本发明涉及一种罗氏沼虾酵母提取物及其饲料组方。所述的酵母提取物是一种经氨基酸平衡后的水溶性良好的酵母细胞提取物干粉,其主要原料组成重量百分比(占干物质)为:粗蛋白56.7~63.2%,总脂肪0.9~1.2%,碳水化合物10.8~11.2%,粗灰分29.5~31.7%,总氨基酸含量为523.2~524.2mg.g‑1干物质,所述的饲料组方原料为:大豆粕15重量份、菜籽粕5重量份、花生粕10重量份、鱼粉13.8重量份、平衡酵母提取物13重量份、啤酒酵母3重量份、血粉4重量份、面粉18.9重量份、小麦麸5重量份、鱼油0.6重量份、大豆油2重量份、复合添加剂7.7重量份、磷酸二氢钙2重量份。本降低饲料中鱼粉水平,解决罗氏沼虾养殖高成本问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种罗氏沼虾酵母提取物及其饲料组方。
背景技术
罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii )亦称白脚虾、马来西亚大虾、金钱虾、万氏对虾等,素有淡水虾王之称。因其壳薄体肥、肉质鲜嫩、营养丰富、食性广、生长快、易驯养、养殖周期短等优点,已成为世界淡水虾类养殖的主要品种之一。饲料的应用是水产养殖的关键环节,近几年来,由于鱼粉及其他饲料原料价格的飙升使罗氏沼虾配合饲料的成本大幅提高。在不影响生长的情况下,降低饲料中鱼粉水平是降低饲料价格的关键,因此,寻求廉价的蛋白源替代饲料中鱼粉已成为水产饲料业的研究热点之一。
近年来,酵母细胞等微生物蛋白源因其营养丰富、蛋白质含量高、可工 业化生产且生产速率高等特点,得到了广泛的应用。在鱼粉替代研究中,不仅要考虑水产动物的生长性能和对饲料的利用性能,还要考虑替代后对养殖动物的免疫机能和抗病能力的影响。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种罗氏沼虾酵母提取物及其饲料组方,本发明通过酵母提取物部分或完全替代鱼粉,而且不影响罗氏沼虾的生长、蛋白质消化率和品质,降低饲料中鱼粉水平,解决罗氏沼虾养殖高成本问题。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的酵母提取物是一种经氨基酸平衡后的水溶性良好的酵母细胞提取物干粉,其主要原料组成重量百分比(占干物质)为:粗蛋白56.7~63.2%,总脂肪0.9~1.2%,碳水化合物10.8~11.2%,粗灰分29.5~31.7%,总氨基酸含量为523.2~524.2mg.g-1干物质,所述的饲料组方原料为: 大豆粕15重量份、菜籽粕5重量份、花生粕10重量份、鱼粉13.8重量份、平衡酵母提取物13重量份、啤酒酵母3重量份、血粉4重量份、面粉18.9重量份、小麦麸5重量份、鱼油0.6重量份、大豆油2重量份、复合添加剂7.7重量份、磷酸二氢钙2重量份。
本发明在不影响生长的情况下,降低饲料中鱼粉的使用量,解决罗氏沼虾养殖高成本问题,本发明通过酵母提取物部分或完全替代鱼粉,而且不影响罗氏沼虾的生长、蛋白质消化率和品质,降低饲料中鱼粉水平,解决罗氏沼虾养殖高成本问题。
具体实施方式
一种罗氏沼虾酵母提取物及其饲料组方,所述的酵母提取物是一种经氨基酸平衡后的水溶性良好的酵母细胞提取物干粉,其主要原料组成重量百分比(占干物质)为:粗蛋白56.7~63.2%,总脂肪0.9~1.2%,碳水化合物10.8~11.2%,粗灰分29.5~31.7%,总氨基酸含量为523.2~524.2mg.g-1干物质,所述的饲料组方原料为: 大豆粕15重量份、菜籽粕5重量份、花生粕10重量份、鱼粉13.8重量份、平衡酵母提取物13重量份、啤酒酵母3重量份、血粉4重量份、面粉18.9重量份、小麦麸5重量份、鱼油0.6重量份、大豆油2重量份、复合添加剂7.7重量份、磷酸二氢钙2重量份。

将饲料原料粉碎、过80目筛网备用,饲料的制作采用逐级扩大法将微量成分与其它饲料原料充分混合均匀,挤压制粒,干燥后4℃密封贮存备用。
饲养管理:
所有虾先在在水泥池(5m×2m×1.2m)暂养5d,然后从中挑选规格整齐、活力好的虾随机分配到4个网箱(100cm×100cm×80cm)中,每箱50尾。从2017年8月25日至10月5日,共42d。养殖用水为室外池塘养殖用水,养殖期间水温为23~28℃,连续充气保持溶解氧≥6.1mg/L,养殖期间定期监测水质并换水,控制氨氮≤0.4 mg/L,pH为8.0~8.5。每天投喂4次(0.6:00、10:00、15:00、20:00),投喂量为其体重的3%~5%左右。5天换水一次,换水量为水体的1/3左右。

1.一种罗氏沼虾酵母提取物及其饲料组方,其特征在于:所述的酵母提取物是一种经氨基酸平衡后的水溶性良好的酵母细胞提取物干粉,其主要原料组成重量百分比(占干物质)为:粗蛋白56.7~63.2%,总脂肪0.9~1.2%,碳水化合物10.8~11.2%,粗灰分29.5~31.7%,总氨基酸含量为523.2~524.2mg.g-1干物质,所述的饲料组方原料为: 大豆粕15重量份、菜籽粕5重量份、花生粕10重量份、鱼粉13.8重量份、平衡酵母提取物13重量份、啤酒酵母3重量份、血粉4重量份、面粉18.9重量份、小麦麸5重量份、鱼油0.6重量份、大豆油2重量份、复合添加剂7.7重量份、磷酸二氢钙2重量份。
