As a preferred embodiment/mode, referring to fig. 5, in order to realize that the cart 141 automatically conveys a box meal to be sold into the microwave oven 11 for heating, the box meal feed port is covered with a door frame allowing the sealing movable door 1112 to move up and down, the door frame is a C-shaped frame with two ends folded inwards and a middle opening, a guide piece is arranged in the folded edge of the door frame, a guide groove is arranged in the guide piece, sliding parts matched with the guide groove are arranged on two sides of the sealing movable door 1112, a driving mechanism for driving the sealing movable door 1112 to move up and down is arranged above the door frame, a microwave leakage-preventing structure is arranged on one side of the sealing movable door 1112 facing the inside of the microwave oven body, a heat preservation door is arranged on one side of the sealing movable door facing the inside of the refrigerating chamber, and the cold air of the refrigerating chamber is preserved under the condition that the microwaves are not leaked, so that the loss is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment/implementation mode, referring to fig. 5, the box lunch outlet is covered with a door frame allowing the sealing movable door 1112 to move up and down, the door frame is a C-shaped frame with two ends folded inwards and an opening in the middle, a guide member is arranged in the folded edge of the door frame, a guide groove is arranged in the guide member, sliding parts matched with the guide groove are arranged on two sides of the sealing movable door 1112, a driving mechanism for driving the sealing movable door 1112 to move up and down is arranged above the door frame, a microwave leakage-proof structure is arranged on one side, facing the inside of the microwave oven body, of the sealing movable door 1112, and the box lunch outlet is arranged to facilitate the delivery of the box lunch from the outlet while ensuring that microwaves are not leaked.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a loading door 16 is provided in front of a door 1112 for sealing the box lunch outlet of the microwave oven 11, and the loading door 16 is hinged to the box 11.

As a preferred embodiment/implementation, referring to fig. 3, the vertical lifting mechanism 143 includes a frame 1432 composed of two vertical linear modules 1431 and two vertical linear module fixing plates; a connecting shaft 1433 is arranged between the two vertical linear modules 1431 and is connected with the connecting shaft 1433 through a first coupler 1434; any one of the vertical linear module fixing plates is provided with a vertical driving motor 1435 and a vertical driving motor fixing plate, and the vertical driving motor 1435 is connected with any one of the vertical linear modules 1432 through a second coupling. The two vertical linear modules 1431 are connected via the connecting shaft 1433 and then can synchronously move at two ends, so that the goods taking trolley 141 can stably lift.
As a preferred embodiment/implementation, referring to fig. 6, the vertical linear module 1431 includes a lifting synchronous belt assembly 14311, a first vertical linear guide pair 14312, a second vertical linear guide pair 14313, and a balancing weight 14314, the lifting synchronous belt assembly 14311, the first vertical linear guide pair 14312, the second vertical linear guide pair 14313, and the balancing weight 14314 are sequentially connected to drive, the lifting synchronous belt assembly 14311 includes a lifting synchronous belt, one side of the lifting synchronous belt is connected with a vertical supporting seat 14315 for supporting and connecting with a horizontal conveying mechanism, the vertical supporting seat 14315 is connected with the frame 1432 through the first vertical linear guide pair 14312, the other side of the lifting synchronous belt is connected with the balancing weight 14314, and the balancing weight 14314 is connected with the frame 1432 through the second vertical linear guide pair 14313. The arrangement of the balancing weight 14314 reduces vibration noise in the movement process, so that the goods taking trolley 141 can stably lift.
As a preferred embodiment/implementation, referring to fig. 4, the horizontal conveying mechanism 142 includes a horizontal conveying frame 1421, a horizontal driving motor 1422 disposed at one end of the horizontal conveying frame 1421, a driving pulley 1423 driven to rotate by the horizontal driving motor 1422, and a driven pulley 1424 disposed at the other end of the horizontal conveying frame 1424, a horizontal synchronous belt 1425 is wound around the driving pulley 1423 and the driven pulley 1424, the horizontal synchronous belt 1425 is connected with a horizontal supporting seat 1426 for supporting and connecting the picking trolley, and the horizontal supporting seat 1426 is connected with the horizontal conveying frame 1421 through a horizontal linear guide pair 1427.
As a preferred embodiment/implementation, referring to fig. 4, the horizontal support seat 1423 has a U-shaped cross section, and two ends of the horizontal support seat are respectively provided with outward flanges, and the flanges are respectively provided with mounting holes of the pickup trolley 141.
As a preferred embodiment, encoders for detecting the operation positions are provided on the vertical driving motor 1435 and the horizontal driving motor 1422, respectively, and photoelectric switches for detecting whether or not there is a lunch box are provided on the shipment port 12 and the pickup cart 141, respectively; limit switches at the limit positions are respectively arranged in the vertical movement direction and the horizontal movement direction.
