本发明公开了一种石晶地板及其制作方法,石晶基板和石晶饰板均以下组份制备而成,聚氯乙烯树脂50‑80份、氯化聚乙烯0.5‑10份、大理石粉100‑150份、润滑剂0.5‑8、热稳定剂1‑4、增塑改性剂0.5‑2份、抗老化剂0.5‑3;石晶饰板热贴压复合到石晶基板上,石晶饰板外侧板面上辊涂上UV面漆,制作方法包括以下步骤:石晶基板制作、石晶饰板制作、石晶饰板表面处理、石晶地板分切开槽、包装入库。通过上述方式,本发明使用了聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙等主要原料,经过高分子改性,高温挤出制成的复合地板,加工过程无需胶水,也无需龙骨打底,零醛环保,防水防火,适用地暖,耐污抗酸碱并且具有很好的耐磨性。

石晶地板及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰地板领域,特别是涉及一种石晶地板及其制作方法。
背景技术
在装修领域中,室内地面铺装材料一般为各种木质地板或复合木地板。木质地板的触感比较舒适,但容易吸水膨胀或干燥变形,在使用过程中常出现收缩、膨胀变形、起翘、开裂等问题,并且需要耗费大量木材,生产周期较长,成本较高,并且大量使用会破坏森林,不可持续。复合地板主要是利用木屑和粘合剂及其它添加剂经混合挤压而形成的一种地板,其表面色彩丰富,成本低,但存在易吸水变形等问题,并且这种地板的主要问题是释放甲醛,严重危害人体健康、不环保。
石晶地板是一种主要有高分子树脂、天然石粉等经模具高温高压一次成型的高科技绿色环保材料,因为加工过程中不含胶水以及任何对人体有害的物质,是替代实木地板和复合木地板的新型环保高科技材料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种石晶地板及其制作方法,能够经过高分子改性,高温挤出设备加工制成的一种复合地板材料,加工过程无需胶水,也无需龙骨打底,零醛环保,防水防火,适用地暖。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种石晶地板,包括石晶基板和石晶饰板组成,所述石晶基板和所述石晶饰板成分相同均以下组份制备而成,聚氯乙烯树脂50-80份、氯化聚乙烯0.5-10份、大理石粉100-150份、润滑剂0.5-8、热稳定剂1-4、增塑改性剂0.5-2份、抗老化剂0.5-3;
所述石晶饰板热贴压复合到所述石晶基板上,所述石晶饰板外侧板面上辊涂上UV面漆。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述大理石粉的细度为400-1000目。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)石晶基板制作,将聚氯乙烯树脂、大理石粉、润滑剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂按上述石晶基板组分配比混合,通过挤出机挤出成型;
(2)石晶饰板制作,将聚氯乙烯树脂、大理石粉、润滑剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂按上述石晶饰板组分配比混合,通过挤出机挤出成型;
(3)石晶饰板表面处理,利用辊涂设备,加进口UV面漆在石晶地板大板上均匀淋涂,经过紫外灯照射固化,使地板表面更耐刮,抗污;
(4)石晶地板分切成所需尺寸,经开槽设备长边和短边开槽;
(5)包装入库。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤3中的UV面漆按8-12g/每平方米均匀淋涂到石晶地板大板上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤4中的石晶基板和石晶饰板按同等尺寸剪裁热贴复合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用了聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙等主要原料,经过高分子改性,高温挤出设备加工制成的一种复合地板材料,加工过程无需胶水,也无需龙骨打底,使用该材料制成的地板不性价比高,零醛环保,防水防火,适用地暖,耐污抗酸碱并且具有很好的耐磨性。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种石晶地板,包括石晶基板和石晶饰板组成,石晶基板和石晶饰板成分相同均以下组份制备而成,聚氯乙烯树脂50-80份、氯化聚乙烯0.5-10份、大理石粉100-150份(大理石粉的细度为400-1000目)、润滑剂0.5-8、热稳定剂1-4、增塑改性剂0.5-2份、抗老化剂0.5-3;石晶饰板热贴压复合到石晶基板上,石晶饰板外侧板面上辊涂上UV面漆。
石晶地板包括以下制作步骤:(1)石晶基板制作,将聚氯乙烯树脂、大理石粉、润滑剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂按上述石晶基板组分配比混合,通过挤出机挤出成型;(2)石晶饰板制作,将聚氯乙烯树脂、大理石粉、润滑剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂按上述石晶饰板组分配比混合,通过挤出机挤出成型;(3)石晶饰板表面处理,利用辊涂设备,加进口UV面漆在石晶地板大板上均匀淋涂,经过紫外灯照射固化,使地板表面更耐刮,抗污,UV面漆按8-12g/每平方米均匀淋涂到石晶地板大板上;(4)石晶地板分切成所需尺寸,经开槽设备长边和短边开槽;(5)包装入库。石晶地板经过高分子改性,高温挤出设备加工制成的一种复合地板材料,加工过程无需胶水,也无需龙骨打底,使用该材料制成的地板不性价比高,零醛环保,防水防火,适用地暖,耐污抗酸碱并且具有很好的耐磨性。

Claims (5)

1.一种石晶地板,包括石晶基板和石晶饰板组成,其特征在于,所述石晶基板和所述石晶饰板成分相同均以下组份制备而成,聚氯乙烯树脂50-80份、氯化聚乙烯0.5-10份、大理石粉100-150份、润滑剂0.5-8、热稳定剂1-4、增塑改性剂0.5-2份、抗老化剂0.5-3;
所述石晶饰板热贴压复合到所述石晶基板上,所述石晶饰板外侧板面上辊涂上UV面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石晶地板,其特征在于,所述大理石粉的细度为400-1000目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石晶地板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)石晶基板制作,将聚氯乙烯树脂、大理石粉、润滑剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂按上述石晶基板组分配比混合,通过挤出机挤出成型;
(2)石晶饰板制作,将聚氯乙烯树脂、大理石粉、润滑剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂按上述石晶饰板组分配比混合,通过挤出机挤出成型;
(3)石晶饰板表面处理,利用辊涂设备,加进口UV面漆在石晶地板大板上均匀淋涂,经过紫外灯照射固化,使地板表面更耐刮,抗污;
(4)石晶地板分切成所需尺寸,经开槽设备长边和短边开槽;
(5)包装入库。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石晶地板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤3中的UV面漆按8-12g/每平方米均匀淋涂到石晶地板大板上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的石晶地板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤4中的石晶基板和石晶饰板按同等尺寸剪裁热贴复合。
