[0015] 2、采用本实用新型的制造系统,其制造工艺简单,基于喷墨3D打印技术,在仿石效果上使得天然石材的沧桑感和三维效果能够逼真重现,相较于目前市场上传统的抛光施釉砖具有良好的色泽与立体感。
[0016] 3、本实用新型的制造系统,采用新型的布料装置,将微粉原料、颗粒原料与线条原料布料技术相结合,形成圆纹+线条的纹理组合,即本实用新型系统结合了微粉、线条、颗粒于一身,使得瓷砖产品既有天然大理石精美线条纹理,又有天然花岗岩饱满颗粒质感。

3、素烧装置4、底层淋釉装置5、喷墨打印装置6、表层喷釉装置7及烧成装置8,布料装置2包括颗粒下料机构21、线条下料机构22及微粉下料机构23,颗粒下料机构21、线条下料机构22及微粉下料机构23沿传送带I传送方向依次设置。
[0024]颗粒下料机构21、线条下料机构22及微粉下料机构23均包括用于储存微粉原料、颗粒原料或线条原料的储料斗、设置在储料斗下方的出料滚筒、以及设置在出料滚筒出口处控制出料量的出口闸板。压制装置3为陶瓷压机,素烧装置4为素烧窑,烧成装置8为烧成窑。底层淋釉装置5为直线淋釉机,用于在素烧成型的砖胚表层淋釉一层釉质底层。喷墨打印装置6为3D打印机,用于对淋釉后的砖胚喷墨3D打印一层具有仿石效果的色彩层。表层喷釉装置7为自动喷釉机,用于对瓷砖表层喷涂一层釉质防护表层。
[0025]基于上述制造系统的仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
[0026] (I)配制仿石瓷砖的原料,包括微粉原料、颗粒原料与线条原料;
[0027] (2)利用布料装置,先铺设一层颗粒原料、再在颗粒原料上面铺设线条原料,最后将微粉原料铺设在线条原料上,所有原料布料后,压制成型,并进行素烧,素烧的温度控制在900-1000°C,得到砖坯;
[0028] (3)在所得砖坯表面顺序进行淋釉、喷墨打印与喷釉工序,在砖坯表层依次制得釉质底层、具有仿石效果的色彩层,及釉质防护表层;
[0029] (4)对步骤(3)处理后的砖坯进行烧制成型,烧制成型的温度为1100_1150°C,得到仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖。
[0030]步骤(I)微粉原料、颗粒原料与线条原料只是尺寸或形状的不同,其基体材料均为同样的成分,基体材料的质量百分比为:长石20wt%、煤矸石20wt%、粘土25wt%、娃灰石10wt%、瓷石20wt%、高温成孔助剂5wt%,基体材料球磨、过滤得到微粉原料,微粉再处理得打颗粒原料与线条原料。
[0031] 步骤(3)中,所述釉质底层为全不透底釉,比重1.4 一 1.5,施釉量0.4 — 0.5kg每平米;所述釉质防护表层为亚光面釉,比重1.4 一 1.5,施釉量0.6 — 0.7kg每平米;所述色彩层是通过喷墨3D打印而成的,喷墨原料为耐高温无机色料的陶瓷墨水,色彩层的厚度大于等于 Imm0

1.一种仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造系统,其特征在于,包括依次通过传送带(I)连接的布料装置(2)、压制装置(3)、素烧装置(4)、底层淋釉装置(5)、喷墨打印装置(6)、表层喷釉装置(7)及烧成装置(8),所述的布料装置(2)包括颗粒下料机构(21)、线条下料机构(22)及微粉下料机构(23),所述的颗粒下料机构(21)、线条下料机构(22)及微粉下料机构(23)沿传送带(I)传送方向依次设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造系统,其特征在于,所述的颗粒下料机构(21)、线条下料机构(22)及微粉下料机构(23)均包括用于储存微粉原料、颗粒原料或线条原料的储料斗、设置在储料斗下方的出料滚筒、以及设置在出料滚筒出口处控制出料量的出口闸板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造系统,其特征在于,所述的压制装置(3)为陶瓷压机,所述的素烧装置(4)为素烧窑,所述的烧成装置(8)为烧成窑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造系统,其特征在于,所述的底层淋釉装置(5)为直线淋釉机,用于在素烧成型的砖胚表层淋釉一层釉质底层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造系统,其特征在于,所述的喷墨打印装置(6)为3D打印机,用于对淋釉后的砖胚喷墨3D打印一层具有仿石效果的色彩层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石纹理、花岗岩颗粒的瓷砖制造系统,其特征在于,所述的表层喷釉装置(7)为自动喷釉机,用于对瓷砖表层喷涂一层釉质防护表层。
