主要由一根直的不锈钢丝构成,除了一段位在气管9内的微长的测量区以外,其余部分贯通全长都是绝缘的。利用图上未画出的绝缘套上的零件即间隔保持器,可使液位探针10固定在气管9或其延长管15的中央,以便在探针10和气管9或其延长管15的长孔之间留出一个足够大的环形的气体通道。在液位探针10的顶端有一由覆盖着绝缘层的导电材料制成的圆筒形加厚部42,借助于该加厚部42加上一个图上未画出的螺塞的作用,液位探针可松开地并气密地紧固在此外都已封闭的延长管15的顶面上。在松开图上未画出的螺塞时,液位探针10还可向上从气管9或延长管15中取出。顶端去除绝缘的加厚部42从延长管15向上伸出,其上紧固着一个带有一条通向控制装置12的柔性连接导线11的电接触插头43。因此在液位探针10与控制装置12之间的电连接线位在贮存容器2的上方的远离潮湿区域而受到良好保护的地方。同时液位探针10位在气管9或延长管15内的区域也是受到良好保护不使受到损害和干扰的。
在接触插头43的底面和控制块39的顶面之间设有一个与延长管15同心的压缩弹簧44,该弹簧44力图使接触插头43以及包括阀体7在内的延长管15向上移动。在接触插头43的顶面作用着一个形式为气缸的执行元件13,该元件紧固在控制块39的顶面上。执行元件13也是通过电子控制装置12来操作的。在图中所画的相位上,执行元件13正通入压缩空气,因此其活塞通过接触插头43和延长管15加压在阀体7上使它向上移动,抵压在其阀座上,从而克服弹簧44的弹力使液流阀保持封闭。
借助于控制阀20至23及贮存部24至26对瓶1进行可能需要的用蒸汽或真空的预处理后,只将控制阀16打开并使执行元件13放气。压缩气体便从贮存容器2流出,通过气管9流入到瓶1内,一直到气压相等为止,其时弹簧44自动将液流阀8打开,液体开始流动。液体从贮存容器2流出几乎不受约束通过孔眼5和4及灌注孔3流到瓶1内,其时液体通过螺旋导面32旋转起来,因此沿着瓶1的内壁流下。一旦瓶1内的液位达到一个在液位探针10的微长测量区内的预定高度时,控制装置12就作出反应,并通过执行元件13的进气使液流阀8还可能使控制阀16或18立即关闭。如果对液体流入的终止用控制装置12在时间上加以控制,到时使控制阀16关闭并使控制阀18打开,这样返回气体就会流出,从而强制使灌装速度受到约束,这时液位测量的精度尚可提高。
Claims (18)
1、将一贮存容器内的一种液体灌注到众多容器内的设备,在贮存容器的底部至少设有一根灌注管,该管通过一个垂直的孔与贮存容器底部的一个孔眼连接,其时在该垂直孔内有一液流阀的阀体可在高度方向上移动,该阀体被一根垂直的气管穿过,在该气管内部至少在局部有一电作用的液位探针并可能有其连接导线,该导线与一能施加作用在阀体上的执行元件的控制装置连接,其特征在于,在气管(9)上设有一根穿越贮存容器(2)的内腔及其盖板(14)的延长管(15),电作用的液位探针(10)及/或其连接导线(11)就通过这根延长管(15)延伸出来并在从贮存容器(2)突起的部分上与控制装置(12)连接。
2、按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于,延长管(15)为圆形的并与气管(9)同心地延伸。
3、按照权利要求2的设备,其特征在于,延长管(15)具有基本上与气管(9)相同的横截面。
4、按照权利要求1至3中任一项的设备,其特征在于,气管(9)及其延长管(15)可在高度方向上移动地被支承着并与液流阀(8)的阀体(7)牢固地结合在一起。
5、按照权利要求4的设备,其特征在于,液流阀(8)的阀体(7)与气管(9)及/或其延长管(15)构成一体。
6、按照权利要求4或5的设备,其特征在于,气管(9)的延长管(15)可在高度方向上移动地和气密地支承在贮存容器(2)的盖板(14)上。
7、按照权利要求4至6中任一项的设备,其特征在于,使液流阀(8)的阀体(7)移动的执行元件(13)设在贮存容器(2)的顶面上并施加作用在气管(9)的延长管(15)从贮存容器(2)突起的部分上。
8、按照权利要求1至7中任一项的设备,其特征在于,气管(9)的延长管(15)从贮存容器(2)突起的部分通过一个控制阀(16)和压缩气体导管(17)与一压缩气体贮存部连接。
9、按照权利要求8的设备,其特征在于,压缩气体导管(17)通向贮存容器(2)的上部。
10、按照权利要求8或9的设备,其特征在于,压缩气体导管(17)有一设有节流阀(19)的岔路,该岔路通过一个独自的控制阀(18)与气管(9)的延长管(15)连通。
11、按照权利要求8至10中任一项的设备,其特征在于,气管(9)的延长管(15)从贮存容器(2)上突起的部分通过导管和控制阀(20至23)与气体或液体介质用的其他贮存部(24至26)连接。
12、按照权利要求1至11中任一项的设备,其特征在于,一条通向灌注管(3)的沟道(27)通过一个控制阀(28)和一个节流阀(29)可以放空或导向一个贮存部(30)。
13、按照权利要求1至12中任一项的设备,其特征在于,一条通向灌注管(3)的沟道(27)通过一个控制阀(31)与一个气体或液体介质用的贮存部(30)连接。
14、按照权利要求1至13中任一项的设备,其特征在于,垂直孔(4)和液流阀(8)的阀体(7)都具有基本上为圆筒形的绝缘套部分,其时阀体(7)的绝缘套部分具有比孔(4)的绝缘套部分略小的直径。
15、按照权利要求14的设备,其特征在于,垂直孔(4)和阀体(7)的圆筒形绝缘套部分具有基本上相同的长度。
16、按照权利要求14或15的设备,其特征在于,在阀体(7)的圆筒形绝缘套部分上至少构成一个螺旋形导面(32),利用该导面(32),阀体(7)在垂直孔(4)内移动时可对准中心。
17、按照权利要求1至16中任一项的设备,其特征在于,在贮存容器(2)的底部(6)上至少紧固着一个阀块(35),在该阀块(35)邻近灌注管(3)之处至少有一液流阀(8),在贮存容器(2)的盖部(14)上在阀体(35)的上方紧固着一个控制块(39),该控制块(39)至少有一个压缩气体阀(16),还有,返回气管(9)及其延长管(15)将控制块(39)与阀块(35)连接起来。
18、按照权利要求17的设备,其特征在于,在贮存容器(2)的底部(6)和盖部(14)上设有一对同心的上下设置的孔眼(5,40),并在这两孔眼上分别连接着阀块(5)或控制块(39)。
