Abstract

本发明提供了一种含有L‑抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物。该组合物包括5wt％‑40wt％的L‑抗坏血酸，0.2wt％‑2wt％的肉桂酸衍生物，5wt％‑10wt％的甘醇醚和/或烷二醇溶剂，1.0wt％‑50wt％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮以及去离子水。采用本发明所述的原料和配比制备的化妆品组合物，L‑抗坏血酸具有较好的长期稳定性。

含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种稳定的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组合物，属于化妆品化学技术领域。
背景技术
L-抗坏血酸，也被称为维生素C，因其局部使用过程中安全性和有效性，已被广泛用于化妆品配方。L-抗坏血酸作为有效的抗氧化剂，可以清除皮肤中的自由基，保护皮肤细胞免受外界环境的伤害，预防光老化。L-抗坏血酸还可以刺激胶原蛋白的合成，提高皮肤弹性，减少细纹和皱纹。
但是L-抗坏血酸在水存在的情况下，对温度、光照都很敏感，从而导致变色和含量下降，对于化妆品配方来说一直以来的都是难题。因此有很多方法尝试获得稳定的L-抗坏血酸配方，包括微粉化(WO02/019972)，微囊化，和其他成分复配(US7179841B2)，以及使用其较稳定的衍生物等。但是上述这些方法都不能更好的保护L-抗坏血酸，从而出现变色等不稳定问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题，提供了一种含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物。包括如下质量百分比的组分：
L-抗坏血酸：5wt％-40wt％
肉桂酸衍生物：0.2wt％-2wt％
甘醇醚和/或烷二醇溶剂：5wt％-10wt％
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮：1.0wt％-50wt％
余量为去离子水。
该化妆品组合物为一种均匀水相，其pH值范围为3.5-5.0，通过氢氧化钠或三乙醇胺进行调整。
所述的肉桂酸衍生物为对香豆酸，阿魏酸，咖啡酸中的一种或几种的任意组合。优选阿魏酸。
所述的甘醇醚为二(乙二醇)乙基醚，所述的烷二醇为1,2-丙二醇和二丙二醇中的一种或两种的任意组合。
所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量百分比优选为1.0wt％-15wt％。
所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮选自PVP K90，PVP K30，PVP K17，PVP K12中的一种或几种的任意组合，所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为单一分子量分布或多种分子量分布的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混合物。
所述的化妆品组合物中还包括护肤品配方中广泛使用的防腐剂，增稠剂和/或香精香料。
所述的稳定性是指化妆品组合物在45℃，相对湿度75％的条件下放置一个月或室温条件下放置一年后，L-抗坏血酸含量不低于原始浓度的85％。
本发明所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，L-抗坏血酸具有较好的长期稳定性的优点。
具体实施方式
为更好说明本发明的目的、技术方案，下面结合具体实施例对发明做进一步说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明，但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是，对本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干调整和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-13
实施例1-13所选用的原料配比如表1所示。同时，表1还显示了所获得的化妆品组合物的pH值，以及稳定性数据。
pH的测定采用梅特勒Toledo pH计。
L-抗坏血酸的含量测定使用HPLC法。色谱条件：安捷伦1200高效液相色谱仪；色谱柱：ZORBAX SB-C8柱；流动相：pH2.1 KH2PO4溶液；流速：1ml/min；检测波长：257nm。
L-抗坏血酸稳定性(％)＝45℃放置1个月后或室温放置一年后L-抗坏血酸浓度/原始L-抗坏血酸浓度×100％
表1：化妆品组合物原料配比表及稳定性数据
由表1可见，采用本发明所述的配方制备的化妆品组合物，其L-抗坏血酸的稳定性十分良好。

Claims (9)

1.一种含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，包括如下质量百分比的组分：
L-抗坏血酸：5wt％-40wt％
肉桂酸衍生物：0.2wt％-2wt％
甘醇醚和/或烷二醇溶剂：5wt％-10wt％
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮：1.0wt％-50wt％
余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的化妆品组合物为一种均匀水相，其pH值范围为3.5-5.0，通过氢氧化钠或三乙醇胺进行调整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的肉桂酸衍生物为对香豆酸，阿魏酸，咖啡酸中的一种或几种的任意组合。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的肉桂酸衍生物为阿魏酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的甘醇醚为二(乙二醇)乙基醚，所述的烷二醇为1,2-丙二醇和二丙二醇中的一种或两种的任意组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量百分比为1.0wt％-15wt％。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮选自PVP K90，PVP K30，PVP K17，PVP K12中的一种或几种的任意组合，所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为单一分子量分布或多种分子量分布的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的化妆品组合物中还包括护肤品配方中广泛使用的防腐剂，增稠剂和/或香精香料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含有L-抗坏血酸的化妆品组成物，其特征在于，所述的化妆品组合物在45℃条件下放置一个月或室温条件下放置一年后，L-抗坏血酸含量不低于原始浓度的85％。