The method for picking up and delivering goods from the vending machine provided in the embodiment 1 includes the following steps:
(1) After receiving the purchase instruction, the control system 1 detects that no box lunch exists in the microwave oven 11 on the pickup trolley 141, and the sealing movable doors 1112 corresponding to the box lunch inlet and the box lunch outlet of the microwave oven 11 are in a closed state;
(2) The program-controlled picking trolley 141 starts to move, and simultaneously moves to the front end of a certain storage and delivery channel 13 for delivering program-specified box lunch through the vertical lifting mechanism 143 and the horizontal conveying mechanism 142;
(3) The program-controlled storing and delivering channel 13 conveys the box meal to be sold to the receiving end of the friction conveying device 1411, the friction conveying device 1411 is started, and the box meal to be sold is completely conveyed to the goods taking trolley 141 to finish goods taking;
(4) The program-controlled picking carriage 141 continues to move, and moves to a position where the upper surface of the wiping and conveying device 1411 is flush with the stage 1111 in the microwave oven 11 through the vertical lifting mechanism 143 and the horizontal conveying mechanism 142, the program-controlled box lunch feeding port sealing movable door 1112 is opened and extends into the interior of the shipment chamber, and then the first pushing device 1412 is started to push the box lunch to be sold onto the stage 1111 of the microwave oven 11, so that preliminary shipment is completed;
(5) The program controls the first pusher 1412 to retract, the sealing door 1112 of the box lunch-feeding port of the microwave oven 11 is closed, the microwave oven 11 starts heating, and the pickup trolley 141 returns to the initial position;
(6) After the heating of the program-controlled microwave oven 11 is completed, the sealing shutter 1112 of the box lunch-out port of the microwave oven 11 is opened, the second pusher 112 in the microwave oven 11 is started, and the heated box lunch to be sold is pushed onto the receiving table 17, and the sealing shutter 1112 of the box lunch-out port of the microwave oven 11 is closed, thereby completing the final shipment.
The electric and detection devices of the vending machine are connected with the control system through wires, and part of the wires at the moving part are connected with the control system through a cable drag chain for protection and are automatically controlled by a set control program. The initial position of the goods taking trolley is the lower limit position of the goods storage chamber, which is close to the end of the refrigerating device.
As a preferred embodiment, in step (2), the specific process of the pick-up trolley 141 reaching a certain storage and delivery channel 13 is as follows: the program controls the vertical driving motor 1435 to work, and the vertical driving motor 1435 controls the two vertical linear modules 1432 through the first coupler 1434 and the connecting shaft 1433 so that the horizontal conveying mechanism 142 moves up and down; the program controls the horizontal driving motor 1422 to work, and the horizontal driving motor 1422 drives the goods taking trolley 141 connected to the horizontal synchronous belt 1425 to horizontally move through the horizontal supporting seat 1426.
As a preferred example/embodiment, in the step (3), the complete transfer of the box lunch to the cart 141 is performed by: the box lunch is detected by the goods feeding photoelectric switch on the goods taking trolley 141, the friction driving motor is started, the conveying roller is driven to rotate to drive the box lunch to completely enter the goods taking trolley 141, and when the goods feeding photoelectric switch on the goods taking trolley 141 detects that the signals of the box lunch disappear, the friction driving motor stops rotating, and the goods taking is completed.

Claims (4)
1. The vending machine is characterized by comprising a machine case and a control system, wherein the machine case is sequentially provided with a goods storage room and a goods delivery room from left to right,
the inside of the goods storage chamber is provided with a goods storage and delivery channel for accommodating goods, a goods taking and delivery device and a refrigerating device; the goods taking and discharging device is arranged near the goods discharging end of the goods storing and discharging channel, and the refrigerating device is arranged at the bottom of the goods storing chamber;
the goods taking and discharging device comprises a goods taking trolley, a horizontal conveying mechanism and a vertical lifting mechanism, wherein the goods taking trolley is arranged on the horizontal conveying mechanism through a horizontal supporting seat, the horizontal conveying mechanism is arranged on the vertical lifting mechanism through a vertical supporting seat, the vertical lifting mechanism is arranged on the side wall of a goods storage room, and under the action of a control system, the vertical lifting mechanism can drive the horizontal conveying mechanism to vertically move relative to a chassis; the horizontal conveying mechanism can drive the goods taking trolley to horizontally move relative to the chassis; the vertical lifting mechanism comprises a frame consisting of two vertical linear modules and two vertical linear module fixing plates; a connecting shaft is arranged between the two vertical linear modules and is connected with the connecting shaft through a first coupler; any vertical linear module fixing plate is provided with a vertical driving motor and a vertical driving motor fixing plate, and the vertical driving motor is connected with any vertical linear module through a second coupler; the vertical linear module comprises a lifting synchronous belt assembly, a first vertical linear guide rail pair, a second vertical linear guide rail pair and a balancing weight, and the lifting synchronous belt assembly, the first vertical linear guide rail pair, the second vertical linear guide rail pair and the balancing weight are