本发明属于汽柴油脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺。该汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,包括以下步骤:1).将分子筛颗粒与氧化铜、硫酸亚铁和氧化锌进行混合搅拌制得混合物;2).将活性炭浸渍至高锰酸钾溶液内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;3).将步骤2)中氧化处理后的活性炭与步骤1)中制得的混合物进行混合搅拌;4).将步骤3)中的混合物中加入乙醇溶液,后经洗涤、干燥、烧结,即得吸附剂;5).将步骤4)中制得的吸附脱硫剂输送至脱硫罐内对汽柴油进行脱硫。其有益效果是:本发明一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,工艺简单、所制得的吸附剂吸附容量大、脱除率高、价格廉价,能直接脱除汽油中有机硫化合物。

技术领域
本发明属于汽柴油脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺。
背景技术
随着世界各国对于环境问题的重视,车用汽柴油中的硫所造成的污染问题已经越来越受到关注,汽柴油中硫化物的存在形式有硫化氢、硫醇、硫醚、二硫化物、噻吩、二硫化物、噻吩及其衍生物。这些硫化物不仅会导致汽柴油氧化安定性变差、辛烷值下降和发动机燃系统的腐蚀,而且燃烧后生成的硫氧化物是大气污染的主要污染物。吸附法用于汽柴油脱硫时,吸附剂可以选择性地脱除汽柴油中的芳烃类含硫化合物,而且对于汽柴油中的烯烃无影响,避免了加氢精制过程中,为保证脱硫效果而造成的大量烯烃被加氢饱和,致使汽柴油辛烷值下降的问题。正因为如此,吸附脱硫方式的应用越来越引起人们的关注,成为国内外各大石油公司研究与开发的重点课题之一。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1).将分子筛颗粒与氧化铜、硫酸亚铁和氧化锌进行混合搅拌制得混合物;
2).将活性炭浸渍至高锰酸钾溶液内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
3).将步骤2)中氧化处理后的活性炭与步骤1)中制得的混合物进行混合搅拌;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物中加入乙醇溶液,后经洗涤、干燥、烧结,即得吸附剂;
5).将步骤4)中制得的吸附脱硫剂输送至脱硫罐内对汽柴油进行脱硫。
进一步,所述步骤4)中的混合物放入马弗炉中,经220-480℃焙烧4-20小时。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,工艺简单、所制得的吸附剂吸附容量大、脱除率高、价格廉价,能直接脱除汽油中有机硫化合物。

实施例1
本发明一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1).将分子筛颗粒与氧化铜、硫酸亚铁和氧化锌进行混合搅拌制得混合物;
2).将活性炭浸渍至高锰酸钾溶液内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
3).将步骤2)中氧化处理后的活性炭与步骤1)中制得的混合物进行混合搅拌;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物中加入乙醇溶液,后经洗涤、干燥、烧结,即得吸附剂;
5).将步骤4)中制得的吸附脱硫剂输送至脱硫罐内对汽柴油进行脱硫。
进一步,所述步骤4)中的混合物放入马弗炉中,经220℃焙烧4小时。
实施例2
本发明一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1).将分子筛颗粒与氧化铜、硫酸亚铁和氧化锌进行混合搅拌制得混合物;

1).将分子筛颗粒与氧化铜、硫酸亚铁和氧化锌进行混合搅拌制得混合物;
2).将活性炭浸渍至高锰酸钾溶液内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
3).将步骤2)中氧化处理后的活性炭与步骤1)中制得的混合物进行混合搅拌;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物中加入乙醇溶液,后经洗涤、干燥、烧结,即得吸附剂;
5).将步骤4)中制得的吸附脱硫剂输送至脱硫罐内对汽柴油进行脱硫。
进一步,所述步骤4)中的混合物放入马弗炉中,经220-480℃焙烧20小时。

1.一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1).将分子筛颗粒与氧化铜、硫酸亚铁和氧化锌进行混合搅拌制得混合物;
2).将活性炭浸渍至高锰酸钾溶液内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
3).将步骤2)中氧化处理后的活性炭与步骤1)中制得的混合物进行混合搅拌;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物中加入乙醇溶液,后经洗涤、干燥、烧结,即得吸附剂;
5).将步骤4)中制得的吸附脱硫剂输送至脱硫罐内对汽柴油进行脱硫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽柴油吸附脱硫生产工艺,其特征是:所述步骤4)中的混合物放入马弗炉中,经220-480℃焙烧4-20小时。
