本发明属于汽油脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂。该用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其原料组成按质量配比为:水滑石20‑35份;凹凸棒土30‑45份;活性炭20‑40份;氧化铝10‑20份;氧化硅5‑15份;高锰酸钾30‑50份。其有益效果是:本发明一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂操作简单,价格廉价;同时由于该吸附剂中含水滑石,可以针对硫化物分子对吸附剂的孔结构、尺寸以及酸碱性进行调节,可深度脱除汽油中的含硫化合物。

一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂
技术领域
本发明属于汽油脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂。
背景技术
汽油中硫化物的存在形式有硫化氢、硫醇、硫醚、二硫化物、噻吩、二硫化物、噻吩及其衍生物。这些硫化物不仅会导致汽油氧化安定性变差、辛烷值下降和发动机燃系统的腐蚀,而且燃烧后生成的硫氧化物是大气污染的主要污染物。随着世界各国对于环境问题的重视,车用汽油中的硫所造成的污染问题已经越来越受到关注。吸附法用于汽油脱硫时,吸附剂可以选择性地脱除汽油中的芳烃类含硫化合物,而且对于汽油中的烯烃无影响,避免了加氢精制过程中,为保证脱硫效果而造成的大量烯烃被加氢饱和,致使汽油辛烷值下降的问题。正因为如此,吸附脱硫方式的应用越来越引起人们的关注,成为国内外各大石油公司研究与开发的重点课题之一。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其原料组成按质量配比为:水滑石20-35份;凹凸棒土30-45份;活性炭20-40份;氧化铝10-20份;氧化硅5-15份;高锰酸钾30-50份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1)将活性炭浸渍高锰酸钾进行氧化处理,浸渍时间30-50分钟;
2)将步骤1)中的氧化处理后的活性炭与凹凸棒土和水滑石混合,制得混合颗粒;
3)将步骤2)中的混合颗粒加入氧化铝和氧化硅,搅拌均匀后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400-480℃温度下焙烧1-5h既得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂操作简单,价格廉价;同时由于该吸附剂中含水滑石,可以针对硫化物分子对吸附剂的孔结构、尺寸以及酸碱性进行调节,可深度脱除汽油中的含硫化合物。

以下给出本发明的具体实施例,用来对本发明的构成进行进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其原料组成按质量配比为:水滑石20份;凹凸棒土30份;活性炭20份;氧化铝10份;氧化硅5份;高锰酸钾30份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1)将活性炭浸渍高锰酸钾进行氧化处理,浸渍时间30分钟;
2)将步骤1)中的氧化处理后的活性炭与凹凸棒土和水滑石混合,制得混合颗粒;
3)将步骤2)中的混合颗粒加入氧化铝和氧化硅,搅拌均匀后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400℃温度下焙烧1h既得。
实施例2
本发明一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其原料组成按质量配比为:水滑石25份;凹凸棒土40份;活性炭35份;氧化铝15份;氧化硅10份;高锰酸钾40份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1)将活性炭浸渍高锰酸钾进行氧化处理,浸渍时间40分钟;
2)将步骤1)中的氧化处理后的活性炭与凹凸棒土和水滑石混合,制得混合颗粒;
3)将步骤2)中的混合颗粒加入氧化铝和氧化硅,搅拌均匀后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下450℃温度下焙烧3h既得。
实施例3
本发明一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其原料组成按质量配比为:水滑石35份;凹凸棒土45份;活性炭40份;氧化铝20份;氧化硅15份;高锰酸钾50份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1)将活性炭浸渍高锰酸钾进行氧化处理,浸渍时间50分钟;
2)将步骤1)中的氧化处理后的活性炭与凹凸棒土和水滑石混合,制得混合颗粒;
3)将步骤2)中的混合颗粒加入氧化铝和氧化硅,搅拌均匀后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下480℃温度下焙烧5h既得。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其特征是:其原料组成按质量配比为:水滑石35份;凹凸棒土45份;活性炭40份;氧化铝20份;氧化硅15份;高锰酸钾50份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽油的脱硫吸附剂,其特征是:将各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1)将活性炭浸渍高锰酸钾进行氧化处理,浸渍时间30-50分钟;
2)将步骤1)中的氧化处理后的活性炭与凹凸棒土和水滑石混合,制得混合颗粒;
3)将步骤2)中的混合颗粒加入氧化铝和氧化硅,搅拌均匀后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400-480℃温度下焙烧1-5h既得。
