多维氨基酸植物饮品配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种氨基酸饮品,特别是一种多维氨基酸植物饮品配方。
背景技术
但是现在的儿童饮品产品只是单纯的补,它们忽略了营养不被吸收的真正元凶是铅超标。因此提供一种可以解决儿童铅超标,同时也补充多种营养成分的多维氨基酸植物饮品是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明提供了一种多维氨基酸植物饮品配方,其不仅解决了儿童铅超标,同时也给予补充多种营养成分。
其技术方式是,多维氨基酸植物饮品配方,由以下重量比的组份构成:枸杞子10、山楂15、大枣5、氨基酸粉1.5、水解蛋黄粉1、葡萄糖酸钙0.22、葡萄糖酸锌0.009、维生素E50%为0.004、维生素B6 99%为0.00011,维生素B12 99% 为0.00000011、柠檬酸0.1、甜菊糖苷0.18。
一种多维氨基酸植物饮品的制备工艺,按照配方中的量准备好各个成分,先将枸杞子、山楂和大枣浸泡30分钟后捞出,加入到40-60℃的温水中烧开后加热煎煮20分钟,过滤掉后取滤液,然后在滤液中加入40-60℃的温水烧开后煎煮15分钟,冷却静置12小时后过滤掉渣滓,后再液体中依次加入氨基酸粉、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、水解蛋黄粉、甜菊糖苷、三氯蔗糖溶解;
然后加热蒸煮40分钟,然后停止蒸煮,加入维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素E(先水溶解)搅拌至溶解,温度降至70℃加入柠檬酸。
本发明在排铅的同时给予营养的补充,有利于儿童营养的吸收。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式做出进一步说明。
多维氨基酸植物饮品配方,在100L饮品中按照KG计算由以下重量比的组份构成:枸杞子10、山楂15、大枣5、氨基酸粉1.5、水解蛋黄粉1、葡萄糖酸钙0.22、葡萄糖酸锌0.009、维生素E 50%为0.004、维生素B6 99%为0.00011,维生素B12 99% 为0.00000011、柠檬酸0.1、甜菊糖苷0.18。
一种多维氨基酸植物饮品的制备工艺,按照上述配方中的量准备好各个成分,先将枸杞子、山楂和大枣浸泡30分钟后捞出,加入到40-60℃的温水中烧开后加热煎煮20分钟,过滤掉后取滤液,然后在滤液中加入40-60℃的温水烧开后煎煮15分钟,冷却静置12小时后过滤掉渣滓,后再液体中依次加入氨基酸粉、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、水解蛋黄粉、甜菊糖苷、三氯蔗糖溶解;

维生素E 50%、维生素B6 99%,维生素B12 99%其中的百分比是维生素成分在加入的维生素粉中的质量占比,最终的液体为100L。
本发明中的水解蛋黄粉可以促进骨骼发育,维生素起到了活化氨基酸和辅助氨基酸的作用,将氨基酸的功效发挥到最大。氨基酸可以用来排铅,且可以增强儿童大脑发育,增强智力。
柠檬酸、甜菊糖、枸杞子、山楂和大枣用来调节饮品的味道,且其本申身也具有营养成分。使得儿童在排铅、补充营养物质的同时取得一个很好的口感,更加有利于儿童对该饮品的饮用。进一步提高了儿童的身体健康。
水解蛋黄粉可以促进骨骼的发育。
本发明在对儿童进行排铅的同时,给予营养成分的补充,增强骨骼营养成分的补充,增强大脑发育,增强智力,促进骨骼发育。

1.多维氨基酸植物饮品配方,其特征在于,由以下重量比的组份构成:枸杞子10、山楂15、大枣5、氨基酸粉1.5、水解蛋黄粉1、葡萄糖酸钙0.22、葡萄糖酸锌0.009、维生素E 50%为0.004、维生素B6 99%为0.00011,维生素B12 99% 为0.00000011、柠檬酸0.1、甜菊糖苷0.18。
2.一种多维氨基酸植物饮品的制备工艺,其特征在于,按照权利要求1配方中的量准备好各个成分,先将枸杞子、山楂和大枣浸泡30分钟后捞出,加入到40-60℃的温水中烧开后加热煎煮20分钟,过滤掉后取滤液,然后在滤液中加入40-60℃的温水烧开后煎煮15分钟,冷却静置12小时后过滤掉渣滓,后再液体中依次加入氨基酸粉、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、水解蛋黄粉、甜菊糖苷、三氯蔗糖溶解;
