Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包括细长楔形齿条和分离轨的燕尾形接头和用该接头安装工件的方法。这种燕尾形接头及用该接头安装工件的方法对于安装叠层地板、压制件、以及其他装饰项目特别有用。
背景技术
商品叠层地板一般包括一个胶接到底层的耐磨表面。这种耐磨表面通常是高耐磨性的装饰层压板,而底层一般是纤维板或碎屑胶合板。每一件叠层地板通常都沿其一端和一侧有一个槽,以便于与沿相邻一件叠层地板一侧或一端的榫舌连接。叠层地板大都安装在一个底座上。
大量使用铝制分离轨安装有挠性的压制件,如乙烯树脂压制件。这包括膨胀和过渡压制件,端盖,减压器板条的安装。分离轨固定到地板上,挠性压制件背面的肋锁在从分离轨正面伸出的一对突边之间。沿肋条和突边内表面延伸的细齿互锁,使肋条不会从突边中脱开。压制件可以通过与分离轨互连的方式安装,而不用紧固件或其他易损伤它的物件穿透装饰性正表面。
安装压制件时必须可靠固定而又不损伤它的装饰性正表面。安装叠层地板时,必须用与叠层地板花样相匹配的层压板覆盖压制件。安装层压板覆盖压制件的方法不得损伤它的装饰表面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安装方便、可靠,并且不损伤工件的装饰性正表面的包括楔形齿条和分离轨的燕尾形接头和用该接头安装工件的方法。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一个细长楔形齿条,以燕尾形接头连接工件,包括:一个挤压的刚性材料楔形齿条,在其每个楔形斜侧面延伸着一条或多条细齿,用于与从分离轨正面成直角伸出的一对突边内表面延伸的一条或多条细齿互锁,齿条的斜侧面之间有足够的宽度,用以在这种楔形齿条强压到分离轨正面成直角伸出的突边之间时扩展这对突边。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明还提供了一种分离轨,包括:一个基础支板,和从基础支板正面成直角伸出的一对突边;其中,每一对突边在其内表面上部都有一条或多条细齿,并且每一对突边在其外表面的突边与基础支板相交处都有一个卸荷凹口。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明还提供了一种用燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,包括:把一个分离轨固定到一个表面上,其中,上述分离轨有一个基础支板和一对从这个基础支板正面成直角伸出的分隔的突边,把楔形齿条安装在分隔的突板之间靠近上部的区域,把位于工件背面的扇形榫安装在处于被分隔突边之间上部区域的楔形齿条上,在工件正面加压,使工件座落到分离轨上,因而迫使楔形齿条处于突边之间,并扩展这对突边,被扩展并分隔的突边与扇形榫侧壁啮合,使工件以燕尾形接头与分离轨连接。