sequentially connected for transmission; the lifting synchronous belt assembly comprises a lifting synchronous belt, one side of the lifting synchronous belt is connected with a vertical supporting seat for supporting and connecting a horizontal conveying mechanism, the vertical supporting seat is connected with a frame through a first vertical linear guide rail pair, the other side of the lifting synchronous belt is connected with a balancing weight, and the balancing weight is connected with the frame through a second vertical linear guide rail pair; the horizontal conveying mechanism comprises a horizontal conveying frame, a horizontal driving motor arranged at one end of the horizontal conveying frame, a driving belt pulley driven by the horizontal driving motor to rotate and a driven belt pulley arranged at the other end of the horizontal conveying frame, wherein a horizontal synchronous belt is wound on the driving belt pulley and the driven belt pulley, the horizontal synchronous belt is connected with a horizontal supporting seat for supporting and connecting a goods taking trolley, and the horizontal supporting seat is connected with the horizontal conveying frame through a horizontal linear guide rail pair;
the goods taking trolley is provided with a friction conveying device and a first goods pushing device, the conveying direction of the friction conveying device is the same as the goods discharging direction of the goods storing and discharging channel, and the first goods pushing device is arranged at one end of the friction conveying device, which is away from the goods discharging chamber; the friction conveying device comprises a friction driving motor, a transmission assembly and a plurality of conveying rollers, wherein the friction driving motor drives the conveying rollers to rotate through the transmission assembly; the first pushing device comprises a pushing driving motor, a screw rod module and a pushing plate arranged on the screw rod module, and the pushing driving motor is connected with the screw rod module to drive the pushing plate to horizontally move relative to the chassis;
a microwave oven is arranged in the shipment room, a shipment port is arranged in the middle of the outer side of the shipment room, and the microwave oven is arranged at a position opposite to the shipment port;
the microwave oven comprises a microwave oven body and a second goods pushing device, wherein the second goods pushing device is arranged on the rear side wall of the microwave oven body opposite to the goods outlet, one side of the microwave oven body facing the goods storage chamber is provided with a goods inlet, one side facing the goods outlet is provided with a goods outlet, the goods inlet and the goods outlet are respectively provided with a corresponding sealing movable door, and the lower side of the interior of the microwave oven body is provided with an objective table;
a receiving platform is arranged right in front of the goods outlet, and the receiving platform is arranged flush with the objective table;
under the control of the control system, the goods taking trolley can achieve the goods taking at the goods outlet end of any goods storing and delivering channel, can convey goods to the position which is parallel to the upper surface of the wiping and conveying device and the inner objective table of the microwave oven, extend into the interior of the goods outlet chamber, and push the goods to the inner objective table of the microwave oven for heating under the action of the first goods pushing device; after the heating is finished, the second goods pushing device pushes the goods to the goods receiving platform.
2. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the delivery port is provided with a delivery door, the delivery door being hinged to the housing.
3. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the storage shipment lane is a belt conveyor shipment lane, the storage shipment lane being a plurality of.
4. A pick-and-place method for a vending machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said pick-and-place step comprises:
(1) After receiving the purchase instruction, the control system detects that no commodity exists on the commodity taking trolley and in the microwave oven, and the sealing movable doors corresponding to the commodity inlet and the commodity outlet of the microwave oven are in a closed state;
(2) The program-controlled goods taking trolley starts to move, and simultaneously moves to the front end of a certain goods storing and delivering channel for delivering the program-specified goods through the vertical lifting mechanism and the horizontal conveying mechanism;
(3) Program control storing and delivering goods channel to deliver goods to be sold to the goods receiving end of the friction conveying device, the friction conveying device is started, and the goods to be sold are completely delivered to the goods taking trolley to finish goods taking;
(4) The program-controlled goods taking trolley continuously moves, the vertical lifting mechanism and the horizontal conveying mechanism simultaneously move to the position that the upper surface of the wiping conveying device is flush with the objective table in the microwave oven, the program-controlled goods feeding port is sealed, the movable door is opened, then the first goods pushing device is started, goods to be sold are pushed onto the objective table of the microwave oven, and preliminary goods delivery is completed;
(5) The program controls the first goods pushing device to retract, the sealing moving door of the goods feeding port of the microwave oven is closed, the microwave oven starts to heat, and the goods taking trolley returns to the initial position;
(6) After the program control microwave oven is heated, the sealing movable door of the commodity delivery outlet of the microwave oven is opened, the second pushing device in the microwave oven is started, heated commodities to be sold are pushed onto the receiving platform, and the sealing movable door of the commodity delivery outlet of the microwave oven is closed, so that final shipment is completed.
