本发明涉及橡胶塑料助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂。
背景技术
橡胶塑料制品要具备优良的性能,加工过程经过硫化工序,所谓硫化是使橡胶线性分子链结构通过硫化剂的“架桥”而变成立体网状机构,从而使橡胶塑料制品的机械物理性能得到明显的改善,经过硫化后的制品解决了固有的强度低、弹性小、冷硬热粘、易老化等缺陷,耐磨性、耐老化性能和化学稳定性提高,扩大了应用范围。硫磺和有机过氧化物是应用最多的硫化剂,在橡胶塑料工业上起着重要的作用。
硫磺是易燃固体,闪点207℃,熔点112.8℃,当空气中硫磺粉尘的含量≥35g/m3时,接触到火源能引起爆炸,而且硫磺粉尘也很易带静电产生火花,继而燃烧引发火灾。硫磺属于4.1类危险品,随着硫磺粉粒径的减小,硫磺粉的最小点火能量大幅度降低,因此在运输和储存过程中要避免摩擦产生小颗粒硫磺粉尘,防止泄出硫磺粉末,以免硫磺粉末与空气形成爆炸性混合物。
有机过氧化物具有强氧化性,分子结构中含有过氧基(-O-O-),性质极不稳定,遇到摩擦、撞击、光、高温及还原剂等,均有引起能着火爆炸的危险。为防止爆炸,一般将其单独储存于阴凉、通风的库房。且对库房内的温度、照明设备和通风设施都有严格的规定。

因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,解决现有技术常用的硫磺和有机过氧化物这些硫化剂运输和储存过程处理不当易燃易爆的安全隐患问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂包括硫化剂、填充剂和粘合剂,所述硫化剂为硫磺或过氧化物,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、白炭黑、陶土、滑石粉、硅酸盐、环烷油中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物,所述粘合剂为聚乙二醇。
进一步的改进是:所述硫化剂、填充剂、粘合剂按重量比1:2-4:0.24-0.48混合而成。
进一步的改进是:所述填充剂替换成促进剂,所述促进剂为二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂、黄原酸盐类促进剂、秋兰姆促进剂、噻唑类促进剂、次磺酰胺类促进剂、胍类促进剂、醛胺类促进剂、硫脲类促进剂中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
进一步的改进是:所述复合架桥助剂由硫化剂、促进剂、粘合剂按重量比1:0.54-2:0.15-0.25混合而成。
进一步的改进是:所述填充剂替换成活性剂,所述活性剂为氧化锌、碳酸锌、硬脂酸、氧化镁、二甘醇、甘油中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
进一步的改进是:所述复合架桥助剂由硫化剂、活性剂、粘合剂按重量比1:0.8-2.5:0.12-0.24混合而成。

本发明针对硫磺和有机过氧化物运输和储存过程的不安全性,将硫磺或有机过氧化物进行惰化预防,既向其中混以惰性稳定物质,压制成复合架桥助剂,用于橡胶塑料制造过程中的硫化工序。复合架桥助剂不仅降低了硫磺和有机过氧化物这些硫化剂的燃烧和爆炸发生概率,而且避免了加工过程中粉尘飞扬,造成环境污染和危害工人身体健康,改善了生产车间的空气条件,生产车间无粉尘污染。将橡胶塑料加工过程中所用的一些添加剂优先与硫磺或有机过氧化物混合压制成复合架桥助剂,然后用于橡胶塑料制品的生产,这样做简化了操作步骤,能够更快速有效地完成投料工作。复合架桥助剂中所含的各种添加剂混合均匀,投放到反应器内后易分散均匀,节省混炼时间,提高生产效率。本发明制备的复合架桥助剂解决了硫磺和有机过氧化物处理不当易燃易爆的安全隐患问题,便于运输和储存。

一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,该复合架桥助剂由以下重量份原料组成:过氧化二异丙苯1份、白炭黑2份、聚乙二醇-40000.15份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.3份、硬脂酸1.3份、N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.9份、润湿剂0.7份、酚醛树脂1.5份。
制备方法为:将过氧化二异丙苯、白炭黑、聚乙二醇-4000、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、硬脂酸、N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺、润湿剂、酚醛树脂送入密炼机密炼6min,温度设为50℃,然后经过螺杆造粒机挤出均匀的颗粒。
实施例十五
一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,该复合架桥助剂由以下重量份原料组成:过氧化二苯甲酰1份、环烷油1份、滑石粉1.5份、聚乙二醇-40000.2份、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.45份、二甘醇1份、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.6份、增塑剂1.1份、三元乙丙橡胶1份。
制备方法为:将过氧化二苯甲酰、环烷油、滑石粉、聚乙二醇-4000、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二甘醇、2-巯基苯并咪唑、增塑剂、三元乙丙橡胶送入密炼机密炼8min,温度设为45℃,然后经过螺杆造粒机挤出均匀的颗粒。

Claims (10)
1.一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂包括硫化剂、填充剂和粘合剂,所述硫化剂为硫磺或过氧化物,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、白炭黑、陶土、滑石粉、硅酸盐、环烷油中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物,所述粘合剂为聚乙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述硫化剂、填充剂、粘合剂按重量比1:2-4:0.24-0.48混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述填充剂替换成促进剂,所述促进剂为二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂、黄原酸盐类促进剂、秋兰姆促进剂、噻唑类促进剂、次磺酰胺类促进剂、胍类促进剂、醛胺类促进剂、硫脲类促进剂中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂由硫化剂、促进剂、粘合剂按重量比1:0.54-2:0.15-0.25混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述填充剂替换成活性剂,所述活性剂为氧化锌、碳酸锌、硬脂酸、氧化镁、二甘醇、甘油中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂由硫化剂、活性剂、粘合剂按重量比1:0.8-2.5:0.12-0.24混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述填充剂替换成防老剂,所述防老剂为酮胺类防老剂、对苯二胺类防老剂、杂环类防老剂、酚类防老剂中的一种或者两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂由硫化剂、防老剂、粘合剂按重量比1:0.6-1.5:0.1-0.18混合而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂还包括促进剂、活性剂、防老剂、加工助剂和树脂,所述加工助剂为分散剂、润湿剂、增塑剂中的任意一种,所述树脂为EVA树脂、酚醛树脂、天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶中的任意一种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种便于运输与储存的复合架桥助剂,其特征在于:所述复合架桥助剂由硫化剂、填充剂、粘合剂、促进剂、活性剂、防老剂、加工助剂和树脂按重量比1:1.5-2.5:0.1-0.2:0.3-0.6:0.8-1.3:0.6-0.9:0.7-1.1:1-2混合而成。