具体实施方式
图1~3示出用于安装叠层地板6的膨胀压制件5的本发明的楔形齿条1的一个实施例的应用。所示的楔形齿条1的这个实施例已经扩展了优选铝材制造的分离轨2上的突边20,使这种压制件和分离轨以燕尾接头形式可靠地相互连接(图1)。叠层地板6一般安装在衬板7上。
图1~3、6和8所示的这种膨胀压制件5是层压板8包住的纤维板9。层压板可以粘合到其他底层上,如碎屑胶合板、木板或挤压塑料上,用以制造压制件或其他工件。这种膨胀压制件在其平的背面有一个扇形榫50。扇形榫50的侧壁从这个膨胀压制件5的平的背面以锐角伸出,构成其底部宽于顶部开口处的扇形榫50。
如图1~6和9所示,一对优选的突边20从细长的铝制分离轨2的平的正面成直角伸出。一条或数条细齿21沿这对突边20的内壁上表面延伸。沿细长楔形齿条1的侧面也延伸着一条或数条细齿10。
如图2和4所示,沿楔形齿条1侧面下部的细齿10与沿基本上没有被扩展的突边20的内壁上表面上部的细齿21相互连接。因此,当膨胀压制件5背面上的扇形榫50放置在楔形齿条1之上时,这种连接把齿条保持在分离轨中。这个位置是齿条1突边组件准备安装工件如压制件5的一个分级停留位置。
图3示出本发明的楔形齿条1顶部与扇形榫50的底部表面接触。如图1、3、4和5所示,当膨胀压制件5座落在分离轨2上时,楔形齿条1被强压在突边20之间,并使突边向外向扇形榫侧壁扩展。这就用一种燕尾形接头连接了膨胀压制件5和分离轨2。燕尾形接头的使用被认为是一种连接工件的极为可靠的方式。然而,通常的燕尾形接头必须通过工件以一个角度相互接近而形成,以便使接合工件相互配合。本发明提供了一种通过直接连接工件“原位”形成的燕尾形接头。
在用本发明楔形齿条安装膨胀压制件时,首先安装分离轨2,并切割压制件5。在把楔形齿条定位到分离轨之前,可把压制件座放在分离轨上。检验压制件的配合(图6)。
图示的本发明细长楔形齿条和分离轨可由挤压成形金属(最好是铝材,或刚性合成树脂)制成。挤压成形的合适材料选择、方法和设备都是制造挤压压制件的技术人员已知的。
图7示出本发明细长楔形齿条的一个特定实施例。本发明楔形齿条的这个实施例可用于用图9所示细长分离轨安装图8所示的细长压制件。图7~9的尺寸为in(英寸)和cm(厘米)。
本发明的这种楔形齿条的顶部宽于其底部。在本发明的一个最佳实施例中,其侧面向内斜一个约2~8°的角度,优选地为2~5°,更优选地为约2.5°。本发明楔形齿条的成形和尺寸要适于扩展分离轨上的突边,以便于突边与工件榫的侧壁啮合。榫壁的过大压力可能损伤工件。
在本发明另一个最佳实施例中,如图10示出其横截面的楔形齿条1在每一侧面仅有一条细齿10。这种单条细齿位于楔形齿条1每一侧面中点以上(靠近宽端)。齿条1的这种简化实施例易于从金属或刚性合成树脂挤压成。在本发明齿条1的各个实施例中,这个齿条最好从刚性合成树脂制成。合适的刚性合成树脂包括聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯以及共聚物如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物和高冲击强度聚苯乙烯等,当然并不限于这些合成树脂,但必须是可挤压的。还进一步要求这些树脂必须为每一细齿10提供足够的刚性,以便在分级停留和安装工件时不破坏这些细齿10。合成树脂还必须具有足够的结构完整性,以便于在工件应用于齿条/突边分级结构时,不会压碎和变形,但必须能够迫使突边向外与工件如压制件5的扇形榫50形成燕尾形接头。
在一个最佳实施例中,齿条由已经挤压成齿条形的混合或单独的再生塑料制备。在另一个最佳实施例中,其齿条按长度约为2~5in(英寸)的短切齿条部分提供,其中多个齿条部分沿着一个挤压的突边组件插入,有效地作为沿突边组件的“钉尖”,在安装时没有必要把钉子或其他外来物钉入工件。在这个实施例中,多个齿条部分沿突边组件分级。因此,工件置于分级的齿条上,并按上述推进到突边上的位置产生燕尾形连接。按这种方式,对于一个特定长度的工件,只需要较少的齿条材料。这也提供了移出工件的能力,虽然一般会破坏工件和齿条。用位于上述齿条位置之间的未用过的部分,突边仍将保持定位。因此,新齿条段可在未用过区域分级停留,并安装新工件。
图10中的优选的齿条1可与诸如图1~6和9中所示的突边使用,或与如图11所示的突边20的一个最佳实施例使用。
本发明的突边20在其成对的每个内表面有一条或多条细齿21,最好是多条。多条的细齿提供用于上述楔形齿条的开始分级停留,并且还优选地提供一个音频信号,即当齿条向下运行通过成对突边内表面,并张开这对突边时,产生啮合声音表明这个工件已经适当并完全座放好。
突边优选地由挤压金属制造,更优选地由铝材制成。然而,任何可变形刚性材料(如刚性合成树脂)都可用于制造这种突边。突边如图11、12和13所示与基础支板22连接。这种突边组件(兼有两个突边和基础支板)可以照原样使用,或者,它还可包括一个或两个与基础支板22共面并延伸到一个或两个突边以外的底座装置(图11、12和13)。在不用这些底座装置时,可以使用穿过基础支板的安装装置,如螺钉或铆钉,把这种突边组件连接到一个表面上,但这种安装装置必须使基础支板内表面(在两突边之间)比较光滑(不明显伸出基础支板表面之上)。这就可以使齿条1完全插入突边组件。
当有一个或两个底座装置时,这种安装装置可用在齿条/突边组件外面的底座装置上。底座装置上表面也最好比较光滑,以实现与工件接触表面的紧配合。
另一方面,无论有无底座装置,突边组件都可用合适的普通胶粘剂安装。
在一个最佳实施例中,突边最好在其外表面靠近基础支板和突边底部交接处有一凹口24,这样,在插入齿条1时,与没有凹口相比,只要较小的力就可分开突边。这就可用很小的力安装工件,如用手压就可安装,这就避免安装者接触工件装饰表面。
本发明的工件齿条/突边组件构成的燕尾形接头提供了一种简易、快速、方便的安装工件,特别是安装装饰性工件的方法。例如,这些工件可以是叠层地板产品,镶边,装饰性椅轨一类压制件,或必须安装在不损伤日后要暴露的工件表面的其他任何材料。

1.一个细长楔形齿条,以燕尾形接头连接工件,包括:
一个挤压的刚性材料楔形齿条,在其每个楔形斜侧面延伸着一条或多条细齿,用于与从分离轨正面成直角伸出的一对突边内表面延伸的一条或多条细齿互锁,齿条的斜侧面之间有足够的宽度,用以在这种楔形齿条强压到分离轨正面成直角伸出的突边之间时扩展这对突边。
2.按照权利要求1所述的细长楔形齿条,其特征在于,所述的楔形齿条的顶部宽于底部,它的侧面从顶部向底部以约2~5°的一个角度向内倾斜。

13.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,沿着突边一个或两个内上表面伸出一条或多条细齿,以及沿着细长楔形齿条一侧或两侧伸出一条或多条细齿,用以把齿条锁在突边之间。
14.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,楔形齿条的顶部宽于底部,其侧面以约2~5°的一个角度从顶部到底部向内倾斜。
15.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,楔形齿条的顶部宽于底部,其侧面以约2.5°的角度从顶部到底部向内倾斜。
16.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,扇形榫具有从工件平背面以锐角伸出的侧壁,用以构成底部宽于顶部开口的扇形榫。
17.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,分隔的一对突边在其外表面的上述突边与上述基础支板交接处有一个卸荷凹口。
18.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,上述分离轨由金属制造。
19.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,上述金属是铝。
20.按照权利要求11所述的以燕尾形接头连接工件的方法,其特征在于,上述分离轨还包括一个或多个与上述基础支板共面并由上述突边一侧或两侧伸出的底座装置。
